Quietly placed near the airport

I dont think Ive seen one of these places thats worth a rating. No ill intent against the renters, just the slum lords who barely even keep up with the lots, let alone the buildings for what they charge.

The park manager was very nice and she was helpful and very informative!!! She took the time to listen to us!!!

Terrible place to live. Trailers are packed so close together that most dont even have a yard. The whole block I live on doesnt even have grass. Still, once a month the landscapers come to blow the dirt up all over everything. There Is a park in the back. Its really just some swings located under some heavy power lines. Apparently my neighbor is a heroin dealer. All this and these mfs have the nerve to raise the rent every year Ive been here.

Its tucked back where most ppl wont know its there the trailers seem over priced ..but its quiet and the ppl are nice for the most part ..and the owner seems to be a bit of a character and somewhat of a slum Lord but in recent years that seems to be getting better so check fully before you move in

For an older facility it is maintained well. Lots are numbered in a logical manner and easy to navigate. Easy to see from Baker Road. On the can side the streets are on the narrow side. I had no issues driving but a large SUV may.

It is your average mobile home park you know some junkyard some nice ones

I lived at Colonial Run for 5 years, I would recommend it to everyone! Dont go by NEGATIVE opinions, check it out for yourself! I truly enjoyed my years there

Place is horrible to live at. They tow your car if you dont have proper sticker for parking. Most of the neighbors are down right rude. Every November the rent goes up an its getting to be too pricy. Save yourself the hassle from this horrid place if you can.

Went into the rent office and was astonished at the time me and my wife walked in they have Iron Man was cool and laid-back and the representative was 100% good people she even gave me and my wife advice on life alls I can say is wow love to me real and great people all the time just stop by an experience it for yourself

Drug dealers..i saw him in the back of the trailer park delivery drugs from his window!!! The trailer had handicap access in front of the trailer also a red fire hydrant Right in front.. Awful!! Kids playing right next door!! Smh. I will never go back there!! Also no trespassing signs posted everywhere on the trailer but there was an awful lot of traffic going tohis window knocking counting on Monday and reaching and grabbing something put it in another pocket walking right away...office u need to pay attention!!! Ps 126I didnt even want to put a one-star because it was so bad there were like 10 kids playing and this was going on I watch for like 20 minutes

Great place to raise children, the locals are very friendly. Within a awesome school district. Definitely reccomend.

This is a well run mobile home park that has paved streets, clean and well kept up mobile homes along with trash pickup included. Tenants are screened before acceptance for the safety of everyone living here.

I would give a negative rating if I could but I cant the office lady sucks shes never there the corporate office dont ask questions of new tenants they just ignore people and throw people out in street and do t allow them there belongings

They have criminals metro towing impounding vehicles from here. They tow handicap placard vehicles from residents parking places. Then they tow them out of city to a different lot instead of their Virginia beach lot.

A bunch of bad kids running around. Poor management.

Management and Owner care NOTHING about their tenants, Only money. The upkeep of The property is the worst Ive ever witnessed

My truck was not safe. I was dropping off a volunteer when my truck was almost broken into. Experience was unpleasant to say the least.
