For the most part it was well kept. Plenty of parking and a good number of picnic tables. Think I saw a water fountain as well. Has tennis courts and baseball fields too. A few open areas as well. Excellent use of taxes. Good for the city. Hope they keep it up and add other activites and useful outdoor facilities.

The play ground is nice. The only thing I would suggest is an easier access to both jungle gyms. The advanced one is a bit trecherous for even young children to get onto. Adults would have trouble.

The maintenance at this park is deficient at best. Tennis court nets are falling apart. Porta john is disgusting and theres broken metal soccer net frames that get mowed around for the past 2 years.

It’s an outdated park. I’ve lived near this park from when I was a baby till about 25. Now that I’m a few years older, I avoid this park anyway I can. The pavilions are outdated and so are the play structures. If you want tetanus, stop on by and play on the equipment. Also, some shady things happen here at night. I wouldn’t step foot in this park after 7PM. Warren needs to step up their game and security of this park.

It was very nice and quiet. It was a big enough for my 3 year old to enjoy himself.

We play football in the summer. Also have good facilities for community picnic with shades.

Park is huge! Multiple play areas and covered tables. Great for company picnics. Has a bathroom, not very clean. Has basketball, volleyball, tennis court and baseball diamonds. Lots of fun for the family!

Outstanding Fields! The park was in perfect shape. This is your go-to park if your family is looking for somewhere to have a picnic or play. The baseball fields were amazing! They kept them in shape and the dugouts were perfect for players in their games. I highly suggest this place for practice and or playing for fun!

Had a great evening there. Plenty to do and very diverse in culture. Tennis courts stay lit nice and late. And the soccer fields are well groomed. Plenty of areas for little children to play in, I how ever didnt enjoy those things I was to busy making out with my hot girl on a picnic table.best night ever!!!

Its a decent lark, lots of space. Parking lot has an unnecessary amount of speed bumps and not a whole lot of amenities.

The City of Warren has a nice parks and rec softball/baseball league. The diamonds and fields are kept in decent shape. For $130 a softball season will go 12 games and a uniform is included. Seeing 12 movies might cost as much. My kid has played 6 years and has really enjoyed it!

Large well maintained park with baseball diamonds, tennis courts, playground and barbecue areas. Very pleasant for long walks or a day with the family.

Like to walk here after work! Could have bit more shade on the outskirts of the trail but otherwise very nice. Feels safe because there is always some type of kid sporting event going on, but walking paths rarely crowded. Win win!

Well-rounded park. Nothing too fancy to see here. Several soccer pitches, softball/baseball diamonds, and tennis courts. Quite a large park in this area as it spans a half mile in length. You can literally drive straight through and not get lost or trapped. This park also hosts fairs and other local events. Bonus!—The small hill that faces 13 Mile is a great sledding hill for younger children during the winter months.

I took my kids to the Warren Lions city fair. The rides were in good condition and the carnival workers were friendly, but we had a bad experience because some unsupervised teenagers were running around acting like punks. One mouthy girl threw a half full water bottle at my son for no reason. She claimed it was accidental, but it hit him, causing a sore spot and he got all wet. There were no police, just explorer cadets. They didnt do anything other than make the girl throw the bottle away. She didnt even apologize and she got to stay at the fair. I would recommend staying away from this event.

Great park, we play soccer there, I gave it a 4 star because of the bathrooms which are scary. Id rather leave the park then use the ones there. Great fields though and the playground is big.

Ive been coming here since I was little. Aside from the obvious improvements it remains relatively unchanged which is nice. Baseball diamonds are always busy in throughout the summer. They have multiple playgrounds, soccer fields, tennis courts, volleyball, pavilions, barbecues, a concession stand (summer time during league games), bathrooms. They also host different events such as: Warren fair, art festivals, geocaching events, LARPing and more. This has been the best park in Warren for as long as Ive been alive. Highly recommended to any and all.

Very nice park with great tennis courts, playgrounds, and baseball fields. Only complaint is that much of the 1 mile track around the park is along busy roads and use regular City sidewalks along the road instead of winding paths within the park.

This is a nice park for sports. They have 6 baseball diamonds with a concession stand and plenty of seating. Seems to be mostly younger baseball teams and softball teams playing. There are plenty of soccer fields as well. Plenty of parking. Friendly family atmosphere so far. There are indoor-ish bathrooms on the backside of the concession stand building.

Just left, Halmich is clean and the sidewalks are clear the grounds crew obviously takes their jobs seriously. Playground equipment is newer and well maintained. We always have a good time when we come with the family.

For many years the Philippine community has celebrated its Kalayaan picnic here. Lots of memories made and in the making at this place.

Large park with numerous sports fields and courts - Tennis, Baseball, Soccer, and I think basketball. Large Pavilion for group gatherings with plenty of room to share. There are also a few areas with playground equipment. One facility for the business, dont know the frequency of when it is unlocked. This is also a location for WYSL and AYSO soccer leagues, so it can be busy at times.

Open Space. Big sitting arrangements. Many basketball courts and kid zones. Lot of space for parking.

Walking path is deteriorating and a little worn but thats forgivable considering the rest it has to offer. Ball diamonds are great. Tennis courts and play ground areas are top notch. Wife and I had a baby shower here years ago. Cheap pavilion rentals and clean.

Beautiful trees, peace & quiet especially @ north end off of Chicago Rd. Lots of speedbumps so no crazy speeding drivers when taking children on the playscapes there. Pavilions available for rent for gatherings.

Free public park with I think 3 kids playgrounds, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, and so on. Kept clean usually and lawn kept. They have a fair/carnival in the summer you can pay for rides and activities which is nice. Has pavilions that are covered with seating and grills. There are bathrooms but usually closed.

This is the best park in this entire area. The walking / running trails are great and the soccer fields are always in good shape. The kids love the playground areas and the ball fields are nice too. The Warren City fair in the summer is great fun for the entire family.

The best park in Warren. I play basketball and volleyball here and I jog around the outskirts of the park often. The gigantic speed bumps suck, but I guess they’re ensuring the children’s safety.
