Great quality food here! Ive always enjoyed it and Ive been here 2 or 3 times. The prices are a little steep if youre not paying attention. So focus on one style of burger or flavor when youre here and youll have a great experience too!

We got delivery through Door Dash and the food was so well preserved! We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and everything was packaged separately so there were no soggy chips once everything arrived! Similarly, the burger that was ordered was also deconstructed so the bun wasnt soggy or too cooled down. Were really impressed and the food tasted fantastic. Will recommend forever!

Was on a mini vacation with my family and stopped for dinner. Food was very good. Many selections to choose from, a little pricey, but great service and all the employees presented a great attitude. Definitely will return if were in the area.

I drive past this location and the Milwaukee location ALL the time but finally decided to stop here in Pewaukee today. We ordered carry out, we had no idea it was a sports bar/game room type of atmosphere. Honestly expected it to be like a burger frozen custard type place. I ordered a Cajun grilled chicken sandwich and my girlfriend ordered a veggie burger with fries. Our food was ready in about 15 min as they stated and everything was pretty good. The only thing I noticed was that my grilled chicken had a so no Cajun or spicy seasoning on it at all but I could live with that. I’d recommend and def return though.

I ordered a bison burger, they bacon jam instead of balsamic onion jam on the order, the manager Nick remade my order and refunded my money. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place!

The food here is disgusting! Between a classic burger and adult grilled cheese and onion rings appetizer the whole meal was nasty from beginning to end. Burgers are frozen premade hockey picks, the bacon on the grilled cheese tasted like beggin strips for a dog and the onion rings were thick, heavy and overcooked. Dont even talk about how we had to wait 40 min for our simple meal when the restaurant was slow for a Friday night. Never again!

Great food and our server was very nice!All staff wore masks, hand sanitizer all over and they even brought a smaller bottle to the table which was a nice touch.

The food was amazing. The service was perfect. The price was a little high, but totally worth it. Very spacious tables, booths and bar setting. Theres plenty of TVs with different stations on. Perfect for a celebration, a date, or just a place to go with friends to have a good time. Highly recommend this place and I plan on going back many times in the future.

Burgers are very good and the service is great. A little pricey if you build your own burger as all the toppings are ala cart but food quality is good.Good beer selection with nice rotations seasonally.Not the least expensive place to go, especially if you let the kids play in the game room.Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Food and atmosphere are great. We usually go to the location in New Berlin, but were in the area so we tried this one out. The food is the same and consistently good. Kids like to order the create your own, my husband had the prime sandwich and I had a salad. No one complained and the portions were huge! Service was great as well. They have an over abundance of TVs so you wont miss the game no matter where you are sitting. They also have a decent game room for the kids, including a ticket redemption center. My only complaint is the wall in the booth we were sitting at was noticeably filthy. Doesnt help that it is painted white.

Awesome food. We had a company Christmas party there and chose a buffet option. The food was all delicious. Sliders, taco dip, spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, chicken bites, and fried cheese curds were all awesome choices.

I have been here twice. The burgers are really good. TRY the bison and lamb burger, theyre great! Average price is $10-$15. If you go for lunch or dinner try the Cajun macaroni and cheese, it is delicious! If you just want a classic burger, go to Culvers. The fries are good and well seasoned. I did get a batch of over cooked onion rings. Overall nice place, great game room, and good food.

Excellent craft beer selection (Alpha King) and I love the option to create my perfect burger. Daughter and I enjoyed the arcade afterwards followed up with a delicious ice cream dessert. Also good place to go watch sports. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Already have been back a few times!

Truly an interesting location with even a more interesting menu. My wife had the chicken pot pie and it was HUGE about 10 inches in diameter and I had one of their specialty burgers. Both were very good and we would order them again.We were not aware that Wards Steak house owned this location. We have been to Wards many times and I would say the quality of the food and the service are excellent.

The kids dino nuggets were a little dry and overcooked, otherwise, it was great like usual. Friendly staff, good food and much fun

The burgers are good..amazing no. Been there a few times and the burgers are just...ok. However, if you want a great salad they have amazing salads on the menu. Ive tried them all and for a burger place they use mixed greens and build one tasty salad. They are sizable. Salads so good I have ordered to go several times. (chef salad pictured)

I really like how employees are wearing mask and smile by their voices since I couldnt see the mouths. I cant wait get more customer experience after this pandemic ends so I could feel more appreciate coming back again.

We ate at the bar. The special was AYCE wings for 9.99. Great selection of taps including their own brand. The menu has a fun variety of beverages including alcoholic shakes. You can build your own burger or choose one off the menu. Including duck, lamb, vegetarian and beef! In addition to the food there are games . This really looks like a fun place. We will be back!

The place is lots of fun. The games, go kart, and bartenders are all great. I havent had any food stick out as being really great, but for bar food its decent. I really like that you can use your tickets for beer and appetizer purchases!

My Granddaughter who lives in Nashville sent me a Hamburger for my birthday. Point Burger instead sent me a Cheeseburger. When I calledPoint Burger they read back the order. a Hamburger with no lettuce Tomato or Pickles. I told the lady that I am allergic to Dairy and there was no way I could eat this. She told me to take it up with Uber Eats theres nothing she can do. I strongly would not waste my money with Uber or Point Burger.

Great service, great burgers which are actually cooked the way you order them! If you can splurge and get a chocolate shake or chocolate malt I would highly recommend it. Was a little disappointed on their coleslaw to me it didnt have much flavor but when you have a nice juicy burger it makes up for it

Group of 16 of us, came right from go carting next door, I asked the waitress to bring water for each person, she refused stating shed bring water only for those who requests water.... why? No response. Burger was fine. We asked for sriracha, the sriracha had been mixed with a barbecue sauce it was sweet and was not 100% sriracha also had a dark color..... seriously you cant fool an asian person. 14 asians. I asked about the sriracha she stated it hadnt been mixed with anything. Customer service 6/10. Food 9/10. Pricey. We did get 10% off bill for go carting next door. Large group 18% gratuity charged.

The Pewaukee location hosted my sisters surprise 50th party. I worked with Celena and she went above and beyond to accommodate chgs as we faced them. We booked this party well before COVID-19 hit and then Celena kept adapting the changes with me until we could book a reasonable and safe time for family to gather. The food prepared was great and the customer service was hard to beat. Thank you Celena and Pewaukee Point Burger Bar staff.

Hello,To whom wants to listen. Tonight we had a party of 7, 6/7 wanted a shake, one was alcoholic. We all ordered the shakes and a few moments later Jena (server) said the custard maker was empty and it would take 20 minutes to make. The table was willing to wait. A few minutes before our food came out she stated she was still working on machine and hopefully it be done by the time your done eating. Before we finished she came back and stated that she couldn’t get it to work. As a former restaurant manager I would not allow my employees to break down equipment until the last guest was served. I know it’s a pain, but than you need to have in your menu, after 9, we will not serve shakes. You lost out on over $30 in shakes. Super disappointed since we love the food. Please just communicate to staff.

I went with a group of 30 women, and everything was great. We had two waitresses and they were attentive and friendly. All of our food came out hot and together.

First time being at that establishment and it was nice. Alot of people were there, because of the football games. We were helped right away, and got our food pretty quick. I liked the fries they had, and the sweet potato fries. Over all, it was pleasant.

I had the Point Burger. It was delicious! My husband had the Hangover burger and he liked it too. I also had Berri Collins drink made with 44 North Huckleberry Vodka. I was so excited because not many places have it. The one thing they could work on is that the music seemed a bit loud. But overall we enjoyed it.

Looking for the best burger in town? This is the place. Dont waste your time with the overrated Sobelmans. Point Burger has a larger selection, better atmosphere and is higher quality.

As always, Point has some of the best tasting food. Our server was a little strange but the same great tasting food came from the kitchen.

This Point Burger Bar is cool. They are bigger then the others that I have been to. They made my food exactly as I ordered and I cant complain. Their staff seemed friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this Point out of the others just based on the size and other advantages of the location. Only down fall is its out in the Pewaukee/Waukesha Area.

I really want to like this place but the food is always bad when I go and they never get my order right. First time, my burger was wrong and my son’s corndog was still frozen in the middle. I get it. Things happen but they didn’t even apologize. So last night we give them another shot..... my burger was wrong again and severely underwhelming. But they do have a great beer selection so they have that going for them.

We had a miscommunication on an event date. When we got there there was no record of our group. The folks at Point Burger Bar set us up and we had a great time. Good food and good beer all made for a successful fundraiser in support of Sarah Ponath for Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge. Thanks to all of the staff at Point Burger Bar!

Clean, fast, friendly service, the beer was good, the appetizers, at least while they were still warm, were good (our bad for letting them sit.) I give it 4 stars, because to me, anyway, five stars requires that little extra surprising something. This place was exactly what I expected and did fine.

Real good. I had a ground duck burger with bourbon bacon jam and a lot of other stuff. On the oily side, but it was the best burger Ive had in recent memory. Good beer too.The place was also really really clean... All the surfaces look like they would show dirt pretty easily and there was none.

Showed up on super bowl Sunday and it was surprisingly dead. With maybe 3 other tables in the place it took forever to get our food. Once we did we find out that they shut down the ice cream machine so we couldnt get our dessert shakes. The food was par and the service was par. The wait staff was too busy yelling and cheering from the bar. Overall not a great experience.

Expect to drop some $$ if you go into the game room. I wish they had a few more younger-kid options, and man, it takes forever to accrue enough tickets to actually get anything worthwhile. But all in all, good food and a fun experience for the kids (and adults!)

The last couple of times we stopped here the food has been terrible. They feature prime rib options. We ordered the prime rib appetizer. There were 7 pieces, haft the size of a dice wrapped in cheap bacon and tough as jerky. Our hangover burgers were a sloppy mess. If you decide to stop here, do yourself a favor grab a beer and some Nachos and eat at home.We expect more from a Pewaukee restaurant!

Always a solid burger. Enjoy that they have different meats to choose from (beef, bison, lamb, duck etc...) And that I can create my own. Casual dining experience and my kids absolutely love making their own burgers.Be aware the mozzarella sticks are wrapped in a wonton wrapper. My fault for not reading the details, but I was not expecting that.

There is a large bar area when you walk in with plenty of TVs as well as a ding room area withTVs and a large side room that looks as if could be rented for large parties. I went there last night and had a beer and burger, I had the point burger and it was pretty good. The one thing that I have to say is that they nickel and dime over every little topping at this place so take a look at the specialty burger section because you might save a buck or two getting a pre built combination. They have a pretty extensive beer selection but its mostly (shocker, I know) Stevens point beers, which arent the greatest craft beers that money can buy.I took a look at their game area and its pretty cool, kind of like a half or quarter of the size of a dave and busters. They also attached the game room to the go kart track, which has been in the building since soon after American left. All of this is pretty cool if you wanted to have a bachelor party or something. Overall its a cool place but definately a premium price because of the entertainment that they offer.

Had been to this bar on several occasions, until today when they decided they no longer accept my ID. Im 24 years old, have drank at that bar on multiple occasions, but will never again. Its embarrassing as someone who has been able to legally drink for several years to be denied at a bar even after showing the bartender and the manager multiple forms of school IDs, work ID, and credit cards. If you are under 30 years old and dont look old for your age, I wouldnt recommend trying this place.

My grandmas boyfriend somehow always manages to find something to be upset about unfortunately (Im sorry), and our waitress was super patient and accommodating. I wish I had her name but I really appreciate how calmly she handled it. Food was also accurate and really good.

This place is always busy so, if youre looking to avoid the crowds, youre really going to have to work at it to get here. Because its always busy, it is sometimes hard to get your servers attention which makes it somewhat irritating during sporting events to get your next drink or another appetizer. Besides that, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Also, the game room is mostly well kept as well and, because I am almost always traveling with my 2 kids, we spend a good amount of time in there too. Its a good place to bring your whole family and/or your friends.

Service, atmosphere, and food was great!! Just so pricey for a burger. If they had a 5$-$8 burger that they would offer it would be great for people who just want a regular burger. Also a tap Miller light is $4.50? Thats way high. I understand for the microbrew but for a domestic, your making $2 on every beer.
