Drove through this community to check it out for a friend who will be moving to this area soon. Area looked well groomed and taken care of. Noticed they had a club house. Neighborhood seemed quiet.

This is the second or third best mobile park in St. George. The very best park to live in is Rio Virgin Estates. The people are so nice & friendly & helpful..

Such a quiet and clean place. The pool is warm mostly because it’s in a sort of greenhouse building. Even with the doors open it doesn’t quite get enough air flowing through. Everyone we passed was friendly. Very nice park!!

Live here and love it! Peaceful and quiet. Many social activities for residents.

Nice 55 and older community, it has limite rentals. RV parking for residents and public. #AmazingBigIdea

This is a 55 plus residency park. Not a drive by RV park for overnight campers. Wonderful place to live.

Nice Grounds with older Mulberry trees. Owners seem happy to live hear full time and part time. The community watches over one another.

Ive had the opportunity to work in here at a few of the homes and RVs. Everyone loves that its quiet but also close enough to town.

Wonderful people, clean and shaded but not enough pool ventalation summer. Also sewage smells.

Probably the nicest RV park in the St George area.
