The lady Ms Stacey at planet bounce in Washington pa is phenomenal. She loves the kids and she works well with others. If y’all need a place to have a party that place is the place.

Great deal for $10 per child, they can play as much as they want on the 5 giant inflatable bouncy slides and houses. They have a few arcade games suitable for younger children, some pinball machines, and an area for parties.

The kids just love this place! It is a much better experience at Washington Crown Center than it has been previously at their place on 19.

Kids had a great time . Some of the slide steps seems a little steep for our age group of kids but was okay if an adult was accompanying them

I got a great price on Groupon. All day play for about $7 place has an arcade and a bunch of bounce houses. It also has a little pavilion area there where you can have your childs birthday party. The woman that works at the desk is very friendly. When we when it wasnt that busy but thats because of the coronavirus. The arcade games are only 50 cents. I have to give this place their props!

Great price of admission. Lots for the kids to do. Make sure you have $1s or $5s for the arcade though. The machine doesnt take anything higher for change.

Awesome place for little kids. My daughter is just over 1.5 years old and had a great time. The best part? The price. Its only $10 per kid for the entire day! Parents get in free (which makes sense cause we dont get to do much). Parents are allowed on the rides which is good as my kid got scared stuck at the top of a slide a few times (once wasnt enough to learn?). There is seating for parents, some arcade games, and a section with picnic tables for birthday bday parties. Overall a great deal for $10 and a good time for kids.

Great for the kids. Smells like feet, and the wait is horrible, unless you have a party. Other than that the kids loved it.

Drove 45 minutes for them to tell us they are closed for a private party, we called prior and they didn’t mention anything about it .

Its a great place to tire the kids out. They love it. They do need a bigger place eventually, though, that place is a little tight.

This location is apparently closed permanently. We called prior to making the hour drive out and the message stated regular hours, no mention of changing locations or being closed at all. So me and my car full of kids were stuck driving another hour disappointed to find something else to do. Their website lists that this location is closed while they relocate but it would have been nice to know when we called. They have another location that may or may not be open, but I will never go to it because if they are not responsible enough to update a voicemail message when they close a location I doubt they are responsible enough to run a good shop.

Super fun and cute! My son had a blast here! This was our first trip out here and we will definitely be back we went on a Tuesday morning and it wasn’t too crowded at all which was great since my baby is only 3 I get worried when places are too hectic. The staff was super friendly as well which is always an added bonus ;-) great business!

Great place to let kids run themselves silly. The building is small but the slides are huge and full of fun for all ages. We had a good time.

Planet bounce is so much fun! Very inexpensive. You only pay for children but parents are welcome to get in on the fun! Drinks and snacks foods avaliable. Full pizza also avaliable. Party packages and super friendly staff!

They are small but for a family that doesnt live close to children type of places. Its great! I heard they were moving and expanding. Cannot wait!!!

Some much fun, and everyone there was so friendly! I was part of a group with small children and snack time was making quite the mess. The staff never made us feel like a bother and very kindly tidied up the floors after our “crumby” kids on more than one occasion. Love this place!

My 6 year old loved it and they had couches for the parents to sit on! Perfect!

Really fun for the kids. Its a safe environment, well maintained and clean. Our kids will run, jump and climb here to complete exhaustion. The party rooms are nice and suitable for moderately sized groups. Really unique idea and fun for the kids for parties or just to get them out of the house in the winter.

Planet Bounce is smaller than I expected based on their websites descriptions but still was very fun. We took my boyfriends 6 year old son and he had a great time running around on the different bouncers. It wasnt super busy at the time we went which was nice as he got to explore everything without it being too crowded. The best part is that it is a single price for unlimited bounce time during open bounce and parents can bounce with their children for free.

The kids love it and it definitely is a fun, low cost activity that burns off extra energy and lets them run and be a little crazy. I just wish they had a little security at the exits. Its a little chaotic and that makes it easy to panic when you cant see your child for a minute or two.

The perfect place if you have kids 3 to 10. You sit back, relax and let them run wild. For two kids $20 gets you as long as they can run and bounce.

I have nothing negative to say about these guys. Very amicable, timely, and knowledgeable. They even offered to fix some other small issues I had been having with other systems for 10.

The kids had a great time playing.The bounce peices were in good condition and everything was clean.The staff left a little to be desired. They didnt supervise much and were not very friendly.

Theres a few bounce houses, not much variety for kids (though they dont seem to mind if theyre young enough). The parties are very well structured. However the staff are extremely friendly and helpful which is great.

We love it here and have been here plenty of times. But tonight wasnt so good. The staff present were more interested in gossiping than doing their job. It was a madhouse. The staff hung out in the cashier/snack stand and ignored the kids running around.

I brought my 4 year old niece here for an open bounce session and she and I loved it! We will definitely be back. The staff was super accommodating and made an extra effort to get my niece involved with the other children because shes a little shy. Weve been to other venues for children and this was by far the best experience weve had. If youre like me and are a last minute planner, this place is super easy and great place to spend a few hours. There was a birthday party going on in one of the rooms during our visit and my niece keeps saying that she want her birthday there too. When I asked about the details, the owners made it super easy and showed me all the options available. Theres really no prep work involved, they handle everything from food to entertainment and even they even set up before you get there and clean up after you leave. We both look forward to our next visit.

We planned a field trip for students with special needs to go to Planet Bounce. Planet Bounce met all of our needs and was very accommodating. Our students had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back again.

Really fun place to bring the kids. Wish they had more open hours. And sometimes theyre closed during posted open hours. Call ahead to make sure theyll be open when you get there.

Went to a party there. It was kinda small, and the music wasnt what I would say is music for young children. Their staff was young, and didnt care much for being there. It could be better.

The owner is rude, the workers were pushy. They had no structure. They didnt give the childrens treat bags that were promised then I GOT BLAMED. They over charge for pizza that they order in. I asked multiple times for certain things to be done and they just brushed me off. Maybe if you own a place like this you want to be a little bit nicer to your customers. I could run a place like this with my eyes closed but the owner apparently runs it with his head up his butt. Best of luck, youll need it!!!!!!I GIVE THIS PLACE 6 MONTHS!!! It needs some nicer owners!!!!

Not a very good experience today. I watched my son, who is 2, be pushed out of the way more than once. I had to correct two much older boys who trampled on top of him. The staff was gathered in a circle talking to one another. Checking out each others hair and nails. Not once did they even bother to look around at any child. Then I found smeared blood on one of the slides and that was our queue to leave. Maybe it was because it was busy, but I would think the staff would be more attentive for that very reason.
