New manager so its getting better. Drivers drive to fast, uncut grass, trashy people

Worst place to live full of crooks an criminalsNew owner did lots of much needed repairs to the roads. But 300.00 a month is way to much. No street lights. One guy owns lots of the homes and he loves section 8. Because they paid higher rents than other people can afford to pay. I wouldnt give it one star to many crazy lease rules . Just read the lease youll run away

This used to be a rather nice place, now... not so much. The crime and drugs here are really bad...

There was a Murder right next door to me months ago and it still hasnt been solved.

This place is to expensive and plus there contract you cant even read. New owner made this to be a horrible place to live. There always jacking up the lot rent.
