Great experience! Not overly packed when we were there. Rented 2 head sets for 1 hour between 4 people. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They helped set us up and answered questions throughout our experience. Drinks were good too!

This is a really cool idea. They had a great selection of games. And creative drinks nerds will love. Only con is that they only have 4 VR spaces available and its pretty small.

Great place. Took my husband for his Christmas present. A little beaten up on the outside and maybe not in the best neighborhood so, if your not from DC be aware of your going at night. We got the two hour one set experience. We saw a lot of broken glass which we assumed was broken car windows outside. If you have more than two people I suggest minimum two hour. The price isn’t really that bad for VR. My husband and son loved it. Also parking is a little complicated and the address on the website we could never find. But just park at the Howard Hospital parking it’s right across the street. We got there early and they let us play an extra 15 minutes! The workers who I am assuming are the owners were very knowledgeable and worked well with my son who is 11. Also kids are only allowed on Saturday 2-4.

We went this weekend for the first time and it was a blast! Will definitely be going again and encouraging friends to check it out - great concept and something a little different for a rainy afternoon or an evening where you want to branch out! The game options ranged nicely from very active to hardly, and violence vs not. Highly recommend!!

Staff friendly and very helpful, they have a very good set up with the VR. Would recommend even if youre not a full on gamer.

Tons of fun! If you want to take kids, just email ahead and let them know and its no issue. The kids loved it! The staff was great and helped us getting setup and as were changed players and games. TIP: Parking in the area is atrocious--many lots charged $20 (for any amount of time). Might consider the metro.

The staff for the VR was very helpful and provides more help if you need it and knows when you are good. Great selection of games and no technical problems whatsoever. Turns into a dance floor after on the weekends if you want to go play then dance after.

Came here for my cousins birthday--there were about 10 of us, ranging from casual to more serious gamers. We booked all 4 stations for 2 hours and it was awesome having the place to ourselves. Everyone had a great time and some of us already made plans to come back. Definitely arrive early to give yourself time to sign the waivers, learn how to use the controls, and order a drink! Special shout-out to our bartender/gametender--he was helping us set up the multiplayer games and making drinks for 10 people at the same time and he didnt even break a sweat. Great concept and excellent service!

The entire experience is amazing for both gamers and beginners. Danny the owner was more than generous and helpful in or VR experience. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have fun!

Such an amazing experience! I had never done VR before, and the atmosphere here is ideal. My friends and I rented a headset for an hour and had so much fun taking turns. Definitely a great workout, be prepared to get a little sweaty. The staff is super attentive and helpful.

We had an excellent time! Daniel set us up to enjoy our first ever VR experience. We had the most fun. Drinks were reasonably priced. The space is trendy and relaxed. Highly recommend. Went here for my husband’s birthday—we will be back soon.

This place is unreal. Not just the tech, but the passion of the owner and operator that I met while I was there! This place may seem low-key on the outside, but its as high-tech as it gets on the inside.Fun to play, fun to watch your friends play. I think Ive said enough.

Augment VR is a fantastic time at the entrance of Flash. I could not recommend this place enough. The price is very fair, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful for anything you need. They will quickly join you to play with your fellow VR-ers. Great job with this place! You definitely will need a reservation if you come at a popular time like late on weekends.

High quality VR system that works smoothly. Its a great place to spend time with friends doing a fun activity, and its a great way to experience multi-player VR without having to spend thousands of dollars on your own system.

Oh how funny am I To be the first review. So a little bit on my experience here which was HORRID. It’s my bachelor party weekend, I have friends in from outta state my best man and 6 of my groomsman at that, I reserve an hour at this arcade figured it would be exciting being that I’ve never tried VR before. Little do we know that the arcade Bar here is smack dab in the middle of homecoming weekend which I had absolutely no idea about. So it takes us an hour to find parking and we make way to this bar. Once we get there the bouncer was very friendly said us being late wouldn’t be an issue and that they would take care of us inside. Once we entered, a short gentleman with a full beard approached us asking us if we needed any help and we explained to him the event and issue with why we were late and this man showed absolutely no sympathy whatsoever he claimed to be “the owner” and strictly enforced the no refund policy and that parking problems wasn’t a good enough issue to uphold his “24” hour cancellation policy which he said basically only car accidents were covered! I then asked the owner if he could kindly Comp us another hour for the future and he said he could not! A first time customer about to bring several friends all willing to buy drinks at his bar and this man says he was sorry and that that was the policy!? What terrible customer service! I would never recommend anyone to go here and this is no way to grow a successful business or to obtain referrals from within which is the bloodline to every successful business.. this place will fail I promise you that!

Great experience. You get your own headsets which is a nice touch and there was nobody after us so they extended our time 20 minutes. The guys running the place are great and know a lot about the industry. Highly recommend for new and experienced VR users alike!

I went here for the first time in a date and loved it. First off, the ambiance is perfect. Its not some guys basement with a flat screen, this is purpose-designed for a classy experience. There is also a bar to wet the whistle.Second, the staff is wonderful. Very helpful & patient. They walked through setup, games, and showed a few favorites.I did an hour under the goggles and that may have been a bit much for my senses. Having a group of 3 or 4 spreads it out better, and gives you time to enjoy your drink.Highly recommend for a date or a group night out.

VR is definitely the future. Prices are steep. Too steep. But if you have the money definitely worth it.

Amazing place! Went there to surprise my date and it was honestly perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was pretty chill. They have several games you can choose from and lots of them offer multiplayer options. Would recommend for anyone who’s never experienced VR before, it was actually way better than we expected.

Lowkey spot with friendly bartenders and a great concept. Loved the vr (basic games on the system are my favorite especially the bow and arrow game). Beers are well priced and bar is quiet enough (without blaring music) that you can have an actual conversation with someone.

Awesome experience, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Bartenders are awesome and attentive, and the owners really care about the experience. 10/10 would go again. Every weekend.

We had a blast here last night!! Highly recommend trying it out.Its a pretty small place, with just 5 or so VR booths, a bar, and bathrooms but I actually really ending up liking that fact. It gave it the feel of a boutique experience.There were so many games to try and most of them were really awesome! We shot arrows at orcs, went skiing, slashed fruit, had boxing matches, played an arm version of DDR, drove a motorcycle, shot down attacking robots.... And there were even more games we didnt even get around to trying!There were two of us and we chose to share a headset for two hours which was plenty of time... If I go again I would probably just do one hour, but for the first time it felt nice to not feel rushed and like we could take small breaks. Switching off was helpful too because its so immersive and some of the games are actually quite tiring.The staff was friendly and very attentive. :) Thanks for the great experience!

Last night myself and several of my coworkers had a blast at Augment VR. The games were very fun and there were a lot of options to choose from for different levels of experience. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. Further, before the event the service I received organizing was very professional. I would definitely recommend this for an evening of fun alone or for a group!

Had so much fun here! Great place to try VR for the first time. People there were helpful in explaining each game I played so I understood the mechanics and could start having fun. We will be returning soon!

Wasnt sure what to expect when I brought a group here for a bachelor party as VR arcades are a new trend. Immensely impressed with the experience from front to back-- if I was local I would be coming here weekly easy. You do not have to be a gamer to have fun here, check it out when you can!

The original exhibit was fantastic and took about an hour to go through. However, the Cherry Blossom festival was legitimately disgraceful compared to others. It was incredibly cheap and the tech looked worse than a computer screen saver. Im really disappointed because this was a special exhibit that used to have interesting exhibits with a main screen that felt like watching a living being. The Blossom exhibit lasted a total of around five minutes and my guests asked if we could go somewhere else. Please just dont waste a dime coming here until they bring back the original exhibit. I cant tell you how much I want myself and my four guests money back.

Disclaimer Ive never done something like this before, I dont have a large basis for comparison. I dont drink either so I cant really comment on the bar aspect. The VR equipment looked top of the line, the staff were really quick to help you but just enough to get you going, they didnt hover. I got a free glass of water and we had an issue that made us have to start our session late so they allowed us to use two of the booths past when it ended for around that amount of time. The experience was immersive beacuase of the way they have their setup, and even when you werent playing you could watch the screens of people who were which was pretty entertaining.

Fun. Bit pricey but pretty worth it. Dont expect to play the zombie game on normal theirs still some kinks but beatsaber and some other titles will definitely keep you entertained. Also fun staff.

I strongly encourage everyone to give this a try. There are a ton of different games to try, all extremely high quality. I highly recommend playing multiplayer.

Great experience - lots of games for people of various interests (music, cooking, racing, zombie shooters, etc.) It’s instantly addictive. This is a great spot for friends to hang out, have drinks, and be thoroughly entertained.

Loved it! Worth the money, will go again! Parking wasnt bad for the area. There is a parking lot right next to the place, only $7 for the first two hours.

Dope dope concept, very cool staff and. My girlfriend and I laughed and screamed and had a great time shooting virtual reality aliens. All the more fun when youre a bit tipsy.

This place sure is interesting

I visited this place last week for my 24th birthday and I had an absoulute blast! The staff was very friendly and sociable and had a tremendous knowledge of the setup and virtual reality in general. It was my first time using the HTC Vive VR headset and I was able to master it in no time flat. It had a wide variety of games and experiences although for some reason, I tried to load Tilt Brush twice and it didnt load. It kept saying it was an unknown game. Other than that, I had an adrenaline pumping high flying, action packed fun time in there! And the other great thing about this place is that even though I only signed up for an hour, they gave me an extra 15 minutes for my birthday! Bottom line, great games, great drinks, great staff, great fun! Check it out! But be sure to drink responsibly! ;)
