The staff are very nice, they have alot of programs for youth, adults and older people. The rec center has art rooms, game rooms, senior center, youth center, basketball gym, fitness center and more. Come check out the rec center thats in the community and keeps kids off the streets and offer better opportunities for the youth

Theyre never open for the community. Anytime my children and I tried to go there its always an excuse. Theyre having a meeting, computer lab closed today, the gym is closed to the public today. This happened on more then 10 occasions. Not to mention, no one is ever inside the rec center other then the lazy employees. They are very rude, unprofessional and ghetto!! To anyone reading this. Please dont waste your time going here. Take your family somewhere else!!!

Park under top flight security control, no access

The personnel were welcoming and helpful, as I walked through the facility it appeared to be clean. The one drawback was the WIFI and the computers the connection was very poor.

Great community center. The staff is very helpful and obviously invested in the success of the programs that they offer. My son has participated in the recs football league for 3 seasons and its been a wonderful experience. My daughter is getting ready to start cheerleading with them and I look forward to reporting good things.

Very nice recreation center. A lot of fun activitites to do for adults and children.

This recreation center has more to offer than was in the brochure come out and enjoy. Great playground out back for under 6 years old.

Love Recreation Center it was the first Rec Center I what to when I move to Southeast Washington back in 1968 it was shaped like a spaceship great people work there Miss Hawkins and mr. Morgan as they still do now great Recreation Center. Oh it was right down the street from the Panorama room.

A good place to meet other Senior and New Friends on top of getting fresh fruits and vegetables on top of also getting your eat on!!

The nicest staff - always willing to help!

Fort Stanton Recreation Center has personally served well Senior Citizens. There are classes, activities and programs which educate and entertain groups of Women, Men and Youth. During the Summer months the pool is open for use and the hours to swim are Great the only negative is the lack of off Street parking, most especially the lack of parking for the elderly and handicapped.

Nice area for the dog to play.

This center truly care about the children and their growth.

A great place to go for the summer Im a Senior and I belong to the Season Senior of Fort Stanton our group exercise, eat healthy, go on trips to the Movies and Historical places of Black History we even have classes for quilt making come join us and be part of the fort Stanton program or any program thats available thank you

The staff was very nice and they gave me a lot of information about the upcoming football camp
