The staff were very friendly, and the experience was awesome, but if you are from out of town, it can be a hard place to find. Google got us close, but its just up the side street from the cvs. I will try to post some helpful pictures.

Oh. My. Gosh. This was fun. A bit steep for the price IMO but still worth it. Did the escape room type of game at first and finished up with choice of games since we escaped pretty quickly! Parking across the way was cash only though. Female who worked was so sweet and gave us clear instructions and did not judge us lol. At least not openly. my boot heel broke off while playing though go with sneakers on.

We did a VR escape room. Its not nearly as fun as doing a real escape room (which they have and are great). Our VR Room wasnt really a room at all, just a corner of a space and it was hard to feel immersed in the experience when people are coming and going, talking etc. I would recommend requesting a private room so you can feel more immersed in the experience.Our system crashed multiple times 1/2 way through. They said this doesnt happen very often and gave us a free credit to come back another time. Overall staff were super helpful and apologetic, but the VR games were just too pricey in relation to their enjoyment. I do highly recommend their live escape rooms, but the VR experience was just ok.

This VR Zone is amazing. Our VR Master was very polite, patient, and helpful during our children’s entire experience. Our children’s ages range between 16-11 and VR Zone hosted games suitable for all of their ages. I highly recommend this place. Weekday visits are less busy, however reservations are required either way. Great place for gamers both veteran and novice!

This was awesome! You don’t have to be into murder and mayhem games to have a good time. I got a great workout playing Saber Beats. Staff is super nice and helpful as I was completely out of my element.

So this experience was worth the MONEY! I will return. I went with 2 of my friends and we all were in 1 game(arizona rising Zombie game). Graphics are great and you truly feel like your in the game. Extremely fun! You can choose different games to play. There are alot of games here. My cons : the mic were NOT working well at all. Its difficult to switch guns in the zombie game and we got a little assistance on how after asking many many times. I didnt like playing in the very front of the store literally about 5 feet from the front door. I wish everybody could just go the back & play. Other than that this was excellent.

Put mask on and you get 2 remotes and your in virtual reality. Play different games.They also have a escape room where you and friends, family, or who ever get trapped in a room until you figure out the clues on how to get out. If you run out of time you lose and someone had to come get you out.

My husband and I did one of the Assassins Creed escape games here and enjoyed it. The game itself is really immersive and the puzzles made good use of the VR controls. You plan in a pretty small space, so you use your controllers to teleport to different spots in the environment rather than physically walking (though you can still turn around and take a step or two in any given direction). We ran into an issue where I dropped an item essential to the puzzle that landed behind an in-game wall, so be mindful of that. (I had to stick my head through the wall to see it and pick it back up.)My one issue with our experience is that we werent in a closed room, so we could hear people in the waiting room and in other play areas talking. Its pretty distracting and makes the experience less immersive. Still, I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes both video games and escape games.

Overpriced considering its tech and games that are now available to the public. Staff was nice and checked on us often. Id recommend only if it were 1/3 the current price.

I took my 6 year old nephew and I was a little worried they wouldn’t have a VR game suitable for him. Fortunately, I was wrong. He played for an hour and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly too.

This place is amazing! The VR equipment is very well maintained, and it is in very good shape!! All the games were lots of fun, and it hardly felt like it was an hour long experience because I was having so much fun. I highly recommend coming here!

We went to VR Zone DC for my sons 13th birthday last Friday. We cant wait to go back!! Will at VR Zone was awesome! He helped everyone have a fantastic time. My son and his cousin and his friend had a blast playing the games for 90 minutes.We have been to other VR Arcades in the past, on the west coast and I have to say this one was the best. All us adults cant wait to go without the kids! lol! Perfect place for a date!Fight Zombies or relax on the beach or take an underwater dive in the ocean and see beautiful jellyfish surrounding you! They had an awesome selection of games and tons of them! It was magical and I literally cant wait to go back. The staff was awesome! Will emailed me later letting us know my niece forgot her eyeglasses there, how awesome is that!? So many people would have just tossed them or not taken the time to email anyone. I was impressed by his patience and professionalism dealing with 3 teens and 1 8 year old who were a bit needy.They have escape rooms too and one was a Stranger Things Themed room! It was awesome!! Go to VR Zone if you want a cool, unique experience.

People here were incredibly kind and informative. They had a great selection of games for anyone to enjoy, and its incredibly fun by yourself, or with someone else. But they might need another sign or two; it was hard to locate them.

Had an awesome time with a group of 4. It’s worth the time and money if you want a good hour. I would recommend trying out a variety of games before sticking to one.

Had a great time trying out all the games they have to offer. If you get a chance, then try Job Simulator or Arizona Sunshine. I highly recommend getting the 2 hour package so you can try everything they have to offer! It was the perfect amount of time.

First time here. Got a great work out. The games are diverse. The instructions are clearly explaine . Clean comfortable facility. Good equipment.We had fun and will be back.

Wasn’t sure what to expect at first. The place is very new and shares a space with an escape room, But it was a great time! The VR was really fun and there are a lot of games to choose from. I would recommend booking 1 hour for each person at a minimum. We had four people and reserved two bays for two hours and it was the perfect amount of time and we were able to play multiplayer games together. We will definitely be returning again.

SO far Ive only done one of the escape rooms and the virtual thingy but it was so fun I want to do all of them

Pretty nice, although not very sophisticated or spacious. Basically just a tiny apartment set up with 5 VR stations and some semi-knowledable staff. There is an escape room connected, so when that group finished, they all came right through the space we rented out for a company event. The staff did not provide any organization or direction for team-building. I would not repeat, but was is a good experience for the price.

Had a great time playing at VR Arcade with my kids! Theres no other place in DC area where you can come to play with kids. The place is new, with new equipment and friendly staff. The parking is not so bad for DC area, you can find free street parking within a block.

Must try for gamers, adventurers, and fun folks in general. Great for any weather, for any age, for a date or with friends. Hosts explain a lot of the games and are very nice.

I went to the VR Zone DC for the first time on a Friday with two of my friends. All three of us were able to play in the same VR game together in Data Breach, Arizona Sunshine and Elven Assassin.Finding multiplayer/co-op VR games are RARE in the D.M.V. now so the VR Zone DC spot is a great find! We had SO MUCH fun!Arizona Sunshine allows a maximum of 4 people in horde mode. Data Breach allows no more than 3 players, but on the 2-player mode you can do more game levels.Our host Alex was very accommodating, friendly and a great help getting us setup in the same game. When there was a tiny server issue with Data Breach, he was able to figure it out, debug and resolve the issue for all of 3 of us to play in the same game. He was very professional to give us more gameplay time to make up for it.Overall, I would recommend this spot if you want a gaming session 2-4 friends or family. Its a nice and chill basement spot across near several food places so its convenient.

Visited with my grandkids. Great VR arcade to entertain kids or adults! Kids played Job simulator game, then switched to archery VR game. I tried myself at some point and enjoyed the plank experience (scary a bit if you have issues with the hight!). Then each of us tried the beat saber - very cool and addictive! Great stuff - helped us to play and babyseat us while we were learning how to do things in virtual reality. Could be a great kids birthday place too!

This was a lot of fun! They have a coupon code on their website so it was inexpensive. He was patient whole we learned how to use VR for the first time. Its new so theyre trying to learn the tricks themselves, but this was way better than your Gamespot version.

Its $8 for a quick 2min game or $20 for 3 games. It was a fun experience but the staff allowed their personal friends to go on for free while being extremely pushy and high pressure for everyone else. Didnt appreciate the blatant double standard
