I owned two different homes there. Was in Navy and single. Both were unlivable when I got them. Fixed them up and were good to go. Most residents met were great people. Some were out there. Drugs were a problem at the time in the nineties. Stayed in the motel once. It was nice for the price. Owners were private and kept our of way. Maintenance was non existent. Just keep the money coming in

The community makes it a worth wild place to live. I dont talk to everyone but I am sure if I did it would be a friendly and pleasant experience.

If you needA notel hotel or if your a drifter,or such thenThis is the place, make sure that you lockThe doors and put a chair in front of it.Ok enough said.

I went with a group from our church to pass out toys to the kids there. It was a very memorable experience. My friends who live there really like it there and have been living there for years.

I went with a group church.i talked to the people who lived there.they said the rent was resonable.and the landlord are great people to rent from.

This a quite place and 6 blocks from the beach, decent rent and some good people in here as well

I live at the park in the 1970s it was fun living there and have a lot of good times go to the beach and fishing off the pier in the summer.And going to school, i miss my old school frends and staff there.
