Very functional facility with everything you need. People are nice and helpful and never seems to be crowded. Nice selection of treadmills, ellipticals, machines and free weights. Full pool and an indoor track. Visitor pass is pretty expensive at $11 a day unless you with a member which drops it to $5.

Not a member but my kids take swim lessons here. Instructors are great. Facility is clean and easy to access.

Very concerned about safety of their members, several excellent teachers in their aquatic programs with a wide range of activity levels.

Called this morning to talk to someone about my free trial that I had started two weeks before the pandemic closed the facility. I dealt with a lady that was very unhelpful and kept interrupting me on the call. She said my membership expired on June 1st which is when they reopened the facility so I was out of luck for my remaining 2 weeks. After arguing for fifteen minutes she said all she could do for me was give me a free week and she said “I shouldn’t even be doing this”. Overall it was a very disappointing and frustrating conversation. I thought the staff would be a lot nicer and be a lot more understanding with everything that is going on. I was very much thinking about purchasing a membership to the gym but now I am rethinking it.

Nice community center overall. It is a newer building but kept very nice so it seems newer than it is. The banquet rooms are nice and so is the fitness center and pool. The lap pool is kept pretty cold, as per usual, but the kids pool is much warmer. My only complaint is the hours for community swims are quite restricted. I cant attest to more than those amenities but Id recommend seeing what this place has to offer.

Great place for exercise.

Never a fan of having my temperature taken to walk through a building. Protocols you see fit, not mandated by officials. If someone does have a temperature according to your forehead scan then are they denied access to the facility? Seems like a slippery slope to authoritarian rule.

I have found that the fitness studios are amazing, but a recent change has been really obnoxious and outrageous. Normally, I’d use a studio that wasn’t in use to dance, with or without a friend of mine. Last week or so, I had been told that the studios up on the top were to be used for people going to the virtual classes only, a far cry from what I was told initially and continually. It didn’t help that the employee that had told me this was incredibly rude and waited for me to pack all of my things (which was pretty minuscule) and leave the room before actually going. Normally, this wouldn’t bother me if the staff was nicer about it, but this staff member was incredibly condescending. And though the fitness area is overall decent (save for some shoddy equipment), the studios seem odd. What is the purpose of having two virtual studios without stationary bikes and one with them while there’s only one studio that isn’t meant for virtual classes off the gymnasium? In correlation with my point above, why not try to have one studio upstairs that isn’t for primary virtual use? Or, since the virtual studios wouldn’t be in use since it’s now unnecessarily banned for use while no classes are playing, why not open the room to anyone who wishes to use it until a class is starting? The change seems unneeded in overall context. Despite that, the facilities are also pretty under-kept and there is a lot of gunk of some sort around the pool. (It is worth noting that the bathroom is very dirty even after being cleaned, save for the floor; the floor itself is amazing.)With this being said, I cannot give the place a five star review under the circumstance that changes made, (some) somewhat functional workout equipment and inability to provide clean areas are (possibly) outrageous, unclean and are a hazard to people that go to the business. 2 stars for an overall rating; definitely could be fixed.

The place is clean, staff is friendly, and there are free weights for deadlift, squat, and bench. Not sure what else I could ask for.

They definitely overbook on Sundays! I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism. The pool area was poorly ventilated and I didn’t appreciate staff yelling at the children to “ please exit pool, if they were attendants of the ... party”. I understand time constraints but the party room was a catastrophe upon arrival. The birthday cake was old and tasted like cardboard. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

Beautiful facility - lots of things to do as a family

Had a great time with my brother here. Always has great service and is always understanding and willing to help when there is a problem. I didnt feel like I was being judged when I worked out and had a great time playing basketball and swimming with my brother and friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked about a fitness center.

Front desk employees were extremely rude and not helpful. The manager yelled from a back office instead of coming out to discuss membership options. Customer service is gravely lacking. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Always a pleasure to work with! Their staff is accommodating and very helpful which makes our set ups and tear downs easy. They have a wonderful event space and we continually look forward to collaborating with them in order to make a brides day memorable!

Its a nice place but it sucks that you cant take your kids swimming until 4pm because they dont have a lifeguard on duty until then. We got there at 2 and had to find something to do for 2 hours until they have a lifeguard there. Adults can drown too, they should have a lifeguard on duty whenever the pool is open.

Very few places in the area that provides everything five points does. Worth the fee for the space alone. Add the classes and the library, even better.

By far one of the most impressive recreational centers I have ever been to. Its Great that they also offer the pool with pool classes is well. That does great for my girlfriend who was a diver. They also offer classes for workouts and group and with personal trainers. And come to find out its not expensive at all to get a membership. Definitely the best, affordable, and family friendly activity center out there.

They have an excellent gym area, a great pool and a theater for plays or musical shows. This place has it all.

Better than the Peoria Water Front - lots of toys & utilities for the kids to use + warm water. Riverfront has a mini water park, but the cold water prevents you from utilizing it.

Nice place for concerts, plays, parties and exercise. Would recommend.

The facilities are well maintained and they have a good selection of excercise equipment. Childcare is provided as long as they are on the membership. Their pool is awesome too. My kids love going there during the winter to swim. You can use it even if you are not a member, it just costs about $5 a person

Had my sons first birthday party here and we all had a blast and the staff was very nice and accommodating!Updating to say now that we have come here a few times there is one manager there that is just BEYOND RUDE! I had no problems and LOVED this place until I met this older rather RUDE manager who honestly just needs fired!

Just recently started going to 5 Points for Aqua Therapy which is going well. This place seems nice, clean, has lots of activities, movies like every 2 months, nice equipment. Would love to join, getting older I need to exercise more, unfortunately being low income I cannot join as a member .

Warm water therapy pool is amazing. Also has a good lap pool, huge workout rooms, gyms, awesome variety of machines, free weights, bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and amazing staff. Dont forget the performing center, party rooms, library, and all around community center. Prices are very reasonable for what you get & no initiation fees.

Went for my daughters graduation. First time there. Nice place plenty of seating. Saw long time friends.

Prices of membership and Punch cards are high, but the group fitness classes are amazing!

I had a scheduled birthday party for my daughters first birthday! I will never recommend another party here. SO now let the chaos begin, when I arrived for the birthday party a hostess/party attendant along with a cart were to be waiting in the foyer to assist with gifts, cake, decorations etc., yet to my surprise my party attendant left for the day and 5points had no ideal and no one bother to assist me until I asked front desk staff . I waited in the foyer with party materials in hand, daughter on my hip and party guest arriving as we were waiting as staff searches for a replace attendant. Party is now 40 minutes or more behind schedule. Once an attendant was available my guest were then I rushed in/out the pool. I was informed months prior the entire pool including the competiton pool was open for use. When I arrived only the baby pool and poor ventilation in the swimming area were availiable...Following swimming, the party room was a disaster cake in floor and tables from previous guest. A manager then got word of the disaster and assisted as she yelled to custodians on a walkie talkie that,if someone does not come to clean party room she will be doing write ups . My guest felt this was unprofessial along with myself. In addition the pool party is falsely advertised the party package includes ballons for the tables mine had 3 balloons on the floor, and the cake was dry and stale. For a Sunday party the included cake taste as if it was made a week prior. After all the manager on duty apologized along with the replacement attendant and told me to take my time as the party was a Mess. However, the next day on Monday I received a call from five points event coordinator stating I owe 60.00 for my party going over the scheduled 2hrs. I felt this was ridiculous under the conditions of my party attendant going M.I.A and the mess that needed to be cleaned from a previous party as well as the attendant and manager statements of taking my time due to the inconvenience. Five points even coordinator apologized after I enlightened her on the party and lack of professionalism. She then state shes sorry AND disregard the 60.00, but I felt again this was unprofessional and an attack on my character because she called me the customer prior to accessing the entire situation with her staff . I WILL NEVER DO OR RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS UNTIL A NEW EVENT COORDINATOR/Supervisor IS HIRED.

Pricey and not much for the kids to do. They try to organize the fun but when its a bunch of kids under 5 they all want to do their own thing.

I recently had my wedding reception at Five Points. I cant say enough good about the entire experience. Brian and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and beautifully. Great communication and professionalism. It was better than I ever expected. Needs better management, equipment in fitness classrooms is junk, way to many treadmills, not enough elipitcals and the 3rd vendor in 3 yrs is gone now from the front cause they ran them off. No more smoothies!

Didnt even know this place existed. Saw comedian, Paula Poundstone, there! Nice theater, cash bar and you could take your beverage into the theater. Totally cool!

Nice place,, clean and front desk persons are nice. Except when I called once for Therapy the Lady who answered the phone was very frustrated about something and was very short with me and snapped at me. I figured everyone has a Bad day every once in awhile.

Good facility, but can you please find some space for the kids or look to invest in a racquetball court so that these events dont take up half the basketball gym? Its frustrating having 40 people all shooting on the same available 2 hoops for an hour or longer and being cramped with no room to play. Also, it sucks that some people have to work 1st and 2nd shift and you guys arent open for business and it makes it frustrating finding somewhere to workout or swim or play ball when its 7:30pm on a Saturday night and the facility is closed at 7pm for no good reason. If it were a 24 hour facility then it would outdo Eastside and Riverplex by just that much more. Not to mention for whatever reason the smoothie bar is no longer there.

We have enjoyed many Peoria Area Civic Corral performance and very happy with the facilities.

Son Aaron graduated college! The place (Washington, IL) looks great now compared to my last visit. I helped at the (next door) Fire Station right after the tornado hit their area. 5 Points is just a lovely place. I dont think Ive EVER seen bathrooms and hallways and windows SOO squeaky clean...WOW. They must have a huge Janitorial staff! LOL

Took my daughter here for swimming on her birthday. Price was reasonable and pools were clean, warm, and not crowded at all. Will go back for sure!

Nice family recreation center. The gym (weightroom) is a bit lacking but it has the basics. Definitely a step down from my Golds membership...but thats expected. A worthy trade-off from my familys perspective.

Great place to work out, but too many different things in one building if you ask me. Membership and day passes are pricey, however for a person who is more interested in a clean atmosphere than rock bottom price I would say the high price has served its function.Also, if you come to swim be sure to check the schedule ahead of time. Numerous activities including swim meets may have the lap pool utilized.

This place has a lot to do! Very clean establishment and a knowledgeable staff. You can even hit up the library after you get done with your workout.

This is a great facility with excellent and knowledgeable staff. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed exercising here. We have used the track, the pool, ellipticals, treadmills, free weights and resistance machines. Jacobs ladder is a great workout too! We have been part of the RPM and yoga classes as well. Its exemplary!

Great family friendly facility! My son uses the basketball court and free weights area, my wife loves to swim, and I enjoy the track, free weights, and cardio machines. Well worth the price!
