Great use of black box spaceA church converted so one can view of the world’s moral compass in an evening of theaterTheir plays are less “spooky” usually, but this reading actually was intentionally spookyIn general I’ve observed they gravitate towards open minded thinking, exposing the charlatanry of societal norms, behavior, and religion. Even the notion of free will becomes suspect under their microscope.I saw my first play here 5 years ago “Kafka on the Shore” I’m saddened it’s taken me this long to come backThis is theater for the mind. That questions the philosophy of your soul.leaving you with no real answers,It does make forgetting what the question was in the first place all that more enjoyableA definite cerebral feast for your imagination

We saw a great play (The Oldest Boy) in a wonderfully surprising location (the basement of a church). The cast pulled us right into the story and had me looking straight into the eyes of a puppet who was manipulated right in front of our eyes by various members of the cast and voiced brilliantly by Al Twanmo, a local actor with national credits. And there I was suspending my disbelief and relating to the one non-human cast member. The emotions of the Mother (played stunningly by Jenna Sokolowski) were believable, and given the intimacy of the setting (a church basement!) I was wishing I could console her myself. All in all, great setting, great cast, great production. Looking forward to the next show.

Interesting theater style in the basement of a building. Its very personal seating around a small stage which made it an intimate experience. The cast was talented. Time spent well with an open mind.

Enchantingly wonderful little nugget of a theater. A little quirky. Wholly enjoyable.

For being a tiny theater in the lower level of a church, they housed a spectacularly creative show! Given the opportunity, I would certainly check out any production offered here!
