Have lived here for over a decade and there was a time several years ago that the trailer park was in rough condition...drug activity, condemned empty trailers with squatters. Since manager Melissa has taken over things are much better. Condemned trailers removed, gravel for driveways, grass stays looking nice, problems are addressed in a timely manner and things continue to get better all the time. Its nice to be able to walk through the park and feel safe and super nice people live here.

Needed Management attention! People were amazing and so friendly but the Park itself is not being well maintained.

Rent is always getting raised up and they dont allow pets.. Management is very unprofessional

Clean dog friendly close to lots of stores and restaurants and the city bus runs through for those that dont drive. and the management is very good on fixing things that break down in a timely fashion. and the rent is very reasonable

I was told I could park my RV here but there is not a decent spot for a 40-foot toy hauler small campers only
