Ridge Road Recreation Center proves that the best playgrounds are East of the River. Located just off of Fort Dupont Park in Benning Ridge, the recreation is more like a campus with a recreation center, pool, courts, a field and an epic playground. Theres parking along the street. The playground itself is less busy compared to other playgrounds and kept well. Theres one high-tech activity for kids and plenty of slides, climbing structures and rest areas for parents. Restrooms are nearby.

Very nice recreation center

This day October 29, 2020 was my first time ever inside the center.

The people that work in side where not friend and they did treat everyone fair

The center is a blessing for our youth in the community, and nice activities are provided for seniors, yet they do not provide handicap conveniences for seniors, I experienced a lot of walking to get to the gym, when trying to VOTE, as well as the stairs, accessing the voting machines which are located in the lower part of the building was very uncomfortable and the staff not friendly doing the elections, we do have an upcoming election in June 2020....it would be great not to be inconvenienced while trying to perform civic duties...thank you....would love feedback as well.

I took my granddaughter to the back to school event for the 2nd year in a row and it was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable,friendly and overall great staff and volunteers. I appreciate all that they do and will be taking her for general recreational activities soon. THANK YOU RRCC

This is our favorite local park. Love the theme and extra features! And the mature trees surrounding it are great. Ample areas for kids to play with good fencing so that they cant escape.Also, the pool is wonderful in the hot summer months. I DO NOT LIKE THE FACT that they make folks exit the pool every hour and sit on the sides for 15 minutes so the staff can take breaks; this does not happen in other DC pools! They should work on getting enough lifeguards so that the kids and families can have uninterrupted playtime.I have worked out in the gym several times and found it very inviting and clean. I enjoyed my work out. The staff is variable, I found the staff that works with the Senior Citizens to be the most friendly.

Ridge road is a great place to bring the kids on the weekend. The new renovated playground is really nice and clean. A lot has changed over the years to make Ridge Road a top DC park location.

Excellent public facility. Parking is scarce, like anywhere in DC. Officiating for our game was a disgrace!

Went there to workout in the gym it was quiet wasnt crowded clean nice.

I went with my daughters team for a soccer game. The field was covered in trash. DPR failed to unlock the field so the teams stood outside for 45 minutes until someone unlocked the gates. There was an exposed pole in the field of play.

The play area for the children was safe and clean

It is a wonderful facility. The people seem to take pride in it. I just wish it was more accessible to public transportation. It is a long walk from the bus stop. Not convenient for those not able to walk the distance.

Nice pool facility. Clean environment. Lifeguard staff needs to focus on their job and not be socializing with one another. Children and water is SERIOUS business.

The Senior Softball Leagues are the bomb!

My chill spot I love this community so peaceful.... I just pull over watch street basketball games in the summer and look at the kids practice on the football field like professionals

Sr. Exercise is off the chain. Always find events to take us on. The staff is very nice to us. No complaints at all.

Very nice community center with programs for young to seniors. Exercise rooms, gym, activity rooms, outdoor pool. They have outdoor games and playgrounds.

Great Playgroud/Park... Loved that the kids have things to climb on... We even ate at the large tables right outside of playground... We are definitely going again & again!

They have plenty of staff to keep facility clean. Today it wasnt, we stayed for 1hr I couldnt take the smell, pool stink, not enough chlorine??
