Its nice and clean also its so sad to see its empty because of Covid

Courteous staff and about 12 screens. They offer they latest movies in the box office. Temperature and lightning is usually at acceptable levels. Patrons are usually well behaved and don’t distract from the movie. Great for family or intimate outing. Parking garage offers shelter from the elements. I recommend.

I went to the movies because of the statement AMC put out assuring me that social distancing would be happening and precautions were being taken to prevent the spread of covid-19 in the theater. People were seated directly in front of us less than 3 feet away as well as directly behind us, and none of them were wearing masks in the theater. AMCs statement made it seem as though seating would only be allowed 6 feet apart, which it was not, and that they would be ensuring that people complied with the mask mandate in the theater, which they did not. I am extremely disappointed and felt so uncomfortable, distracted, and frankly unsafe throughout the entire movie. I will not be going back until improvements are made and am considering canceling my A-List membership.

Pros: Great screens, great speaker system, great comfy seats, good prices especially before night time and on weekdays, friendly employees. Really amazing AMC Prime theater (they have one of these here and it is worth the extra price when the movie is great. But dont see a movie on the Prime screen if it is a known bad movie or one you dont know if its good or bad).Cons:Parking lot is falling apart with huge potholes and just a mess.Prices of food and drinks are rediculously super expensive!! $22 for a pretzel!! I am not joking about this... they are actually charging $22 for a simple, plain pretzel that usually sells for $1 or $2.. why is it $22 here? Its not made of gold.. its not crusted with diamonds.. its not hand crafted by a celebrity chef in front of you... its a pretzel! I have pictures for proof! All the other menu items are equally super expensive.. $15 for nacho chips..

Pretty good. The theater selection is nice and adding dine in soon but still having the large AMC theaters for bigger premieres. I misread a time for a movie and paid for a higher option. Told the owner and he comped me for a regular price ticket. It was really nice of them.

I always enjoy the my time there and this location is very clean and food satisfying and professional and seating is superb. Never encountered rude nor disrespectful customers.

The movie theater was okay. I say this because the seating chart on the Fandango app was not accurate. I ordered two tickets side by side so I believed, and I could not lift the armrest. Thankfully someone switched seats. Many people were baffled when they approached their assigned seats. Below are pictures to give you a better imagine.

It was so nice and clean. We watched an Indian movie, name was Baghi 2. We enjoyed the so gladly because their sit was so comfortable and easy. Their bathroom was also neat and clean. There was game zone inside the building. Also can buy something to eat from the store within the building.

Love this theater when I am around Willowbrook and want to catch a flick with the family. Cant wait until they reopen.

First time at this AMC. Was impressed. Leather reclining seats. Seemed cleanly for the most part. Movie theaters are all the same in that aspect. Popcorn everywhere. Definitely coming back to this one

This movie theater has improved drastically over the past few years. The theaters have been renovated to include comfortable reclining seats providing a pleasant movie watching environment. Visual and sound are top notch. Ample parking is available and it is easy to get to.

This place is massive! It has those stadium seating with lean back sitting on pillows type chair. They are great and their movie selection its exactly what you would think a massive movie theater franchise would have. There are two levels with an escalator in-between, I saw Starwars there and it was a great spot to see it.

The best experience to sit and watch a movie because the seats recline and are large and comfortable with plenty of room between them. The sound quality was exceptional. I recommend it highly. There is also plenty of parking considering there are 14 theaters.

Was just here back on the 16th to see Bad Boys For Life! Love this movie theater! Been coming here for years. Always great customer service when it comes to buying the tickets & snacks. Nice people. Popcorn great. Love the seats & how comfortable you can get. I plan on coming back in April to see another movie!

I love this movie theater. The chairs are so comfortable. Anytime I have a movie I want to see this is my go to movie theater. It looks a little run down on the outside but inside the theaters it’s great and clean.

Great movie theater experience. Newly renovated and affordable. Popcorn is always flavorful and staff is nice. Definitely would recommend seeing your next favorite movie here.

Renovation is an improvement . Seats are comfortable & roomy . The seating grid takes some getting used to in general. Popcorn is very expensive ( $8.50 for a small ). For regular theater goers they do offer prime specials. Audio is excellent.

This place has been revamped and awesome reclining leather chairs, its also peaceful and quiet. Nice staff. My only problem is the seats are new but dirty some of them. They have food stains on them and candy and still cups and napkins from previous people. Whoever cleans this place needs to take better care of the new seats. But aside from that its nice.

Judging from the movie we watched it was all very well. The volume was just right, seats are comfortable and nice space in the auditorium. Only downside was the auditorium was small with limited seating. I would recommend purchasing tickets for reserved seating.

Great movie theater, one of my favorite, comfortable seats very roomy. But there is one thing I don’t like.... they claim they are environmental friendly. They installed the hand dryer, and yet whenever I finish drying my hand the water is still running from the faucet! You can adjust this, and yet management just don’t really care and probably don’t pay attention to this.

Wow. This by far is the best theatre I have ever been too. The way they have arranged the seating is epic - entering from the back of the screening rooms instead of the front is a great feature. Plus being able to order ahead when I buy the tickets is a plus. Heated seats too!

Amazingly comfortable reclining and heated seating. Significant improvements since visiting in my youth. Looking forward to attending again when I am in the area. Please open open one with these comforts in Northern most part of Jersey, Sussex county.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.Comfortable, heated seats that fully or partially recline and hold any cup size. The aisles have glow strips so you can walk confidently, and reserve-only seating means you wont need to rush to get there. Very clean floors. Trash bins are easily locatable but not an eyesore.They close down concessions after 8pm including all drink machines. Be careful if youre getting a refill during an evening showing.

I love this theater. I hope they dont close it after making a new one close by. The theater is very special to me since I grow up coming here when it was a Lowe theater

They really made some big improvements recently. All the seating has been replaced with reclining chairs that also have seat warmers. There are self-serve kiosks to automate and expedite the process of buying a ticket. The only thing I say I miss is the feeling of the thick tickets they used to have as opposed to the paper thin ones they have now.

Great seats. Good parking. The team is kind of cold. No where near as friendly as Rockaway. It is clean.

This is a nice theater to enjoy a movie night. Since they upgraded to full reclining chairs, makes it comfortable to enjoy a movie. All seats are reserved so one can pick a seat of his or her choice. Parking is plenty and free. Concession stand is also good but as usual on a expensive side. Restrooms were plenty and clean. Overall good place a spend a quality movie night.

Nice theater. Comfy seating with recliners and heat. Only downside is the concession. Its tiny for the size of the theater and the line is huge. Also the movie ticket was priced well but the concession pricing is ridiculous.

Its been a VERY long time. Totally redone with soft reclining seats and cup holders. Wider seats than those I find in Premium Economy on my frequent trips on airliners.

It looks much nicer since they renovated the place and they keep it quite clean. They now have reclining, heated, and comfy seats that you can reserve before a movie. My only gripe is that they havent done anything with the space that they removed the arcade from.

Big Theater. The Screen was really big. And the sitting is different, it’s like sitting in a field and watching movies but in a good way.

The renovation has done nothing to change the terrible service there. We arrived to no one checking the tickets, and as we asked someone to help us out the ticket guy came running out and we were told yeah you just gotta call for him sometimes. No. No I do not. Thats not my job.Then lets move onto the odd renovations that make it seem like an abandoned temple with trash on the ground and no one around. And the vomit smell next to the soda machines. The actual theatre was filled with annoying patrons on their phones and taking FLASH PHOTOS FOR SOME REASON.Never going back and you shouldnt either.

I like this theater. It has preselected seating, and the entire theater was recently refurbished. Im kind of bummed it will be closed for the next few months.

They run their projector at low luminosity, so movies are dark and the picture quality suffers greatly. I went twice and noticed this both times in two different theaters with two different projectors -- not a fluke. Stay away.

Ever since the remodel this has been my go to theater. Even if its a 20min drive compare to my local Clifton one would much rather go here. Seats are amazing. Only thing is staff tends to be a little distracted once in a while.

This theater is not taken care of very well at all. The parking lot is littered. Everything is sticky and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. Theater seats are old and smell of mold and spilt beverages.2 stars because the staff were actually friendly and helpful.

Updated screens and chairs clean and food service was fast love the new updates or injust havent been there in a while

An AMC finally worth it. Clean, everything smells new.The Prime theatre here is amazing for any movie with action in it. Only complaint is the amount of space in front of seats, but its better than their old-style seats.Will still go to Kerasotes for most of my movie watching, but will definitely use the Prime theatre here for action or horror movies.

The heated recliner seats were pretty much the only good part of this theater. Its dirty, the bathrooms were dirty (both womens on the main floor), and they dont let you pour your own drink when you preorder food???

My wife and I are from Hackensack. We decided to check out this AMC in Wayne because we were curious about Prime Theater.The theater is located near the Willowbrook mall, which on Holidays and Weekends makes it very difficult to get in and out due to traffic. Inside its huge, lots of ample space, the Prime theater screen is big but not as expansive as the Dolby screen. We did get a kick out of the vibrating seats, this is a fun feature, the seats are comfortable recliners, but its extremely difficult to find the buttons to incline/decline while in the dark due to not having any tactile feedback, we have to turn on our mobiles flashlight to see the buttons.There are no seats in this Cinemas hallways, so if you arrive 30 minutes or more earlier, please keep in mind that youll be standing outside the screen room waiting for it to be available.I would have given this AMC a 5 star rating if it wasnt for those 2 issues: difficulty on finding the reclining buttons and no available seats for patrons to wait for their movie.

I rather drive to Wayne AMC Lowes 14, than any local small Theater... This location has so many available Theaters; for a wider selection of great movies. Large size Theaters, they have so many Seats available, even during a big movie premier! Seats are comfortable and lower-down comfortable... They have booster chairs for smaller kids... They have Plenty of convenient Parking! Very Clean and Great Staff... Food is Great too, great selection (chicken fingers and curly fries combo, Yum)!

This theater is closer to our new apt so we often use this location. Newly renovated but floor is dirty and bathroom smells. Movies are good selection though. Parking is a mess, no signs so some people who doesn’t have brain parked where another car got squeezed in between cars. Yes parking lot also floods so be careful when its raining.

The auditorium I went into was nice. Leather recliner seats, great sound, great video. Im not giving it more stars for a few reasons. One is the pre-order food issue. Theres no pick up area for people who pre-order on the app, they deliver to your seat. With that delivery comes a $2 fee per order. Plus theyre late but if theyre early you have to go to the counter when you realize they arent coming. Second, I like auditorium seating. This is personal opinion of course but the theatre I was in was old style with new seats. Not the worst but not the greatest AMC in the area

Much Better Since Theyve Revamped The Place... Now All They Need To Do Is Get With That Parking Lot!

Theater is of a good size. Concession stand is right as you enter. Could have been a farther in so you can get seated and go back out for food.Very comfortable seat with heat and recliner. Movie screen to me is small but make up for how the seats are position. I understand they might not have the light to control it but when playing previews they should darken the first row of lights so that way they are not glowing on the screen. Just me since I do enjoy watching the previews.

I liked going to this movie theater. It was clean and very pleasant. They have reclining seating, the staff left the theater super clean. Plenty of parking and the Willowbrook mall is 5 mins away. I gave it 4 stars because the concession stand was super busy and only had one cashier and there was a long line more than 10 people. The attendant at the concession stand was super helpful courteous and fast. He was trying to get the line moving as fast as he could in a professional manner. Will go back again

Nice recliners. Clean. They have multilingual movies playing all the time, thus catering to wider audience. Cool upgrades for members.

In terms of AMCs in the area, this one is actually your more reasonably priced option. A little smaller, but they do still reserve a theater or two for offbeat movies as well as having the big blockbusters. If you’re OK in general with the AMC thing, this one is fine to go to.

After they did the renovations and new reclining chairs my family and I love going out to the movies now. At least you dont have to worry about bed bugs anymore. Leather heated chairs make you want to go more and more. Snacks are definitely much better now to. MAKE SURE YOU BECOME A PRIME MEMBER TRUST ME ITS WORTH ALL THE KICKBACKS YOU GET AND LOTS OF MONEY SAVED....

The theater was recently remodeled. They seem to be encouraging credit card kiosks but still have a friendly staff for cash customers. You select your seats, and the seats are comfortable recliners with a water and cup holder.

Comfortable reclining seats that are heated; downside is there was a crackling sound and lost sound during the movie. We were in theater on the 2nd floor, think it was #12

Just saw Godzilla in Theater 4, newest and top of the line. The bass of the audio vibrates in each seat. Eerie effect, but very good for a movie with lots of action. 3D.This is our go to theater for very cheap, 1st show matinees on Saturday mornings. We belong to AMC loyalty program (paid), with paperless ticketing, rewards, etc.

I stop in a lot at AMC because they have all the Christian movies when they come out! So, many times, Ill just stop in to look at whats playing, and if I see something interesting, I call a friend, and we spend an evening at the movies! And, if my friends cant make it, I go by myself!

Love the reclining seats in this theatre! Makes you feel like youre in your home. Can be a bit confusing finding some of the theaters though.

Its been a while since Ive been here, and I was blown away by the upgrades since my last visit. No more crowded seating, plenty of leg room, and it was pretty clean when I arrived. Its a shame to have to include cleanliness but its part of the experience, right? Anyway, I prepaid for my tickets and no waiting involved. Ill be back! (Famous last words, right?)

The seats are great, recliner plus heated seats! Concessions are tasty and the service is usually pretty quick! Bathrooms could use a little work staying clean and operational. Always 1 or 2 stalls with a cone or locked for maintenance.

Went for the prime showing of scary stories to tell in the darkThey bring concession stand purchases right to your seat if you order ahead. Sound and vibration was amazing! Will def be back.

I love AMC but ran into a couple of issues at the Wayne AMC. They did not have bottles of water for sale, not sure why but they offered me a $6.80 soda cup to put water in. I declined the costly water and they handed me a small cup apparently they offer you water for free. They could have led off with that but I guess they were trying to make a sale.. The biggest issue I encountered was a strange loud sound in theater 5. It could only be heard during quieter parts of the movie but something in that theater is broke. Movie was great and seats ultra comfortable earned them 2 stars.

One of our seats would not recline. We didn’t want to miss the movie so we decided to watch and then talk to someone later. After the movie we found a manager and told them about the issue with the chair and had the worst customer service we’ve seen in a while. The manager did not even seem to care about what we were talking about or even want to listen to us. Then she just went on to say that since we watched the movie there is nothing that can be done.

I always love coming here. Its always so clean and well kept.

This theater is pretty high quality. The tickets are a bit on the high side ($11) per person on average, but the food is decent, and the theater seats are heavenly. You basically have your own recliner chair.They have pretty good sound as well. In some cases, depending on the movie and room you select, you can feel everything in your seat.

I swear the employees must be sleeping on the job here. The sound wasnt on for the entire opening of the last screening I went to. Audience members had to run downstairs to tell them. They didnt turn the lights off for the first 20 minutes of the screening I went to prior to that. I had to run downstairs to tell them. We pay good money to see movies on the big screen. The least they can do is make sure the sound is on and the lights are off.

This place used to look a little more run down and like nobody came here but now it looks refreshed and new. Love the new changes

Over all good theater to check out a movie. The Prime offering here is great. All theaters have been converted into recliners (I believe). Staff is decent and place is relatively clean. Every now and again you come across a broken chair, but its to be expected with how busy this place is.

Love the popcorn and drink and the seats are so comfortable...they are also heated

This movie theater gave me my first experience with Prime 3D and it was everything. The movie theater is clean. The bathrooms can be a little better between showings. There also isnt any overcrowding. Well be back

Updated review: Lived nearby and grew up going to this theater, happy they finally upgraded the seating! The wide, leather/faux leather reclining seats are comfortable and there is more than enough room between the rows for people to walk past your seat without having you to get up, even if your seat is in the reclined position...they offer food delivery to your seat so you dont have to stand in line...I pre-ordered my food when I purchased my ticket months prior for Rise of Skywalker, I was in my seat by 645, got a message my food would be delivered by 7-710 but didnt get my food until 730 right when the trailers ended and that was after I replied to the earlier message I received that my food hasnt been delivered yet...by the time I got it, the food wasnt warm anymore (pizza and chicken fingers) so I knocked one star off my rating for that
