This theater has cool special engagement showings and the crown club extras and promos are great, but the seats are dated... the armrests dont move, which makes it uncomfortable to me. I would come here more often if the armrests were updated.

Very nice, clean and comfy theater. Not crowded at all so you get to watch a movie in a quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend this movie theater.

This theater is great if you dont like dealing with the a big crowd. I usually go in the later night so its pretty laid back, with the exception of early release showings. Popcorn is ok, could be better but they serve beer now so thats a plus.

This is a big theater with lots of screens. It has arcade games in the front, remenicient of the 80s. Reasonable tickets fees, but snacks are outrageous.

Wonderful place for a birthday party! They make everything so easy and the kids had an absolute blast. Thanks to everyone who helped us. Everyone was wonderful. We have only had excellent experiences there.

This place is great to bring your Miss to watch a newly released movie. Its pretty clean but the prices for snacks drinks & pop corn ate outrageous.

I bought my tickets ahead of time, which is nice. You can choose your seats. The employees at concession seemed dead to the world and unhappy but they filled our orders correctly and gave us extra buttery popcorn. The theater was clean, so were the bathrooms. No issue with seating, lighting or movie itself.

They are open there was nobody there and they had troubles with the speakers there was no volume on the picture which they got fixed by we were there and we started the movie and compensated us so go see him they are open and theres hardly anybody there which is good for cover

This theatre does absolutely nothing about the jack-holes who use their phone during a movie. They would earn five stars if they cared, but they do not. Three stars is a generous rating.

Best place! They have the new d-box screens! My family and I watched IT TWO on these side screens and was AMAZING! There are 5 projectors that show the movie in front and on both sides of you. Absolutely cannot wait for there to be a 3D showing in one of these theaters!

Probably the best theater in the area, but the food options can’t stack up with AMC or the Hippodrome. If you are a movie and popcorn kind of person, this is your best bet. If you want more, look elsewhere.

A very fine experience but nothing spectacular.The seats were a bit small in comparison to what Im used to. The lobby felt excessively big and left it feeling like empty space. But it did also feel a bit grand at the same time.The staff were great however. Really helped me figure out hot to use my regal rewards points and such!Would come back!

My favorite place to watch movies locally. So clean. Nice staff. Rewards program is awesome!!! Doesnt get slam packed either. I feel safe parking my car there. :)

Not my favorite. I prefer the other theater in Waco. This one has good prices on tickets, now theyre all a flat rate of 6.17 per individual. However, to get your money the food and beverage prices are sky rocket. Not to mention while it was a good laugh, my grandmother broke what had to be a cheap seat and shes only around 200 lbs like myself lol shame! The one thing I cherish about this theater is their $6 snack pack that comes with a mini popcorn, small drink and small snack.

Always have had a good experience here. My family recently moved to the area and this is super close to our house. ScreenX is super cool, Ive seen Ford vs. Ferrari and Gemini Man in there. The reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because of the uncomfortable chairs in theater 3. When we saw The Addams Family, both my son, wife and I were very uncomfortable.

Great movie prices, concession prices-UGH!!! The theater lobby was clean, as was the room where our movie played. Courteous staff. The popcorn wasnt very good at all. It had a slight burned taste and very little butter even after I requested lots of butter. Usually the popcorn is our dinner on a movie night, but we didnt even get halfway through it. BUT....overall, it was a good experience. We will definitely be going back.

Awesome time after church on Mothers day. Saw Avengers End game with Mom and Dad. Great pick up in the middle of the movie between Thor and mommy. Great family mender if in the name of Jesus is properly portioned during ones viewing. Try and get back to you a great life.

Not bad, not bad. They lost a star because they the first 30 minutes of the 3-D movie looked horrible, and the popcorn line moved at half the speed of a glacier. . . Lucky for them it was a good movie. No hard feelings though.

Good the awww ter that is starting to look a bit dated. That being said, they do keep up with the latest technology so the viewing experience has always been good.

The theater is a little outdated, it doesnt even say Regal on the outside. Staff was friendly, restrooms were clean (and actually smelled really good) and the movie (Peanutbutter Falcon) was surprisingly good. No reserved seating, no recliners like in many other Regal theaters.

This is a very nice theater, I have been to over the last few years. However, I was not doing google reviews and it has been some time since I was here. My family went here the other day with our 5 year old to watch a kids film.The best thing about this theater is the amount of 3d selections as well as their late night options. It is a clean pleasant theater to visit, tickets will cost around 9 dollars for a regular adult ticket and around 11 dollars for a 3d option. Also, I mustnote they have Fathom Events which offer such things as concerts and other live events. This is a very nice theater and my family had a pleasant time. I will definitely be back.

My Son and I went to see Terminator.It was nice to see Sara and Arnold playing their old roles.I didnt fall asleep or talk through the movie lol.A lot of action,great movie with the older characters.

It was clean. The seats were a little rickety. We could hear loud squeaking any time anyone moved. The movie only started after 40 minutes of commercials. Not previews for other movies, but ads. There only previews for 3 movies in the whole 40 minutes. I didnt pay to go see a movie to watch commercials. This is unrelated to the theater itself, but we watched The Joker, and Joaquin Phoenix played the part admirably, but the movie was incredibly boring until the last 20 minutes or so. Way overhyped.

I will be changing theaters. Ive stood in the concession line for way too many minutes to just buy a ticket for several movies. Just a ticket. Not popcorn or drinks. There is no longer a box office. When I asked about a line solely for tickets, I was pointed to a kiosk. There is no sign for it nor anyone directing you to it unless you flag somebody down. At this point, I was second in line after waiting 20 minutes.. Just for a ticket. I saw several holding phones with scan codes for tickets they bought online. There is no one to scan them unless they sit in the same long lines at the concession stand. Ugh. Please change this.

Very nice theater prolly be back one more time before leaving the state. Close to my hotel. Used my free pass. The whole thing of picking the seats is ridiculous for the weekdays. Prolly one of the worst ideas to come up w. Someone cries about their seat something is wrong.

The theatre was unfit to watch a movie. There was a green hue on screen and the sound on the sides did not work. Just go to the AMC in Waco. Don’t waste your time at this theatre in Waco. Go to a theatre that will value their customers and make sure their movies are screened at the quality those who worked on the movie would want it screened at.

Seats were very comfortable, plenty of legroom. Above everything else, the floor in the theater (ours anyway) was clean - really clean! No sticky stuff, no popcorn, no candy wrappers. Very nice, relaxed environment. I wished they would oil the seats so they would not squeak, this broke my consintration during the movie. It was a full house and a lot of squeaking. Other than that had a blast, food was good. I removed one star for squeaky seats.

The seating was a little cramped, the decor a bit dated and arcade could use some improvements. With that being said, the movie experience was nice and the family had a good time.

Huge open area when you walk in through the doors. Two small, separate, arcades. With a party room on both sides.My son likes this one because of the Arcade, its always clean, Staff are always Nice.

Screen x being a new tech it was kinda weird how it jumped from traditional 1 screen to 3 but overall it was pretty cool

A Late 90s theater setting of a movie theater doing what it does best being a movie theater. there are no ultra lux recliners but comfy theater chairs none the less. fast moving concession lines. Arcade and party room. the real gem with Regal is there phone app and reward program for frequent patrons. also the fathom events they show yearly are a great treat. of the theaters in Waco or hewitt this has become my families favorite.

Since Regal bought out Hollywood Theaters, theyve run the theater so cheaply. Every movie Ive been to since they took over the theaters are so miserably hot and stuffy. I literally take a little hand fan with me. Not pleasant.

It was there that I was able to watch the movie of my lifetime. The creme del la creme. Avengers: Endgame. The theatre itself isnt anything special, but this theatre gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. For that I thank them fullheartedly.

Well. Always liked this theater but, when I got my tickets the girl asked us if we wanted a free drink or popcorn. Thought it was a promotion or something so I said yes. Come to find out she used some of our reward points for it and didn’t tell us that. She made no mention like “would you like to use points to get a free drink or popcorn?” But she didn’t and I felt that this is a dishonest practice. I told the girl who takes our tickets inside and all she said was ok. Very bad service

Went to see downhill, been to the movie for years there,, just a couple of things, 1st I have some old movie tickets that I cant use from Hollywood because they say they are regal, well the freaking building outside says Hollywood, put a new sign up, 2nd the restrooms are dirty, They smell like pee and pee was on the ground near all the toilets and paper towels everywhere,,ready for a new movie theater to come to town, bet they keep there restrooms clean,, you need to step it up, or you will be out of business

Its August and HOT and very unpleasant in The Lion King AUDITORIUM 12. And STINKS BAD, LIKE URINE AND OLD PLUS YEARS OF SPILKS AND FOOD AND MOLD. NO AC BLOWING AND THATS MAKING IT 1000 TIMES WORSE. NOT SURE I CAN TAKE IT AND STILL 30 MINUTES IN THIS ROOM IN PREVIEWS. YUCKTHIS THEATER NEEDS TO BE DESTROYED AND REBUILT ASAP I DONT THINK EVEN A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER CAN FIX THIS.

Smelled weird, run down seats and very uncomfortable. Not cheap enough for that! Will not return. At least the movie we picked was good!

No air conditioning for the entire three hour movie. The stench of the sold out theater assured that I will never return here. They were extremely understaffed for a premiere weekend. Restroom had no soap. Concessions lines were very long. Very inefficient and gross.

Ticket prices are good a lot less than new England but snacks are outrageous

Its perfect. I traded AMC Starplex for Regal Cinemas. Regal is the best. Great helpful employees and seating was perfect. I was turned around at the other theater here in Waco and ive never had problems with this theater. Definitely my number one movie spot for my family.

I just watched John Wick 3 there. The theatre was clean and the temperature was nice and cool.

Comfortable theatre seating, good location, new and popular movies. The staff are helpful and help you find whatever ticket discounts you might be eligible for. Gave it a four star because not all the seats feel the same. Had to move around a bit in the theatre to find seats that would lean back. Still, a highly enjoyable and recommendable experience.

Caught a matinee of Avengers: Endgame and loved the theater. Staff was great, inside was super clean.

For what they charge for the concessions this place should be a little more updated. Now i know movie theaters make most money off the concessions....but this place takes the cakes....one soda and small popcorn cost more than two movie tickets. 7 dollars for half a microwave size popcorn. The seats were rusty and dirty. Very uncomfortable.

It’s a nice and pleasant theater. It’s the best family oriented theatre in the area. I would give this place a five star review if it weren’t for the concession area. While they are courteous enough they are slow slow slow and they have too many lines open with not enough staff to efficiently handle all the lines. My suggestion is get there way in advance of your show time.

Nice theater. 15 screens. Huge common area with clean restrooms. Go early in the day for deals and no crowds. Pick your favorite seat. Floors and seats are clean. A big +. Friendly Staff another big +.Food and drink pricy, but thats everywhere you go for a movie. Huge parking lot. Easy in and out.

Prices are fair for theaters these days. Movie selection is good. However if you have an issue with a disturbance in the theater or someone recording the movie while watching dont expect them to do anything about it.

Good place to watch a movie. Comfortable seats and courteous efficient staff. I caught a matinee of Aquaman (by myself lol) and had a great experience other than having to leave early for a family matter.

Clean theatre with friendly staff. There are usually unmarked police vehicles in the parking lot during peak viewing times for safety. Great movie experience.

I bought my tickets in advance, but still had to wait in a long line at the concession stand since they only had one line for all. Why buy in advance if it doesnt speed things up? Clean and comfy seats though. :)

Very well run theater! You can always tell when the restrooms look like they have not been used all day and its 9 p.m. at night. Concession stand and staff were excellent. Theaters were clean and she didnt was comfortable.
