The staff is always friendly. This Michaels has a great holiday selection and is my go-to store. The only issue with this Michaels is the line is almost always long, so you cant just make a quick trip there, but I would still recommend it.

A lot of cool things for projects

Like the store but their check out procedure sucks. Even with a line waiting to check out, only one register open. To top it off, that checker was also responsible for answering the phone.

My wife makes greeting cards as a crafting hobby she watches the sales ads closely and uses her phone app to save big as she keeps her card making supplies all stocked up.

Just picked up my framed pictures and WOW, they are awesome! These guys do such good work

They ways have tons of deals, coupons and sales. Great Christmas decor and there employees are always nice, I did have to wait in line to enter the store we waited maybe 10 minutes.

Great customer service. Very busy being it recently just opened for customers to go in the store. Associates are very polite and wiped down counters in-between customers. Lots and lots of clearance on Easter items! 80% off that section. Will definitely be back soon.

Very limited stock of acrylic craft paint, paint brushes, paint pens and sealants..wonderful coupons offered but no products on the shelf. I felt gypped plus I ran out of paint supplies as well. Not a happy camper.

I ordered curb side pick up, I made my order at 2:08pm I called and was told it’d take 2 hrs to get my order ready. It’s currently 5:30pm, I called again cause they close at 7pm and I have yet not received an email saying my orders ready. Online it’s telling me “preparing” for the past 3hrs! And just to find out they haven’t even pulled out my order and was rudely assisted by a young lady on the phone and told my order won’t be ready today and maybe tomorrow! I’m furious!! Customer service is so poorly, and they just lie to get rid of you

Line wrapped around all the way to the back where the frames are. Only one person in the registers when there are 6 available registers. Absolutely ridiculous! All of the customers were looking around for someone on the floor to come out and help and there was no one.

Great visit a little low in stock for being a weekend.

Good place to get all your arts and craft items

The last time I was here the inconvenience of having to pay to use a shopping cart is ludicrous. Even though you get your quarter back its a ridiculous idea especially in this area where there is no place outside the parking lot to even push a cart to. So many people like me who dont carry change couldnt get a cart to even shop in a store where people arent really anxious to help you and the shelves arent well stocked.

Line of 20+ people with 1 cashier. Asked about opening more registers, only 1 additional opened due to covid. Could have easily had Registers 1,3,6 open with plenty of distancing. Disappointed

All in all our experience at Michaels was okay.one thing that truly did disturb us was how one of the employees was removing the sale signs off of items because if they werent bringing up correctly. However when we checked out it rang up just fine. It seemed a little odd for the employee to be removing the signs. When my wife and I asked her about it she was a little abrupt and rude. On the great note regarding Michaels the person that checked us out twice did such an amazing job with an outstanding attitude.

I do NOT recommend doing curbside pickup. Not only are the workers rude but my order was torn!After waiting 30 min for them to bring me my order the worker asked me to open my trunk. I came out of my car with PPE on and before I opened my trunk I was yelled at. She told me I had to open the trunk from the inside. I informed her that my 2016 Prius does not have that option. She then proceeded to tell me that I need to figure it out myself. And not to come back because she will not serve me.Already unsatisfied with the experience I get home to open my package and find that what I ordered was torn!I do not recommend curbside pickup from michaels. When I tried to get in touch with their online support the page would not load and I tried every day for a week straight. Target has a way better drive up option. From customer service to product satisfaction. I recommend target.

I love this place the staff here were so friendly even more then the staff at Hobby Lobby. I think they have great work ethic and treat their customers with such amazing care and do their jobs with such positive attitudes willing to help all who ask.

I think Michaels is to expensive compared to others stores, in my opinion.

I love to shop at Michaels especially when they are having their sales on seasonal items. The staff is always friendly and willing to help or direct you to the right isle. One thing I was not very happy about was the fact that they only had one cashier when I was waiting to check out. I did notice that the staff was paying attention and once the line was noticeable long, Carolyn came to the rescue. She started helping the other cashier and checking everyone out in a timely manner. I feel that every store should be aware of their lines and have cashiers available to expedite the lines quick and keep the customers from waiting too long in line. Unfortunately not all stores are like Michaels. Michaels staff and management, keep up the good work.

Helpful employees but the layout makes no sense and I could never find a bathroom either. Resin mold selection is disappointingly small for such a big store.

Micheals has good selection when it comes to drawing or painting supplys. Although they lacked gouache paints sets. And some other small items I needed for classes.They have a much stronger selection when it comes to frames and canvases.

A big line waiting to pay for the goods, and only 2 tellers, out of 5 registers they have.

Lighting was terrible and did not carry what I needed

The customer service was outstanding! I did not have to wait long for the framing service I requested. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was given some knowledgeable advice from the employee.

Very slow on re-stocking. Have been out of 3mm birch plywood for over 2 weeks.

I find this Michaels store to be smaller than others.Their selection is limited compared to the usual stores. Nevertheless, the employees are very helpful amd friendly.

Most items for crafts are available here. I look at everything but only purchase art supplies, mainly watercolor items. There is always a way to get discounts here too, if you can get the Michaels App, there are always coupons there, and theyre STACKABLE. That being said, the brushes are always a mess, no matter the store, no matter the time or day, the packaged brushes are the only viable options, and I have yet to find a store that has watercolor brushes in stock.

I like Michaels. If I use coupons its affordable. But this visit they were out of stock on a few things. Not seasonal items either. Took me 20 minutes to find an employee to ask about the items I needed. I finally had 2 items but when I was ready to check out the line was to the door. No exaggeration! I hesitated to get in line wondering if I wanted to wait that long then 2 more people with baskets of items jumped in line. I needed to go to Joanns for the stuff they were out of so I put my items back and my sister and I left.

Everytime I come here the lines are crazy. 16 people in line and only 2 cashiers. Love the store, hate the check out. You would think on a weekend they would plan for more cashiers.

They dont have the crafts they use to have. To be honest I was very disappointed.

The wait to buy something at Michaels usually is long, but on Saturday the line was super long and I didnt want to wait for 30 minutes or more. So I didnt buy the things I was going to.

I love Michaels its a great store great products and if you cant find something their staff is very helpful and now help you until they can find what youre looking for I was looking for a pencil type blender for watercolor pencils and I couldnt find it anywhere cuz they didnt know the name of it exactly but then I found one of the attendants in the store and she knew exactly what I was talking about and directed me right to it what a great group of people they have their very knowledgeable and then the cashier was so helpful show up be very laughing and very personable and we was just an all-over great day and I just love that when everything comes together and you have a great day I think I made her day and she definitely made my day so thank you Michaels
