Cant have anything out here would not recommend moving here needs new property manager

The left side (closer to Delsea Drive) or left wing of the whole property of Little Flowers, right on Little Flower Drive, there are too many people that are rude and inconsiderate. They fight the park which I understand because there’s no driveways, but they also smoke marijuana like crazy that you can smell it yards away. It’s not a good place. The only reason I give them a 3 and not a 1 Star is because of the people on the opposite side which are nicer and decent.

Ever since Tatiana left this place has gone down hill. Every manager gets worse. The newest by far has the crown of worst manager. He is not tenant friendly at all and can be stuck up. The hours are Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm with the exception of one day off and ever since Tatiana left it seems the manager just walks out whenever he feels like it. I wouldve recommended this place a year ago but now just stay away. The people are great but management is horrible.

Try to apply. To buy a mobile with cash. They gave me run around for more then a week. They took my money order. For more then a week calling no answer. Whispering pine too. They took my money order and denied my application. Having money in the bank. Good job. I paid 1200 in an apartment. So many run around . Not worth my time to be there. Not worth your time to apply.

My son lives there and has some really nice people that live around him

Some properties are better kept than others,oh well such is life

Terrible. People ride up the street wrong. People park in your spots that dont belong there..

Have lived here 27 years. Was a nice clean mobile home park up until new owners took over. 5 street lights on Violet Dr have been out for a year an?d month and havent been fixed yet. The office hours are 9 to 6 closed on Thursdays. Seems the office is never open. Has really gone down hill.

I stopped in real quick the girl on location very polite and nice. The place was very well kept. This maybe our new home.

Quiet place, not bad for elderly or family, good neighbors and a community feel. A nice gazebo and outdoor grassy areas

Trailer Parks and their residents unfairly get a bad rap. The connotation that we are trash has been challenged by those of us who chose to simplify our lives by purchasing a home outright, we want to feel like we are a part of a community, and only need a small space to fill/clean/& occupy Just because you may consider us Trailer Trash doesnt mean were garbage! One Manufactured Home Community challenging the old stereotype is Little Flower Estates in Vineland New Jersey. Nestled amongst ball fields, parks, shopping centers, schools and churches Little Flower Estates offers their renters & owners a way to live without the oppressive yoke of high mortgages, skyrocketing property taxes, never ending & costly yard maintenance as well as removing the frustrating, rage inducing need to Keep up with the Joness. Everyone keeps their site neat and clean and just as much pride is taken by a trailer home owner as a single family home owner, condo inhabitant or town house dweller. So before you turn up your nose at us Trailer Trash think about why.
