We had the SK8 House host our daughters birthday party recently. They provided pizza, drinks, and skating (including skates) for her and all of her friends. The pizza was actually very good and the girls had a great time skating for hours. The SK8 House itself is really nice, two rinks, several eateries, a computer gaming area, Escape rooms, as well as a tap house and much more. The owners have done a fantastic job putting all of this together and it is very impressive with something for everyone. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Kinda expensive I brought my own skates and it still costed me $15. The floor wasn’t a good indoor skating floor at all. It was very slick and slippery, not good for rubber wheels at all. Not very crowded at all which was very nice. It even had a mini skating ring for little kids and walkers for beginners. The building was very aesthetically pleasing. It was kinda odd how the building was still getting worked on while people were skating. You could hear construction while skating. Also this place has a food quart! high quality food. They also have great rolled ice cream

Just awesome!! They did an amazing job with this place!! They check temps at the door and everything is clean and well spaced out! Definitely a great place to bring the kids!

All ages are welcome, games, tvs and skating. Theres a bounce and jungle gym area for te tots. Super clean, friendly and spacious. The music played is nice to the ears. Not grown or vulgar but family friendly and fun to skate to. A variety of food to choose from including ice cream! They even have a tap house if you want to grab a cold brew. Military friendly with discounted fees.

Really great place to take your family!Skating place that offers more than one food choice as well as a Taphouse for the grownups -- open 7 days a week with daytime hours in addition to nightly skates. I wish this place was around years ago!

Myself and my family went for a kids birthday. From the moment entering the building the staff was super rude. When the associate started to speak to us he treated us like we had some kind of problem when we were just asking questions. After paying to skate we go to pick up skates but it turns out that for men the largest size for inline skates are a 7. How is that possible that a skating rank only has up to size 7 in men. They didn’t even have sizes for the smaller kids. To make matters worse the floor in the skating rink is not even safe to skate on super dangerous. But now I understand why when we arrived this place was empty. There is no way that people would want to stay skating or pay for the service that this place provides.

Pricey but so many things to do and eat, no lack of variety and fun! Its fun to even just sit and watch everyone having fun. Awesome screen in the rink with music videos and a learning area.

Really cool place All kinds of fun things to do. Casual eats food has so many fresh made choices. The eggplant parmesan pizza was delicious. Topped with a glass of wine a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Awesome hang out spot, pretty neat for all ages plus theyre open until a decent time if you dont want to be near kids the whole time. I went while my friends skated and enjoyed the food selection a little too much. Lots of things to do not just skate!

This is a really nice place to skate. Music is universal all kinds. Not crowded place at all. I went on a Monday and it wasnt at all Friday and Sat might be more people. They have a training skates bar to skate around for the kids that are nervous. The food is amzazing they have a boom boom shrimp with the best. A little bit of money but it is well worth is. They have an ice cream that is also great and a little bar for adult. A must visit

This is a really nice place to skate and take your family. Very clean with Gaming area playstion-xbox computer games ect, ping pong tables, corn hole, kids play area food and adult beverages as well. Absolutely a 5 star place!! Best skating rink in Virginia Beach hands down!!

Went to Sk8 House with my family and had an amazing time! I really respected that they were enforcing taking temperatures at the door and had enough tables and space to properly socially distance. Also, enjoyed that they had food vendors at the location so that you could enjoy a meal after skating for a couple hours.

This is a great place to go with kids at any age. The younger kids will love to jungle gym. The big kids can skate or play fort night. And food was delicious and affordable. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, and kid friendly and spacious. Only issue I had is the actual skating rink floor was like skating outside. Not what Im used to for indoor skating. Also couldnt pay cash for nothing but food. Not even a locker didnt like that at all.

Places neat and orderly pretty nice looking decorations and all but the negatives are the food courts and stuff dont open till 5:00. So theres literally nothing to drink until it opens. The water fountain is broken

How can you not love this place! Family atmosphere with great music and food choices and cold beer to cheer you up!!! Great local spot to just wake in and chill or go on a date night with your lover or a place to bring the kids while you can relax and enjoy yourself!!!

Tonight I took my family out for skating and I must say I loved it. Customer service was awesome and the place was clean and family friendly. I will be back again. Thx SK8 house for the great experience.

Hands Down Best Place In The Area To Skate! I Had My Niece Birthday Party Here It Was Not Expensive And She Really Enjoyed HerSelf. I Will Only Come Here From Now On.

Horrible place to come with family. Dont have certain sizes. This place needs to do research on what it takes to have to run an actual real skate spot. Btw get a real wooden skate floor. Horrible customer service. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Still working on getting the food stalls opened however they did allow you to bring in outside food which is pretty cool. Great helpful staff. Kid friendly atmosphere.Update: Aug 10, 2020They now have food stalls open jelly ball, casual eats.

Love how this place makes you feel youre just at home, play area for the kids and adults in just 1 place.. recommend to visit and enjoy this place just like my family does

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my family. It wasnt crowded at all. Friendly service from check in to dining. Loved all of the art on the walls and kids play area was also a hit with my 5 year old. I think it is decently priced, for a group of 4 we paid $55 plus tax for skating, rentals, and play area for kids. Lockers are available at no cost, but they dont lock so i wouldnt leave anything precious in there.My only complaint is how long the food took. We ordered 2 bacon burger meals, a kids pizza meal, and kids chicken nuggets meal from Casual Eats. It took over 30 minutes... and it wasnt busy. The fries were really good, the rest was just okay. Probably will skip the food next time.

This place is fly! Definitely the best looking rink in the beach and the first one Ive ever visited that served boba. Solid decision! Stoked to try out their other food and beverage vendors when they open soon, especially that taphouse..Sure, the prices are a little steeper than other rinks, but considering the atmosphere of the venue it is totally worth it. ~~

Great entertainment for the entire family. Besides skating they have games, food and drinks. And the staff are absolutely amazing.

Enjoyed myself there. Next year, Alicia Keys is coming to SK8 House Virginia Beach, We might get to know each other, I might get to hold her hands for the first time, I might get to eat beside her. I cant wait for her arrival at SK8 House Virginia Beach!!!!

Not going to last long with current pricing. For as much as they charge to skate, ping pong, foosball, etc should be included, not 10$ more per hour. Overall atmosphere is excellent, just not worth the current pricing structure.

I havent been....wanted to ask community a question...so sorry about the 4 stars....Didnt see a way to comment without giving it a specific number of stars. Isnt the management /owners or public concerned about people potentially becoming intoxicated at the bar inside & then getting hurt trying to skate drunk??? Seems like a liability ...Just saying.

My First time there for their Grand Opening. Everything was clean And Sanitized for Everyone safety.

This place has something for EVERYONE! It’s like a Funville, skating rink, Game On, and arcade all in one. We’ve had the worst cabin fever and we were able to hang out for hours. Our kids’ age range is very far apart, so that’s almost impossible to find. Annnnd they’re opening a little brewery in there soon!

Had a blast till I broke my own skates. Will be returning

Visiting from out of town, kids needed to burn off steam...we had a great time! Amazing and friendly staff!

Went to take my kids, got the prices and went in and they said my kids had to have on a mask. They are both under the age of 10 which the current law states that under 10 do not have to wear a mask. When asked about the other kids in there about 5 little girls running around without masks on she said oh i dont know why they arent wearing theres. If youre going to go against what the current law manadates the rules should apply for everyone.

We had a BLAST!!! Sk8 House was so much fun for our entire family especially the babies (they love the jungle gym!!) I just had a birthday party & Vegan Sk8 Nite and it’s the perfect place to enjoy entertainment with a large group while social distancing!! It’s so spacious, the party rooms rentals are clean with high rise ceilings and simply gorgeous. I had a lot of friends that didn’t know how to skate but Sk8 House has a separate mini rink that you can use walkers on to try to learn before you go on the big rink. Such a great time—thank you!!!!

Would not go. The place is still being worked on the the rental skates are terrible quality. Staff was decent but overall bad experience.
