The Colockum road is a rustic 3 to 4 hour journey into the past along this native trail turned cattle drive path and eventually into a stagecoach road from Ellensburg to Wenatchee. The ancient route was never developed into a highway and remains in the condition it had been over a century ago. Very fun!
