I have been here to visit a few friends that live in the area this is a mobile home community with some nice and others terrible everyone owns the mobile home they are not rental property there are so many nice ones while the others need major repairs and clearance a few examples thats why I gave it a two star rating plus so many vehicles park and loud music loud noise from vehicles trashes every where..

Love it here quite friendly neighborhood but always have that one neighbor that complains wish your able to have a pool here so many rules if you own the trailer and pay rent I think you should be able to do what ever with your land have to drive far to go swimming with the kids or a trampoline I should be able to have a fun yard for my kids or we should have a community pool

It depends on the neighbors..Had lovely neighbors for the most part. I do have one she is a piece of work always complaining but there is always ONE. I would definitely recommend it. My only complaint would be all the trees that hang over the trailers that is why it didnt get a 5 star from me. They are lax on maintaining their trees!!

Ive been living here since 2003 and for the most part its very quiet. Im sitting outside on my deck right now writing this as I speak, I hear Birds churping with a cool breeze blowing. When I first moved here I had Neighbors on both sides of me who were up in years but have since passed away. The new Neighbors are much younger but still very nice people to speak with. I also agree they should invest in something for the kids. They had a Basketball court and a small play ground but the original Owner Marvin was cheap and never spent any of his money back into the Park and now the New Owners a Big investment Company takes over spends a few dollars fixing some things but no play Ground yet? I like to see a community Pool go up like some of the other parks in the area. So if I had to rate this park I give it a 4 star. Nice Park but no pool....

Was there to see a client, dont really know anything about it. Seems nice and quiet there. Most trailers and yards are well cared for. My client likes living there.

A dump

My parents have lived in the park for over 37 years. It has been owned by different companies. The new company seems nice. Theyve made positive improvements. I do wish the sidewalks would be fixed. There is nothing for children to do. They should have a playground or something to make it local to the residents.
