Amazing movie theatre! Best in the surrounding area in my opinion. Big screens, Comfortable leather seats and relatively cheaper prices. This is always my go to movie theatre.

When you step in you are immediately at the ticket booth, check in, and then the concession stand. Not to say there was not a lot of waiting area but it made due. The room I was watching my movie was terrific. It has great reclining heated seats and very plush. The room speakers was very crisp. I did not try the snack this go around but looking around seeing all the others that the prices are adequate. Yes well be back and maybe my new go to.

Great Place. Me and my family went to go see The Rise of Skywaalker, and the movie was fantastic, same thing as the theartare. It is very well maintained, and has nice staff, and great selection on snacks!

Great theater. We watched a movie in the XD Theater. Great picture and sound. Seats were all recliners with heat. Cant say much about the food we only had popcorn and cheese fries. The cheese on the fries had a weird flavor and consistency. The table tops attached to the chairs needed a good wipe down as there was dried soda and cup rings on them.

Nice theater. Very modern. Has nice seats that heat or cool and recline. Nice modern concession area as well.

Wow, this place is great!!!I was curious why theyd be building a movie theater (which nobody goes to) at a mall (which nobody goes to) but I will say its a great spot. Extravagant and full of amenities.I love the seats. They have an automatic recliner and three different heat settings. honestly, my daughter and I just played with those the whole time. The entire place was empty for an early showing and the prices were surprisingly cheap.Go now because I have a feeling the place is going to close quick with how few people were there. Its great though.

Great environment for watching a movie. Small number of seats in the theater, about 25 seats, extremely comfortable very large soft reclining seats with plenty of room. The screen size and picture is great for the theater. The only distraction was when people left their seats to get food. Overall a great experience, we will go to this theater again.

Great theater! Me and my dad watched the movie The Rise Of Skywalker. The movie was awesome!!! The XD is super good. If you get XD the screen is the whole wall. It makes it a better view if youre sitting in the back. I recommend this theater, its awesome...

The movie theater that has been under construction at Willowbrook Mall for the past year now finally opened. We were there yesterday for the screening of Bollywood flick Good Newwz. The theater was great, 12-auditorium Cinemark theater - Every auditorium is furnished with oversized recliners, called Luxury Loungers, and believe me, these are great. Wintertime and cushion warmers are just wow with extendable footrest.like any usual theater, it also has candy, popcorn, and soda besides that Edys Ice Cream, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks products are also available. Restrooms near Audi 3 is small but clean, not sure about others. got to know from one employee that- Some auditoriums are equipped with 3D-capability, and one will be an Extreme Digital — or, XD — auditorium, with a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall screen. Wohoo, cant wait to see a movie in this XDThe theater also features a party room where guests can host private events. Morning shows are under $6-7 and rest costs between $9-12 which are great. Great to have Cinemark in malls yard

They have they very best seats that Ive ever sat in at a movie theater. The seats recline to where you can basically be laying down and they are heated if you choose to use that feature. They also have a tray that can sit over your lap or you can push it to the side out of the way. I absolutely love this place, today was my first time but I will definitely be going back!!

I dont normally go to the movies on Christmas day, but this year we decided to go see the new star wars movie. This movie theater is fairly new and thats clear from the confused look on all the staffs faces. Despite this to food and Starbucks coffee we got was well made and tasted delicious. The biggest issue I had was half way through the movie it got so hot in the theater I thought I might pass out. If not for that this would have gotten more stars.

Even though they are dealing with some problems because they just have 2 days open to the public and is completely normal for any new business. This new theater is beautiful and the costumer service experience I had was amazing! From the people on the cleaning team to the manager ! They are all very friendly and helpful . Had a very good and fun movie night with my son and husband ! 5 stars for the great job they are doing

Nice alternative to AMC. Screen was huge and sound system was terrific. Seats were great with recline and heat but a little too close to each other. Hallways were a little narrow and bathrooms get crowded easily after movies end.

New favorite spot to enjoy latest flicks...place is well maintained, always fresh concessions and theaters are spacious but not so big where it feels the whole state is in attendance...lol. Oh and Tony is the absolute best!

Really clean, great food options and a Starbucks inside. Some screens are smaller but I love that the seats recline and are stadium. Usually it is one or the other. Having the tray table attached is a nice touch as well.

We had an excellent experience watching Midway! Staff was nice, prices were good, seats were great! And it has a Starbucks! We hope that the great service continues months from now when all of the opening high is gone. Might even join Cinemarks membership.

The movie theater is just great, I will definitely come back, very comfortable seats and the visibility is at its best. One thing that only disappoints me is the fact that the movie theater is new and It’s already sticky and dirty everywhere around seats. I know some people spill drinks and throw food and they don’t care, but it was a first movie of the day and it was dirty.....

Really nice theater, the seats fully recline and are heated. The one I was one, theater 7, wasnt huge and was very clean when I walked in. Only lost a star because the staff there behind the counter is..well your typical high school level kids who were more concerned with talking than helping, but it is what it is since weve all been like that.

It was good. Granted I came on superbowl sunday, their chicken wrap was good. Paper was found in my grandmothers burger. The theaters themselves are great. Overall experience was great, a bit of a wait for food but everything was good!

I cant make sense why they have different menu versions of the same item but at different counters. We had to go through 2 lines to get what we wanted. Also if you buy you ticket online, you still have to go through the queue to have it printed. New theater was nice but i sit upright and the seat became uncomfortable after an hour.

They have to figure it out. Walk into the theater ten minutes prior to start time. Lights were off and nothing was on the screen, no advertisements or commercials. Previews start and there was no audio playing, had to alert the staff after 5 minutes. Movie started with no issues, then the lights turn on half way through and stay on for 20 minutes after telling the staff. Not shortly after they shut off the lights turn back on for the remainder of the film 20-30 minutes.

You can hear the movie that’s playing in the theater next to yours if it’s a quiet moment in your movie and loud moment adjacent. No alcohol sales as expected. Nice reclining seats but nothing special. Accidentally hit the heat on a couple times. Competitively priced. Popcorn was ok. Vestibule/lobby was relatively small. Nothing special.

Wanted to see Uncut gems but the movie theater had 0 seats. Couldn’t go to the movies with my friends. The future of movie theaters is dark. This new system of recliner and ticket reservations is killing the industry. Same priced tickets and less seats. Where’s the efficiency? Cinemark is prime example of how the movies are headed into the ground. 0/10 experience. All stocks go to zero

Great place very clean we saw star wars at the XD screen 8 and the sound and movie was excellent. Prices excellent for morning /matinee. Food was very good and really good prices. We will definitely be coming back. Goodbye dirty old AMC at willowbrook hello Cinemark!

The theater itself is wonderful, reclining seats & heated. Concession moved quickly and theres Starbucks inside. The man at front with the long hair very helpful and welcoming.But after only being open less than a month the womens bathrooms are disgusting. A stall latch was broken and seat was loose. One stall the toilet paper was damp. Eww. I visited two bathrooms and both were gross. So dont drink I guess when youre there or hold it.

The staff has no clue what they are doing. they are all extremely rude, including a manger named Cris who i saw talking in a very rude way to a customer for the counter girls mistake. the counter girl took about 2 minutes to even put in a simple order of fries and i had to ask 3 times for my drink. theater nice but staff is ridiculous

By far one of the better and reasonably priced movie theaters. I prefer driving the extra 15 min than going to the Clifton AMC

Recently opened but so spacious and clean. Comfortable chairs that recline and are heated. I saw the food selection but stuck with popcorn. There is a Starbucks for coffee lovers.

The lounge chairs and the movie theater itself is great but the food service is slow. Especially when you see the cooks joking around and stopping preparation to joke around. Ordered Chile and cheese fries and watched the cook get the fries, joke around wasting a few minutes then pour cheese, joke around for another few minutes and then poor chili. I am hoping this was an anomaly and not a norm.

Went to see Star Wars the rise of bungholio.It was great there was a total of maybe 20 people in the theater,great comfortable seats, salty as hell popcorn and waterdown drinks and $80 for me and my two kids,I ask you how do you top that!

Went to take advantage of their discount tuesday promotion. Seats were nice and comfortable. The sound was pretty good for an action flick. The service was horrible. Again, on a Tuesday, there were at least 15 employees behind the counter, NONE of them had any interest in breaking their conversation to help the TWO customers in line. There was only one other customer in front of us and it took over 10 minutes to get popcorn and a cup for soda. I understand being a new facility but there needed to be more managers helping to train staff. Also, there should be more restrooms. There was only one and it was near the exit all the way across the facility so if you need to use the restroom during a film prepare to miss a good chunk of the story.

This was the nicest facility we have ever seen. The lounger seating was plush and comfortable and the swivel tabletops were convenient but not in the way. The theatre design provides tons of legroom and the steep rows of seating provides unobstructed viewing for your all-reserved seats. The cinema screen is very large and has a distinct concave curve These were just the standard seating, not the XD theatre. Still, there was an immersive feeling that surpasses any other conventional screen technology we have experienced. The audio was excellent quality, spacious sound field, and although loud, was natural and did not feel too loud.The only issue was that the theatre management did not know how to redeem our Goldstar app discount tickets for which we had already paid online, and wanted to charge us a second time. Overall, a great new theatre!

This theater had reclining seat and a VERY big screen. It turned out to be very close to.my home in Caldwell.

My family and I went to see Frozen 2. We walked into the theater and saw the leather seats. We sat down and started to play with the remote on each seat. The seats can be heated or cooled. The features are that of a Lazy Boy recliner. You can raise your feet and pull down your head. If youre tired you might actually fall asleep, thats how comfortable the seats are. They were about 200 seats in our theater. As I looked around I counted 30 speakers that made up the surround sound experience. The screen in the XD experience is from wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling. The cool thing about the seats is that there is about three feet from your seat to the one behind you, so you dont have to worry about someone kicking your seat. My son and I got some ice cream, about $8.45 for two waffle cones with one scoop each. No alcohol available yet at this theater. I also saw that you can order Pizza Hut pizza, burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. Theres a tray, like on plane, on your seat where you can enjoy your food in comfort. I would go back again. My only concern would be on how are they going to keep the seats clean with all of the amenities. Enjoy your movie experience! Looking forward to going back again!!!

Nice movie theater brand new with reserve seating and recliners on all the theaters, theres an XD room wich offers 270 seats with a IMAX like screen and surround sound with dolby digital sound. Price is great they offer a menbership wich helps you to save on your conception buys and one free ticket a month and waived fees when you order on line

This cinemark just opened up in my area and I figured I would give it a shot when I wanted to go see Adam Sandler’s new movie on a Thursday night. Upon arrival I was immediately disappointed. I went to buy my tickets and the whole theater was already sold out. The theaters are small with minimal seat selections. You have to pay a higher price to see movies today now than ever before but that’s if you can even manage to get a seat. I don’t recall asking for these fancy theaters yet these companies think this is the way of the future. Definitely a disappointing experience for a promising new theater and I will never be coming back.

Nothing special. Basically same seats as AMC down the street, more condensed as well. One long Hall to each theater. It looks great overall, but you will get the same experience at AMC. Your choice.

Place was good, but was freezing during the whole movie. I ordered nachos with cheese, it was nasty, and gave my wife and myself stomach issues.

There was a loud banging noise all throughout the film even after mentioning it to staff. Seats are nice and concession stand has a lot of options, but the noise made it hard to enjoy the film.
