We have always been fans of Urban Air and recently moved our membership to the Bay Area location. I was overall very happy with our visit! A team member met us (my 7 year old son and I)at the front and quickly helped us check in (we had already signed waivers and reserved online). We quickly began exploring the different options, trampolines, go-karts, climbing walls, tube tunnels, rope course etc. We never had issues with any team members and if we needed assistance we just asked for help. Amazing what communication does! He enjoyed an Icee from the concession stand and needless to say we will be back soon!
They were very safe and they have a limit on the number of people that can be there right now. We had a blast playing on the trampoline, the ropes, Sky Rider, all the other attractions! They were all open and working. I will say that I bought an online special that included a slice of pizza but their kitchen is not working and they do not have a large selection of other things to choose from.
My kids became members after Urban Air reopened during the pandemic. It’s a fun place to play. My kids love it. My only complaints are 1) it would be helpful if an employee monitored the pro zone so all kids get a fair amount of time to jump safely. 2) school year hours (4-8pm) are bad for our family. Very late for young kids who go to bed early. Summer hours were much better for us. (11am-close). Overall lots of fun for the kids and would recommend a membership to anyone debating if it’s worth it.
Do not take teens here it is over crowded with kids 5-8 not wesrong masks they did not practice social distancing way more people in the building then they were supposed to have. They will not let teens race on the weekends due to small kids they do not seperate who rides so the bigger kids can ride the go carts at a decent speed the go cart girl who controlled the soeed was extremely rude. They would not let the teens in the tunnels there was nothing for them to do except jump with way to many small kids that kept running under them. Nobody would help I will never go back this place is horrible.
We have had nothing but great experiences at Urban Air in Webster! On our most recent visit one of their staff members, Carson, was working on a piece of equipment and a little girl came up to him and started asking him questions. With amazing patience and a sincere personality he answered everything she asked he talked to her he let her watch. This probably lasted 15 minutes; It was fantastic how thoughtful he was with her. Working with kids running around all day has to be a difficult job for anyone, but Carson was just fantastic!
Great place for kids. If there were a few more things that adults could do along with the kids, it would be even better. A little more menu variety would also be nice. Prices are pretty fair.
This is the GREATEST place to go with your family. I have brought my nieces and older siblings to this place numerous times and it just gets better and better. The staff is more than generous and patient with kids and their parents. If you want to have a great time and bond with your family, I suggest coming to Urban Air Bay Area!!!
Love this place! So many things to do! Will come again
Great Customer Service, enjoyed birthday party. Definitely recommend for kids event or just fun day
This is my children and Is 4th month coming here to Urban Air Trampoline park. It never disappoints! Sometimes my kids can come multiple times in a week because of the awesome deal with the memberships! For the price of admission once, you can go 30 times a month if you want! And they give you cards for free treats! The birthday rooms always seem packed and they sanitize constantly. I feel safe here and my kids LOVE it! I would say the age range for hete is 5-18+! Always something for everybody.
Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. Bought tickets online and lady said I bought for another location and made me call corporate to refund me my money and pay for the location I was at in webster and corporate told me that I indeed did pay for the location in webster and I wanted my refund since I missed my schedule time to go because the employee cant look me up in the system right and they told me no refund and that I can only redeem my tickets to use again in 90 days and I cant since I was visiting out of state. Horrible customer care service and horrible service by merchant. Never will go back and wasnt even able to have fun.
This place is cool and it’s rlly fun. Have fun jumping around for an hour or more.
This place is awesome. We ended up getting a membership for the whole family!
I had an awesome time here I will definitely be back with my children ...
Great place for kids of all ages! So much to do there, from climbing areas and ball pit for toddlers to go carts zip line for the older kids. You must make reservations!
My family and I enjoyed this place. I just wish there prices were a little cheaper. Also wish they would include go carts in there deluxe package.
First off I want to start with how excited I was to hear that Urban Air was finally coming to our area. We have visited other locations and have always been impressed.Sadly today was a different story. Upon being greeted at the front by a nice young lady, we went over to the station and filled our waivers, purchased our packages and went to the counter for socks. Everything was great, until my kids started to explore and we found that there were several different areas, especially the playground and areas leading to the sky coaster that were filthy. This wasn’t something that had been overlooked for a day or two.... They have been open one week and I would be surprised if it had been cleaned once during that time. We came first thing in the morning to beat the crowd so it’s not like the day had just been so busy and they hadn’t had time to do upkeep and some general cleaning.Secondly, the building is massive with so many different attractions which is nice, however I had my two children with me and they both wanted to do different things which is fine. The downside is that there is absolutely no security when it comes to the entrance and exit at the front. My 5 year old could have walked right out into the parking lot and no one would have noticed.Once I wrangled the kids down, we ordered a pizza and my youngest got the mini hot dogs. The staff at the food counter were very nice and the food came in a good amount of time. The prices were reasonable for an indoor amusement park and everything was very tasty.Overall, the kids had a blast and the staff seemed very nice, however I would really like to see them spend more time on cleanliness and possibly some sort of security at the front so someone couldn’t just walk out with a child or a child wander into the parking lot alone.
Employees improperly wearing masks, OR NOT WEARING THEM AT ALL. Had a quick 1on1 with the girl at the counter to see what was going on with the mask situation (like I should have to do that?) she didnt seem to give a flying rats *** about my questions about the masks. Absolutely ridiculous, we came out here to have some safe fun for the kids. Some people just dont take things seriously thats why we are in this mess. Definitely not returning here so dont even try to explain your rules and precautions for covid. Weve already seen enough. Take care now, bye bye then!
Its pretty good i come with my family every weekend
My kids have tons of fun but couldnt do all of the stuff because they were a bit too short.
This is the best place to bring your kids and get the ultimate package membership
We were there for the 4th of July weekend! It was great! We couldnt go to the beach...because it was closed due to Covid. There wasnt a huge crowd of people in the park which made it super fun. We could go on all the activities without the long lines, especially Sky Rider and Go Karts. The pizza & funnel fries were good too. It was a nice change without any hassle of over crowding. The staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing which shows they care. They take your temp when you walk in too.Its definitely the place to go now to let the kids play off their pent up energy.
This place is potential deathtrap for children. There are no attendants or guidance on how to maneuver the activities. My little girl was rushed to the ER and received 5 stitches and slight concussion. My teen son had concussion, neck & back injury. The waiver agmt waives all rights of all liability even when they are completely negligent...I will never return to a place like this again.
Great place to have kids let off steam, but tables need to be cleaned on a regular basis.
Our boys absolutely love it here! (4 and 7) Best place to celebrate a birthday party in my opinion and it’s fun for all ages! My niece is 2 and she absolutely loves it here! She never wants to leave the jungle gym and the 7 and under trampoline area. So happy to get away from Chuck E. Cheese 24/7. There’s so much to do here!!! Even fun for adults as well! We were going to the Pasadena location non stop and when this location opened we discovered they have go karts!!!
I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the facility last night (9/2/20). I had a group of 5 attending (3 children and 2 adults) to celebrate a birthday and was repeatedly unable to make reservations or purchase admission online prior to arriving. When arriving, I was told it was by reservation only and after explaining the situation, I was allowed to purchase at the kiosk in the store but at a much higher price. While in the facility, the staff was nearly non-existent and inaccessible for the attractions. We had to go search for someone to help us with the ropes course and rock climbing, and no one was monitoring the different areas of the floor. The go-karts were also unmanned and were shut down 30 minutes before the place closed with no prior warning. I am extremely disappointed with the way this location was operated, and the waste of money spent on platinum passes when 6 out of the 15 attractions were either inaccessible or very difficult to access due to the operation, and staffing, of the facilities. I have had many wonderful experiences at other locations and was severely disappointed with this and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone until these issues can be addressed.
Always fun, and COVID restrictions meant it wasnt crowded and extra fun!
Dont book their birthday parties. We had my sons birthday party at the Webster location last week and I booked the most expensive Glow party in a private room that is supposed to include everything. Read the website about the glow party. It sounds amazing. It wasnt. When we got there, there was a plain white tablecloth and black plates on the table. That was it. No balloons, no glow sticks, no black lights, nothing else. I asked the hostess about it and she seriously told me oh we only bring those things if people ask for them. UH....I BOOKED THE ULTIMATE GLOW PARTY. Isnt that asking for all of the things in the package?? So, it took her almost the entire 2 hours to bring in all of the things that were supposed to be included, only all she brought was 4 tiny balloons attached to a centerpiece thing, 10 glow necklaces and 10 bottles of water. I both emailed AND spoke to someone on the phone prior to the party to tell them my pizza order and that I would have 20 kids. The hostess had no idea. The kids still had a great time, but had I known that Urban Air would basically do nothing for the party, I would have just paid for all of the kids to get into Urban Air and ordered a few pizzas. It would have been WAY cheaper.
This place is definitely built & meant for kids, but adults can have fun here too! Here were my observations on my first visit:The negatives: The staff. Besides one or two people, everyone working there looked completely miserable. Im sure working with kids all day will do that to you, but I work with the public too...gotta at least act like you like your job! The go-karts are SO slow...I get theyre for kids, but even Bay Area raceways basic karts go faster and kids can drive those...The food court could only be described as chaos. It was very messy, and we waited an hour for a pizza (they forgot about us)...the food staff looked confused and overwhelmed the entire time we were waiting. When we finally got the pizza, it was hot & tasted good. The positives: Value! I felt the admission prices were very fair and I definitely got my moneys worth. They have lockers in the front with decent prices AND have phone chargers in them...cant beat that! The Ninja Warrior course & the Wipeout game were so much fun! I am a huge trampoline junkie so seeing the area full of trampolines was a dream come true! The trampolines were truly top notch...I was getting some sick airtime! I also loved that there was a special area where you can practice flips & tricks if you wish. Im so happy they offer memberships, Im definitely looking into purchasing one.
Had a great time with family—kids, ages 4-12. Adults had fun too. Went early in the day on school holiday, and it was not crowded—not much waiting for anything. Music was pleasant and family friendly and at reasonable volume (not super loud like some bounce places). Employees were friendly and helpful. Note that the price for 5 years and younger is good, as is the price for parents. They have a fun area for smaller kids (must be under 51”), and my 5 year old daughter also loved the ball pit, and she even did some of the climbing. One downside is that kids just slightly under 48” can’t do all activities.
Kids loved it and it definitely has more than the other trampoline places nearby. From a parents point of view, it is very expensive for a one time visit so the monthly plan seems a lot more economical. HOWEVER, you cannot use gift cards towards a monthly membership which is very disappointing since my kids received them from family members for Christmas
Everything was great!! Kids had lots of fun!
If I’m being completely honest here... one star is one star too many!! After reading previous reviews I can confidently say this place is lacking in so many areas, especially the staff!! Such a shame for a place with so much potential to be a family- friendly fun place get ran into the ground because of the people in charge!! Would like to see some of the revenue from outrageously charging per kid (when equipment is either dirty or broken) to go towards some serious safety and customer service training. Tried reaching out to management before posting anything publicly and was told they couldn’t disclose that information. So, rest assured the staff will belittle, curse at and around your children, not secure harnesses safely.. but.. are properly trained not to give out any contact information to have anything resolved. I personally will no longer waste my time and money at this location. I hope after reading this review, other families won’t either!!
We hosted a birthday party there today (a Saturday). We checked in and was told which room we were assigned. But, we were not paired with our hostess to tell us where to go and what to do. We had to locate the room to put down the cake and then go back to get the receipts for the liability waivers, which are needed to get the armbands. After 20 minutes of us hunting down our hostess to get our arm bands, they discovered that there was a mix up and assigned a hostess to us. The room was not prepared. We were given an extension on our time and other extras. But, we had to wait for their special socks and werent given our special armbands for the go karts when given our regular armbands. Kids got in the go kart line and were turned away. We got the bands, they got back in line and waited 30 minutes. So much for unlimited rides as there was only time for one ride. If you are debating whether it is worth paying extra for the package that includes go karts, Id say that its not worth it unless the weather is bad because it is inside. When you buy a package deal outside of a party, you have only 2 hours. Less if with a party. We also had to hunt down cups, cutlery and a lighter for the candles on the cake. This is the most we have paid for a party and yet it was the most unorganized.
If I could give this place a lower rating and still have the ability to post a review, I would. The absolute WORST owners ever. They leave their attitude filled staff with NO training, NO understanding of membership, and have instructed their staff to not take requests for call back when you cant get a consistent answer from the managers as ask to speak to the owners. The owners are never around. Yes, that is true. Dont even try for a membership here. With regards to membership what you think you need to do what you want to do, and what extras you have to pay for.... Is an uphill battle. When it comes to the food that you are suppose to get with certain levels of membership, depending on who working in the kitchen, is what you may or may not get with your membership. Its a shame, this place could turn into something some day... At current pace no way in hell it will ever make it.
I normally don’t give out 1 star reviews. In this case I have to. From the first time entering the building the workers seemed clueless on what you are asking. All they seemed to care about are birthday parties. I asked about the membership and was told I can purchase it at the kiosk. That was a lie. Apparently you have to purchase them online only. Every employee gives you a blank stare and then goes “what was that.” I have more luck at the airport on the kiosk printing my luggage tags than with the children working here. Yes, they are children. The vacant stares, the lack of listening and having no knowledge about products is very frustrating. I am trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I cannot. I am better off using a computer. This place is fun and has a lot to offer but the customer service needs to be better. The children need to be retrained on what it is to be in the customer service industry.
Too chaotic. Looks like theyre still getting things organized. My daughter liked it because they have a lot of options for kids to have fun. They have a lot of party rooms, too. Overall, its going to be a great place to take younger children (under 12 years old).
So much fun! I wish the trampoline area were bigger but I love the play/climbing area for the kids. I still love the pearland one but this one is so close and is just as awesome, though it does feel slightly smaller. Now we can go so much more often! It’s a great way to burn off energy and get exercise. I found out that my daughter only has 3 days of PE in her school so we are always looking for great places to let them run and play (that are indoors). I do wish they would open in the morning though.
So much fun for the kids!!
My 6 year old and I went to a birthday party. It was our first time going there and we had a great time. He loved the obstacle course ball pit and the duck and jump trampoline. Hes looking forward to going again and trying the go-karts with his dad.
Excelente Place Staff And Hosts Are The Best They Go On And Beyond There Expectation To Meet Your Requirements On Your Party Package. I Recommended For Party’s
Needs a more efficient check in process for members or repeat customers. Also needs more focus on clean up after parties and busy hours
Active fun for kids!
The best fun for the kids
Had a blast! So nice to go to a kids birthday party place, and it cater to adults as well. From trampolines, to zip lines, go-carts, ball pits, and laser tag. They had it all!
Awesome. Absolutely the most fun place to let kids get some exercise! Reasonable prices for a one day pass and the membership rates are amazing. So happy to have a location close by. We will be there often.
I travel for work and my husband is very busy working on call 24/7 and of course our sons 9th birthday crept up on us. We called Urban Air and was able to quickly put down a deposit for a birthday room and get printed invitations with the address and time Of the party that night from the site.On the day of, you are assigned a party host to help keep things in order so you can focus on your party. They have several packages and prices and I feel it is worth it. They also ask for feedback right When you check out so they are looking for ways to get better UNLIKE the Pearland location which is a mad house, more like functioning chaos. This location is organized, clean but most importantly managed because the staff while still growing in their jobs are committed to providing a nice atmosphere and customer service.Looking into the membership option since they have free WiFi and I can work while my son plays.Definitely check it out for birthday parties!
My wife I took our two kids today. The kids had a great time. It was almost $200 for a family of 4 to do everything. The workers/attendants do not do a very good job. Safety harnesses were not checked at all before the ropes course, there were too many kids in certain areas, the gladiator courses had no attendants at all. Big kids were pushing small kids, running and throwing things while ignored them. The go carts were fun, but the wait was long. I watched my children like a hawk out of fear they would get hurt. Otherwise, it was a fun 3 hours.
I just signed up for a membership, had never been b4 that, and was excited about having a place to take my young kids during the day while other kids are in school. Now I see the hrs have changed and Im a yr long contract. Wish someone would have said something 2 wks ago about hrs changing cuz i wouldnt have bought a membership. The 2 times we have been so far as well have been ok but some of the employees seemed to busy wanting to talk to each other and not pay much attention to watching kids so my kids were left waiting for employees to open attractions or waiting to change attractions.
This place is so much fun. My kids loved wipe out and also the go karts. Very nice and clean facility. Feel very fortunate to have this in our area now.
The entire urban air company is beyond shady. Was given the run around by every person I talked to (both bay area location and corporate office). I was told conflicting info every time I spoke with someone. I was given approval to book the ultimate party 2 days shy of the 30 window for the membership (website updated after approval to say 60 days). I was supposed to receive a call after corporate confirmed with the local office (never got it) now I am being told that the approval was never given and that I cant do anything even though I jumped through every hoop they threw at me. Nothing I was told is being honored.
Griffin was very helpful
Glad it’s close to home, facility is a lot better than one on beltway 8 but their go cart system needs serious looking at. My kids tried 3 times to ride waiting 30min plus in line each time and they were letting complete parties go in front of them having to wait 30min plus longer. If another party came in after that party the kids waiting in line got cut off again. Their system does not work at all and the parties as well as individuals should be able to sign up for time slots so it’s more organized. I watched many parents very upset today because of this system.I will give the management team credit for refunding the go cart cost and acknowledging they have an issue with the current system.
My two daughters LOVED the place!!!! The pass price is very reasonable for 5 hours of unlimited fun!
Had a fun time
We went to a birthday party here and it was alot of fun however, the restrooms were not well kept. The stalls were out of tp, the paper towel dispenser was not working and there was trash everywhere.
Fun family place
I had my sons 9th birthday party here and the experience was awesome! The kids had a lot of fun as well as the adults. The staff was very friendly and Ariel was incredibly nice. I definitely recommend urban air in Bay Area
Very nice atmosphere. Plenty of fun to be had. Pleasant staff.
First time my grandbabies had been here. It was for a Spirit day so fun for them!
It was great there and I made friends with most of the employees by saying did the beat go.
My son enjoyed his day
Incredibly inefficient at getting your child checked in because of only 3 check in points (and one is usually broken). Birthday parties are overpriced and overrated.
Love this place would definitely be retuning!
Nice place but wouldn’t have paid for platinum if i would of known the go carts weren’t working :/
So I sign up for their membership since I have 3 boys they love this place the only reason Im giving this location 4 stars. Me being a platinum member I love when my kids have fun at this place they just need to upgrade their PIZZA IS HORRIBLE the pearland location offered Papa johns pizza an it was the best we had my 2nd oldest son birthday party over there. So whenever this location UPGRADES their Pizza I will definitely give them 5 stars. Besides the pizza everything is awesome about this location.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE! I had a private party for my 5 year old and we only saw our host 1 time. She did not help with set up so we did it all on our own in our private room. She never came to ask how we were doing. My childs party room never got called for pizza. 30 min before the party was scheduled to end I tried getting ahold of a manager to ask what was going on how come we havent seen our host and why our names were never called for pizza and cake on the loud speaker. The manager would not come out her office. Never once did someone or a manager come to our room to handle the situation. Pizza came 10 or 15 min before party was scheduled to end we served the pizza ourselves with no gloves some of her friends had already left we were rushed to sing happy birthday and cut cake. No one gave us a plastic kitchen cutting knife to cut the cut no one helped pass out the cake we did it all on our own and they wouldnt even allow us a full refund. When we asked why we never seen our host the manager pulled out a piece of paper with all the tables the host was tending to and said she has like 10 tables so thats why. Never an apology and no one ever came to the room to apologize to the family and friends in the room. I also called the birthday hotline and complained and they said someone would be getting back with me which never happen. I never write reviews but I never received such bad service anywhere like this we will not recommend this place to any family or friends.
I decided to have my sons birthday here and was really excited . I chose a Saturday from 3-5. Upon arrival, it looked like a mad house. There is no security at the front, kids are running around and at anytime can walk out of the door. No one is watching the front and monitoring access. I signed the birthday up for the go karts and they told us they would call our # on the speaker. The problem is that it is so loud in the building you can not hear anything. While walking around watching the kids i noticed the facility was a bit dirty. At 4 oclock I ordered pizza and was given a buzzer. Forty minutes later i had to go back up to the counter and was told the system was not communicating to the kitchen and that it would take another 15 minutes to have them ready. I then let him know the party was to end at that time and so i needed to cancel the order. They did refund me with no problem. When we checked back with the go karts they kept saying 5-10 minutes. They finally said it was time to only find out they sent the party to another line for another 35 minutes. This pushed the party way over the party time allotted. Once they got to finally drive one of the go karts malfunctioned (again) and drove one of the kids into a wall. She hurt herself very badly. They did take a look at her once she was carried out of the go kart. Overall i was very unhappy with my experience and worry about the safety of the kids.
Highly disappointed that it takes over an hour for a pizza. It’s past an hour and I’m still waiting. I also ordered wings and instead of giving them out while they are warm they were waiting for the pizza so I received cold wings. If you are unable to keep up with demand for food maybe you should allow outside food! Will definitely take my business elsewhere.
Had my sons birthday party kids loved it.... But no alcohol somthing about a licensing issue... Just sayin parents wanna have fun to.... maybe take it off the website idk just a thought
Fun place. But get there early, they get very crowded fast
Terrible experience. Waited in line to ride go carts (doubles) the little girl attending said they were charging. Went back 30 mins later and saw someone riding in the double go carts. Waited in line and the little girl said they are dead. She denied telling me the same thing earlier and argued with me. These little girls need to get some training in customer service. Very unacceptable. Regret spending my money here.
My kids had lot of fun ! Not too crowded. I am giving three stars because the food was awful. No cheese on pizza, pretzel was burnt and the waffle fries were soggy and still frozen. They need to work on their food.
Just got home from a visit to this new place in our area and we had a lot of fun. The kids played for hours and were worn out afterwards. Only complaint I have would be the wait for the go karts. The park was very busy so I am sure if you come at slower times this wont be any issue.
A absolute blast. I did see a million safety issues due to the current understaffing. Multiple kids in attractions that are one at a time, had kids all over the place. Was dissapointed that the go-karts speed was dialed way back but understand because of the smaller kids. Look forward to adult night if you are looking for ideas! The staff that inspired me to write this post was Christopher and Success! They did a absolutely amazing job at the multiple stations I ran into them at. They orchestrated the chaos of kids beautifully and still managed after it all to still have a smile on their faces. I vote employees of the month! I see future managers in the making. Overall we had a fun time. Will be back for sure.
For the price of each kid you know they should have enough money to staff more people. I saw one girl trying to watch an area of almost 100 kids in the far left area. I commented to her that she quite the area to cover she said there was supposed to be another person but she’s didn’t know where they were. She was working really hard to try to go between all the areas that need supervision but it’s impossible for one person. And I honestly think even two wouldn’t be enough. Doesn’t make sense. We would love to go back but would rather know they are properly staffed.
Prices werent outrageous and thats rare these days in this catagory. Plus it was jam packed with fun! Kids and adults alike had a blast.
Amazing customer service!!!
We had our kids’ birthday party at the Webster location this weekend. It was overall a fun party, but we booked the package with Go Carts, and the track broke around the time our party started and wasn’t fixed until near the end. We were refunded the cost of GoCarts, but we still ended up with our kids disappointed and 2 guests crying that they did not get to ride the GoCarts. Also, we ordered soft drinks for the adults, but they were apparently “out of pitchers,” and couldn’t provide that. And the party was supposed to include balloons, but they did not. Luckily, I brought a few balloons of our own.
Great, professional staff. Layout was excellent. Found my grandsons new favorite hangout. And they have Go Karts!!!
Do NOT waste your money! I paid for myself and my 3 children to get the Platinum package, and the go karts closed 45 minutes after we arrived (FYI, the only difference the platinum package offers apart from the other packages is the Go Karts!) Also there is no Laser Tag, and the Wipeout attraction was broken. The entire place was extremely dirty. I sat and watched tables stay dirty for over 30 minutes before an employee started cleaning them, and this was not a busy night. Also I ordered the funnel cake fries ($4) and once I received my order there were only 6 extra small funnel cake fries, literally the size of McDonald’s french fries. There were NO WATER FOUNTAINS, and bottled waters cost like $2 or $3. I was going to give a 1 star review, but my kids did end up having fun even though they were initially upset about the go karts closing early. We will not be returning.
Great family environment, I would rate it a 5 but the food is a little bit pricy!!
Be careful and make sure you and your kids are strapped in when going on the ropes course. One worker almost let my son go without strapping him down good. If I wouldn’t have been paying attention, I don’t want to think what could’ve happened. The guy that’s at the go karts (red head) was getting mad at the kids for bumping into the walls. Also, y’all have to get the go kart riding straightened out. Waited in like 45+ minutes and finally left. All the birthday kids have privileges and ride go karts first. Only one 2-rider kart is available.I know it just opened, but just thought to warn y’all.
Great customer service! Very fun place to bring the kids
Great fun and perfect parties! Have attended 3 parties there and 2 were great but my granddaughters party was late and rushed towards the end.
Go gart is fun...pizza r good too...
1st time at this location. Super fun, well be coming back soon!
I took a 3yr old, an 11yr old, and an 18yr old and fun was had by all!
I think its slightly expensive, but the kids absolutely love it and they have a lot of great activities including go carts
Worst experience we’ve ever had at an Urban Air Park. After paying $90 for two kids platinum passes and adding two adults we got to stand around for an hour without doing anything. It started with go karts, absolutely no coordination from any employees what-so-ever. After standing at the gate for about 15 minutes with no one giving any direction, we just went in along with about 15 others who were just standing there as lost as we were. Once you get in, the line splits in two, no labels or indication on which line is which.. it turns out one line is for doubles one line is for singles. Since we got in the wrong line and the kids weren’t big enough to ride alone we got by-passed by everyone who got lucky enough to get into the doubles line by accident.. ok so that was a misunderstanding and that’s ok by me, grand opening hiccups and I’m fine with that. So we got out of the line and went and got in a different line for the climbing courses. After standing once again for about 20 minutes aimlessly with no instruction from any of the employees along with all the other children and parents who didn’t know what to do they let a group of about 10 kids in all at once.. and here’s where the big issue presented itself. My 6 year old daughter was having her harness put on by one of the workers and it really seemed like he wasn’t sure how to put it on, so another worker comes and mindlessly tries to help, again, still completely lost. A third employee enters the picture and tries to assist. They get the harness all tightened up where they thought it was good to go, my daughter takes one step and the whole harness drops around her ankles and what did the employees do? Literally, all 3 fell on the ground laughing. This is where I entered the picture and removed my kids from the climbing area before one of them got hurt, the total opposite of funny. I went and addressed the manager and let them know that the kids running the climbing area are absolutely clueless on what they are doing, no fault of their own, their training for that job was absurdly lacking.. and they were going to end up getting someone severely hurt. I asked for a refund the manager thanked me for letting her know about the issue and issued me a refund. Grand opening or not, ridiculous is an absolute understand from what we experienced today.
Had a blast . Purchased platnium memberships for my boys . Friendly staff and super clean. Looking forward to lazer tag opening. The go carts were enjoyed my all.
Super fun!
Loads of Amazing fun!! we love it, we absolutely love it!!Our first visit was Mon 09/09/19 when we purchased platinum membership with parent pass!!We love, love our bonding, fun exercising time at Urban Air Webster. We enjoy time together and plan on playing often at this venue. Thanks to management for opening one nearer our home. We plan on being members for a long time.Urban Air Webster is daughters (10.5yrs) favorite venue. She could visit daily for Go Kart riding, climbing and jumping fun. Previously we often visited Pasedena location.Urban Air staff are happy, helpful, courteous, professional.Urban Air is a healthy, balanced venue to keep kids smiling, healthy and active. Its a lovely place to play, connect with our kids. Huge thumbs up to Michael, one of team managers! Michael is a superstar! He encoraged and trained my daughter. He drove her on her with first ever Go Kart ride. Daughter was initially hesitant, scared and Michael went extra mile by gently giving her a boost of courage, confidence. Michael encoraged my daughter to believe in herself and her own abilities. Its great feeling when i playback memory of how happy, how elated daughter was after Go Kart riding with Michael. Go Kart riding is now her top favorite activity!!
Pleasant visit for a grand opening! Keep up the good work:)
Female manager very rude. Poorly trained staff. Staff not equip for number of guests. Snack area was serving cold wings. Tried it out because it was a new facility but we will not be back
Kids loved it spent several hours here
Decently priced. Great attractions.
****Read before purchasing the Platinum or single ride tickets for go carts**** ****Go cart problem****So the platinum package is the only package that includes golf carts. There is a single rider line in which they have 8 or so go carts, a double rider line and only have 1 go cart, and they have a line that forms with parties which have priority over you. They give priority to the parties making for a long wait. My daughter was the 10th person in the singles line and she waited for 40 mins after 4 parties cut ahead. There were a lot of upset parents. I asked them to downgrade 2 of our platinum packages and they did so without any problem. In fact I watched at least 10 people request a complete refund and downgrades during that 40 minute wait. For a sunday it was not busy at all. There are lots of party rooms here so I can see this becoming a big problem.
