My kids ages 5 and 8 absolutely loved it. No, it’s not as big and fancy as the science and technology museums in bigger cities, but the thrill my kids expressed was just the same. The rates are affordable; $3/child and $4/adult. The gentleman who worked there—possibly the owner or manager—was very eager to help assist the kids with the interactive exhibits ensuring they received the most out of their experience.
Its a bit cheesy but my 3 year old twins loves it the loved the hands on approach
Good prices for a good experience. You can learn a lot and its all together very interesting.
Took my boys (4 and 3) there. They spent three hours there. The exhibits arent super fancy, but they are engaging and entertaining for the kids. The place wasn crowded but it definitely did the job of entertaining the kids for the day. At admission of $10 total. Id say its a bargain for being right in town near Ft. Drum. Definitely going again.
Unique and quirky some very interesting experiments and activities for the children to do could use a good cleaning and some updated things. However considering that theyre ran basically on volunteer basis and their admission fee is so low its amazing that theyre still in operation
Interesting programs ranging from star gazing, mobile science to retro exhibits.
Thought I was really cool for a while seeing all the bozos outside so I felt good about myself, then I realized that I wasnt really so great just another person playing pokemon there pretty much put my life in perspective. You wi. Some you lose some. Go here to feel cool for a minute then have reality hit and bring you down a notch to prove youre just another punk
I used to take my kids here when they were super little, but as teenagers (14 & 17) they stopped wanting to visit. Yesterday we had some time to kill and they agreed to go along with me and their grandma. We had a blast!
Small museum and we finished it in an hour. Many hands on for kids. Great for 5 year olds and above.
Great concept, however the place really does need some serious updating as well as a good cleaning.
Yes, the exhibits are a bit dated, but kids (especially 4-8 years old) will have have a great time. Highly interactive physics and natural science, even parents will find it interesting. Spent about 1.5 hours exploring and it was inexpensive.
Dident let me play chess with my friend for free and it was cold outside take the 1 star also most of the exhibits were broken
Great fun for young and old. If you love science or want to learn about science, this is a great place to go.
Some cool stuff here!
Dated, but could be good for children 4-7 years old
Great place to take kids
Great little museum, my eleven and thirteen year old girls were occupied and learning for at least two hours.
Surprisingly small science museum we have never been to but I, my wife and my daughter had so much fun still.
It was fun. Its interactive! Great for families. Very, very inexpensive, and a learning experience for everyone.
Extremely dated. Most of the experiments were broken or missing pieces.
A hidden jem for those who love hands on learning.
Small interactive museum, inexpensive
Great stop on the Race Against Poverty!
Used primarily for pokemon gym battles more than anything else. What a time to be alive.
Great place to take kids
Very entertaining
Good for family and friends
Only open two days a week which doesnt seem great for business
Not what youll find in a large city but great hands on stations Cash or checks needed
Not worth it unless you have money.
Never been here
Needs some work and updating.
