The Ice Age Trail, which covers a vast amount of Wisconsin, is difficult to describe because its no one thing. In some stretches its hilly, rocky and scenic. In others, a meandering riverside path, and still others a skinny little shoulder on a county highway. If youre looking for a few hours of hiking, there are lots of beautiful stretches in Washington County near West Bend.Insider tip: Dont assume therell be a convenient restroom. Put some TP in your pocket and carry your own water, just in case.

Great place for a fall hike. 1 mile walk from Park Avenue to Beaver Dam Road.

A beautiful path that will make you feel like an adventurer no matter how experienced you are. Long stretches of forest, fields, and swamp make you appreciate nature in the fullest. Park towers give you a breathtaking view, especially at sunrise/sunset.

Best trails in the area. Much more difficult than any Kettle Moraine trail. Enjoy the steep hills, rocks, and the forest view is amazing in fall!

Great network of mountain bike trails. Mostly moderate with some steep options. Technical trails rather than flowy. Fun couple hours out!
