This mobile home park is the cleanest nicest mobile home park in the city! Grew up here and had a wonderful childhood with great memories! A great family oriented neighborhood.

The lady at the office was raised by Hienas because her attitude is horrible. Went there with the intention of buying and after informing the seller about the incident he said no wonder nobody calls me back after going to the office

I have been here 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the management and neighborhood.Recently a sewer line broke, and while I was concerned that it might be a fight to get it fixed, I was out of my home for exactly one week. Everything is 100% back to normal and Denise was amazing about keeping me informed as to progress and got everything handed professionally and quickly.

The manager of this place is a rubbish of person and very hostile, she does not look for the way that you understand the reasons and I think that she is racistbut outside of that woman the very nice and clean place should be taken out she doesnt know how to be professional

For a trailer park, they run a tight ship. No noisy, unpainted trailers or junk laying around

Best kept trailer park in VA beach

Lady that works there is rude. Some homes there are terrible. They need to cut their grass, cats roaming everywhere even under their trailors. Scrap metals all over their porches. Claims its a 1 dog limit when I see 3 or more dogs on every other property.

Close to 7-11, gas station snd Calzs Pizza.
