An exceptionally well preserved historic home for a smaller town. Saved from demolition through the efforts of local citizens, the home has a rich and interesting history. It houses artifacts donated by locals that provide historical flavor and context, and the docent was very knowledgable and related their relevance. Very refreshing!

This place is neat. The owners take pride in local history and it shows in thier care for the displays and items displayed there. There is an awesome map from 1862 that is worth seeing by any history buff ! The wartime display is awesome as well !
