Ok this blows my mind.. approximately 1/2 the people here have masks on. Many have them pulled down to their chins. Robert has his on along with gloves. The mgr said people will simply say they have a health excuse or just ignore the employees altogether. I really hope we dont regret this visit.. entire tables of people with no masks on. If it didnt break Roberts heart we would be OUTTA HERE.

Just one of the best places for kids! My three little kids love coming here and just jumping around until they cant move haha! We always go on Saturday mornings when they have kid time so thats what I know best. I have seen lots of people show up right after the kids time, so I assume it gets crazy busy on weekends.

I wouldnt recommend booking this place for a childs birthday party. Our party room had ants and was extremely hot. Our pitchers of soda had no ice. In addition, no one told me that the pizzas would be small and that I shouldve probably ordered additional pizzas to feed our party. Our assigned party helper only checked on us at the beginning of the party and then at the end to tell me to leave, as I was already in the progress of packing up my childs gifts and throwing away our garbage. The kids did have fun jumping overall and Im thankful for that but I think spending nearly $400, the service didnt meet the price.

Just left horrible experience. Mask rules only for the a select few that they decide its okay. employees are not at tentative to kids playing or following rules. The manager tonight and blond on the floor definitely singled our entire family. Food took for ever just all around rude staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No mask enforcement today. Less than half the kids and adults wearing masks! Most of those who do have masks either have their noses sticking out or masks around their necks. Very disappointing! Sky Zone get it together!

Toddler time is a joke, I wont waste my money on it again. I figured the reason for the time was supposed to be so big kids dont trample the little ones. I took my 1.5yr old and he didnt understand the concept of jumping. I tried showing him what to do. He enjoyed me bouncing with him and was having fun. I was doing this while not around any other kids. Yet the employees decided to yell at me 3 times for playing with my child. Dont expect to have fun along with your toddler during toddler time.

I was worried about bringing the kids because of all the covid stuff but most definitely well worth it. It wasnt over crowed, we all had plenty of space to jump and have fun. Scheduled my daughters bday party there and the price was reasonable and I even left a tip for the hostess. The kids were ready to pass out

Experience wasn’t what it usually is, very disappointed in staff and management, staff yelled at my daughter while she was at the table taking a drink to put her mask on also charged my card twice because their machine wasn’t working. Very rude staff and very disappointed

Great place to let the kids (big and small) burn off extra energy. They sure do sleep well after a day here.

A fantastic experience for all ages! I enjoyed myself. But, I wouldnt eat here they cut the pizza slices into small rectangles and sale that along with a small bag of chips and a 16oz cup for $6.00. Not worth it, the pizza taste not that good.

3 hours here is a great aerobic workout. A lot has changed over the years though. Too many unsupervised young children most days. Prices have gone up, trampoline area has decreased, rules have changed to make it safer for youngsters. The new activities are fun but theres too little general trampoline space now. Fountain drink refills are still free!

The go karts werent fast today

Had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful! For the amount of kids and parents there the place was clean and looked after.The price was great, compared to other places and I love that everything was included. There was a variety of different activities for different skill levels. I love how they had 3 different height basketball hoops, made it so every age could participate.The foam pits were fun for my little guy who is 3.Overall my kids ranging from 3-11 and everyone had something to do and had fun.I especially loved the couches for the adults, it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy watching my kids.We will definitely be back

I had so much fun with my friends there wonderful drinks, my friends liked the food (I didnt try it/wasnt hungry). I love the cube pit. They have basketball with a trampoline! And new stuff that I didnt get to try yet! Will go back eventually to show my family!

My daughter had her birthday here and we rented the party room. It was just ok. The children had a good time for the most part. They didnt enjoy the pizza, and thought it didnt have enough sauce. I asked my daughter if shed like to have her next birthday party there and her response was no. That says a lot from a 8 year old.

The staff at this location was awesome last Saturday 8/3/19. We had the first part of our daughters third birthday party here and tried to prepay for all of the kids that were invited. The staff worked to make the process quick and easy so the kids got the most jumping time possible. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. The facility itself was very clean and well-kept. We have been coming here regularly for the last year or so and will continue to do so! Keep up the good work!

We had a great time. We only got 60 minutes this time, seemed to go by to fast. Next time we’ll be getting more. Wasn’t to busy which was nice. Staff was very friendly. One allowed my 3 1/2 year old daughter to play dodge ball with the bigger kids and kept explaining to her how to play and what to do.

My son was there for a birthday party. All the kids had a great time. Bounce on several different setups, if this doesnt tire your kids out nothing will.

This place was really great. We have never been to a trampoline park before. We went on a Monday afternoon, so it wasn’t busy at all. My 4 year old had a blast! He never stopped moving. The facility was clean, and there were employees at every station making sure that everyone was following the rules. I’m glad we stopped in to give it a try. We will set be back. Everything was clean and it didn’t smell like dirty feet when you walk in the door.

I had a great time. Jumping on the trampolines, the rock walls, the Warrior course, and the ropes courses. It was way more exhausting than I expected, but so much fun. The pizza was real tasty too.

Theres more socks in here than the local salvation army which lends it to be pretty clean in here and not smelling like hobbit feet. The staff is great with kids and seem energetic which itd be a bummer if you had old stooges working. The lightning is very adequate and the layout of the place is easy for kids to navigate their wonderment. The pricing is decent and if youre on a budget, dont eat out afterwards, go home and make a nice 7 layer salad instead. This place is a Gem for your youthly endeavors.

I give this place a 3 stars. Although my 4 kids all under the ages of 10 had so much fun. I felt like they were disorganized. You had to wait in line to get your stickers and your socks this is not an easy process. They had to take each name and date of birth of each person we had 6 people in my family. So this process was long. Then when u finally get your stickers they only print off every two hours which was inconvenient because we paid for all day. In those cases the people who paid all day should have a different color sticker or even a wrist band might be easier. Or make a station where we can print off our tickets ourselves. Instead of waiting 15 mins back into the line we started in just to get new stickers. Also the staff seem minimal and some were really about the rules and some werent. I think for as many kids as there are at that place they need to have a staff member at each attraction and then rotate throughout the day. There were some places at the park that was unsupervised and kids were getting out of hand. The locked locker was another problem we came across. There was only 50 locked lockers on one wall. And the line was so backed up we couldnt go and get money to eat. I think over all its a fun place and my kids enjoy it. But its just minor organizations that really made me give this place a 3 star review. We will be going back because it was fun but we are going to make sure we do everything online.

I took my daughter to Sky Zone on a Saturday and it was a rainy day. With that being said, it was obviously VERY busy. I can understand why! My daughter had the time of her life and I enjoyed seeing how much fun she was having. However, I was upset with how crowded it was. I wish the maximum capacity for the amount of jumpers on the trampolines was lower. There was hardly any space for my daughter or other children to jump and play. I also wish I saw more staff encouraging others to take turns and to wait in line patiently for the fun activities. I was kind of disappointed, but Id love to give it another try.

Sky zone is very popular with kids and youth. They have the ninja warrior course with the vertical wall, obstacle course et al besides the traditional trampolines. We went there for a birthday party and I missed the sign for sign up and waiver. After dropping off my kid following instructions from the staff, I asked a guy how to sign the waiver as no one asked me. He was not sure what I was asking and finally found the computers for the same. The forms are rigid and I had to sign up for myself and my kid as there was no other option.The kids enjoyed their time there but the party time is short so we could not get more. I guess its their way to maximize revenue as well as mandating to wear their socks no matter what you wear from home.

My son had an excellent time + the staff was very kind. We have been there before, but went for inclusion day, for kids with special needs. The music was quieter, but still fun. The noise level was almost nothing because they opened specifically for our kiddos and the staff were very friendly. Please continue to do this, what a great experience!

There are a lot of fun activities to keep the kids busy for all ages. They also have a Skyfit session once a week for adult fitness.

I take my nephews here every once in a while when I watch them. They have so much fun and they get out so much energy. It gets them off the electronics a couple hours.

Extremely easy to find it was right off off the expressway. When we first arrived I was a little worried to things are going to be weird because they had no staffing and they told us to be there half an hour early. About 10 minutes before the ten oclock start of the toddler time they open the doors because the employees were dropped off. They river to process us very quickly I would seek just filling out all the paperwork before you get there to save you time. At ten a.m. we were promptly able to had to the area where the kids could jump. They absolutely loved every part of it one of the only down falls was that my husband tried to play a little bit with my daughter and was yelled at and told that he was just to help or dont do that. Which I understand but he was trying to show her how to just jump nothing fancy no tricks just up-and-up and down. What I visit again 100% yes it was an absolute blast and I look forward to it. And what an amazing workout I my legs.

We had a pretty good time . And hour pass was enough for us FYI. We were tuckered out after (and Im pretty active) . Lots of diff things to try there. It was a mad house though!

Activities galore! We held our kids birthday party here and it was a great time. Kids have endless jump and play opportunities. There is even a toddler jump area. The party rooms were just right and the staff was wonderful and helpful.

Super exciting. You can bounce on trampolines if you are not able to buy your own for whatever reason.

I can’t think of a better way to spend a rainy, cold Saturday afternoon (worth going any day however). Such a variety of things to do, great exercise, totally affordable, so much fun! Had a blast.

Fun for the kids but expensive for a one day outing. If you buy a monthly pass you save loads of money. Loud as hell and totally nuts with loads of kids but thats to be expected.

Who doesnt like to jump around.

This was another place that I went to with my grandchildren and their mom and dad. This was also another place that I had not been to either. It has lots of things for kids of all ages to do like trampoline jumping, hang gliding, lots of different climbing activities . There is also a refreshment service counter to get snacks and drinks and places to sit. There is a price for everyone that is going to use the equipment, but I dont know how much. You can go online to check it out.

Great customer service

My kids and I have been there 2 times in the past month and each time we have waited over 15 mins to order food or a drink. 1 person has been at the desk checking people in, taking orders and getting food. 1 time I waited 10 minutes to even see just for someone to come to the desk. My kids and their friends wanted slushies and we were told they did not have any. Unsure if machine was broken or what. Whatever drink they ordered they shouldve gotten for free because what you had was not working. Not really happy the last 2 times we went.

The kids had a fantastic experience. There were so many options. We had ages ranging from 4-15. Everyone stayed occupied and happy. The workers were polite and welcoming.

First time here! They celebrated nurses by letting them jump free and their family jump at half off! What an amazing promotion! Will definitely be back! The place is huge and has so many different opportunities to try different things not just jumping on a trampoline! Didn’t know what to expect, but enjoyed it a lot!

Kids had a great time. It wasnt super busy when went on a Tuesday morning so they were able to play at any section of the park with little to no waiting. All the equipment looks to be maintained well and they offer a wide variety of areas to play.The only thing I hope they work on is the stinky feet smell of the place. Some air freshener & a thorough cleaning would be a huge improvement on the smell.

This is a great summer camp. We purchased gift cards as Sams Club and for signing up early, we received an additional $25 gift card (which bought lunch all week for my kiddo!) Every day they had a different activity- glow party, slim making, crafts. My daughter said this was the best camp of the summer and she did a lot of them! Bonus- they jumped so much she came home exhausted every night! :)

It was packed with too many kids and there were some areas that should have been labeled 10+ to be able to enjoy the ninja park and wall walk.

Sky Zone was a lot of fun for my children. However, it was quite expensive. Also, its fun for all ages so I can go jump with the kids.

Absolutely love this workout! Instructors Ive had are Kelly and Angie. Both do a great job! They make the class so fun ..the hour is by! Highly recommend...also invite your friends! Good times!

It was a very nice trampoline park! My kids had a great time. Only complaint I had was how much it cost to add an extra hour on for 2 kids. I thought it could have been a little less. But other then that my boys had a great time. I will just buy 2 hrs right off the bat next time!! ;-)

We recently had our sons 5th birthday party at Skyzone. It couldn’t have gone better. The kids had so much fun. The amount of trampolines and different activities they could do was perfect. It would have been cool to have a specific area for the party to all jump around and play games; just a suggestion. The staff was amazing, from check in, to the fun guy explaining the rules to the kids; to our amazing party host Katrina. Katrina made my job as a mom hosting a party so easy and fun. She helped with everything!!! Thank you again Katrina. I highly recommend birthday parties here! Can’t wait to go back and jump as a family soon!

It was really busy, and they dont really enforce rules here. Kids are able to cheat and the workers dont really care, which doesnt make it very fun.

I threw my 6 year old nieces party there and she had lots of fun. I actually didnt see her again until it was time to eat.I gave the place three stars because we were told to show up 15 minutes early for check in. It was way crazy which was to be expected. The first thing they say is we lost your wavers and everyone has to fill out new ones. So we had to take time to do that and with 25 people that quickly became annoying.They got to jump for an hour.No one told me you only get your party room for forty minutes. We were in the room by 5pm. Thats forty minutes to pass out pizza and drinks to 20 kids let them eat and then cut and serve cake. Before we were done eating pizza the girl was informing us we were close to being over our party time and needed to cut cake and go. I asked her jokingly if they get to eat the cake before they get put out and she just kept informing us we needed to be out by 5:40.And they couldnt go jumping afterwards if they wanted (I kinda understood that though)Its a great place to go have fun but I wont be throwing another party there.

I got chicken tenders and it took 35 minutes and a girl didn’t give us a Receipt we ask the manger and he said he need a receipt and she didn’t give us one. Please fix the problem. But the jumping was great

Although I believe children today should be able to entertain themselves outside, I find skyzone to be a pleasant alternative, I took 7 of my grandchildren there for two hours and it was non-stop fun for them. I found the activities interesting and very entertaining. The Concession stand has very pleasant servers. I didn’t give it a five star because on each occasion that I visited, the restroom needed a lot of attention. The floor area has more then enough attendants to see to it that ample supervision is in place for the children. If I hadn’t been there before I would think it is just busy so no one has gotten around to it yet. However; Each time I was there the restrooms were in bad shape and no one took care of them while we were there. If I had one complaint that would be it. Please have someone take care of the restrooms more frequently. I understand it isn’t the most pleasant job, but it needs to be done.

This was my first time at Sky Zone with my boyfriend and we had a great time! We went on a Tuesday night which was perfect because there weren’t that many kids there to be careful jumping around them. My only criticism is that we waited for over 5 minutes for any employee to even acknowledge us as we waited at the counter to pay for our session. The girl who came eventually was tied up at the confessions counter. I think there should’ve been another employee available to jump in.

This place is a great indoor place to get moving. Ive been sedentary for many years after getting out of the service. Now I have a place to bounce around with my kids and get myself back in shape while having fun with them.

Really enjoyed the inclusion jump for kids with sensory issues! It gives them a changes to enjoy the same places as kids without sensory issues!3-12-2020 ~ Our 3rd trip here and the teens today ran over the little kids and the STAFF said NOTHING to them but kept correcting the little kids! Came with some family and friends for our sons birthday. The kids had a BLAST! Our son is a big American Ninja Warrior fan, so the Warped Wall was his favorite. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a fun day!

Tonight was my first time going to a sky zone and attending a sky fit class. All I have to say is I loved it! My friend kept asking me to go and I kept talking myself out of it not knowing what I was missing! It was a lot of fun/high energy and it was much easier on my back and knees than any other work out I have done. I cant wait to go back!

It was a wonderful experience I love the variety of games they have at this location my kids had a wonderful time and the staff were super kind and helpful.

This place is great! We went on a sunday evening to take advantage of their family night. It was $90 for all 5 of us to jump for an hour and a half, but that price included a large pizza and a pitcher of soda (I have food allergies so I brought in my own food; they had no problem with that) so I feel it was a fair price. It wasnt busy at all so we had plenty of room to jump and run around. Everyone slept great that night. We will be back for sure!

Wouldve been a 5 star but the reason we went there my daughter couldnt use. She does silk for a living and we went there for that. Just to see them tied up in knots and unable to use properly. We tried to get the knots out that other guest did but only was able to get a few out. They need to be replaced and someone station there at all times to prevent that from happening again. My daughter would love to be the one in charge of that area because she has such a passion for it.

Lots of stuff to do, pretty good music. Definitely a fun place for kids (less so for an adult). Pricing is pretty reasonable. Didn’t try the food, so nothing to say about that. All the equipment was clean and safe. Staff were polite and unobtrusive.

The jumping was great, but I ordered chicken tenders and it took about 35 minutes to get them.

Wonderful variety of activities for children of wide range of ages. Well kept up, comfortable for watching parents and grandparents and very well set up for wheelchairs.

We did the Sunday night Family Special. They told us up front they had run out of pizza and asked if hot dogs would be okay. They took my name and told me to tell the kids to ask for the hotdogs by name, but when they did, the server didnt know what the kids were talking about. I had to step in and explain. Then they ran out of hot dogs!

The price is very high compared to other activities for kids. They had a great time and staff was all friendly.
