My family was looking for something fun to do in D.C. that would keep both our older parents, and well as us (the college-aged kids) entertained - The Magic Duel totally did the trick! The magic itself was really well done and impressed even my hard-to-please Father. The jokes were funny and relevant enough to keep my 19-year-old sister laughing! Overall we had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this as a unique and fun experience in D.C. - Wed also like to give a shout out to the owner / magician Mark Phillips. He was kind and gracious every step of the way. He helped us get tickets at the last minute, and even shipped a lost item back to us after wed left it behind at the show. And to top it all off, his trick with the wine bottles as one of the coolest things Ive seen in years! Go check them out if you get a chance!

Comedy, magic, and audience participation all make for a great entertaining experience. I loved how they showed some tricks of the trade. The magicians are also comedians which make the experience even better. Decent show to check out in a fancy historical hotel in DC.

WHAT A SHOW! Attended with friends and family for a 40th birthday and my goodness, we enjoyed EVERY SECOND of the show! These men are FUNNY not mention sarcastic and witty! A great combination of comedy and awe inspiring magic! Absolutely recommend and I look forward to seeing them again!

Saw this show Saturday night and it was so fun and entertaining! The magic tricks were amazing!

This show was hilarious!! Brian and Mark gave an action packed magic show and keep the jokes going all night. The tricks were on point and one of my favorite parts of the show was that they involved the audience multiple times. My husband even got pulled on stage and when his trick made everyone’s jaw drop I knew the Magic was real. I would definitely recommend this show to any couple or family looking to have a fun time!

THIS DYNAMIC DUO DOESNT DISAPPOINT! The magic is mystifying and astonishing, the comedy delightful and razor sharp. We have seen The Magic Duel several times and just stopped by this past weekend for A Gentleman and Liar, and well be going back for both again! No 2 shows are exactly the same. Its a great venue to take out-of-town visitors for a one-of-a-kind experience, but also a blast for someone celebrating a birthday or just a lovely date night at the beautiful Mayflower Hotel, easily accessible by Metro. Tremendous fun, great audience participation.

This is a great show and a lot of fun. The interaction between the two magicians makes it much more than just another magic show. But the magic itself is very strong. A friend and I saw the show and we were trying to figure out how many of the tricks were done all the way home.

Whenever I have guests visiting me in DC, I take them to see THIS show! Mark Phillips and Brian Curry are awesome. The are both really talented magicians and the show is high energy and really, really funny. Just GO!

This was an unexpectedly AMAZING time. These guys are hilarious and true professionals. My face hurt from laughing and smiling - the magic was unbelievable. The next day we are still saying things like, But how did they do that one . . Definitely check it out. Great for a date or a big group like a birthday party.
