High Deserts Hidden Gem!! Always a great show at the HDCenter for the Arts

Its a nice place to visit even if that part of town is bad. The people are friendly and they have lots of good plays to see there all the time. The people in these plays do such a good job. But the most amazing part is that they are not professionals, they are regular, every day people from our community.

Watched Newsies at this venue. The performance is incredible. The experience was incredible. I highly recommend everyone give it a try. Instead of a movie night, make it a theater night. You wont be disappointed.

This place was great. Staff was extremely helpful n friendly. Small theater which I prefer for a more up close feel. Snack bar was minimal but satisfying. Were definitely making this our new spot.

The did an amazing job on the A Christmas Story show. So much fun. Get reservations, they fill up fast. Cokes from the bar were only a dollar each. I was impressed all around.

Great place, friendly people, and very entertaining! I loved this place and plan to go back when Im in the area again. Could be a gem for agents or management companies seeking skilled entertainers, the people in the play I went to have alot of skill and potential -theyre committed to their roles for sure! Lol

This is the Premier small ensemble Theater in the Victor Valley. They always have great plays going and something for all the family to watch. It is an older theater but the quality of the presentations allow you to forget your surroundings. Get there early for a good parking place!

This is a hidden jewel in the High Desert. A surprisingly rich theatre experience complete with perfectly preserved historical accents make this a must for anyone who enjoys the performing arts. Wish Id discovered it years ago--bravo!

Had a great time here last night watching A Christmas Story. First time here and just loved the look and feel of this theater. The performance last night was awesome. Very enjoyable.

Small local theater with very talented actors

Shenanigans performance of Hairspray Jr. Was so much fun. The theatre seats were very comfortable.What a blessing for the kids of our comunity to have such a wonderful place to develop talent, stay out of trouble, LEARN and care for one another.I look forward to many more performances.

Ive been here many times. There are various groups which stage productions here. Its a very small theater with a small parking lot and not in the best part of town. The seats are comfortable and the people who volunteer are very nice. As a theater major I tend to be overly critical of Productions. Its hit or miss as to whether theyre good or not. I did enjoy A Christmas Story which I saw yesterday. Surprisingly Ive never seen the movie even though its a classic.

I gave this place only 3 stars because its in need of some serious updating, the chairs literally smell of oldness if thats even a word. The events are great!! so if you are looking for something fun to do in the H.D. definitely stop in and watch a play, but dont forget to purchase tickets.

My girlfriend and I have seen quite a few productions there. Most are surprisingly good. It’s a small venue so any seat is a good one. They have an updated sound and lighting system that looks and sounds very nice. They also sell wine and snacks at reasonable prices.Gary and BettyVictorville

Went to see Camelot, the musical play about king Authur and the knights of the round table. Very good play ! Maybe excellent !!!! Comfortable seating and helpful staff !

This place is great for bringing the Arts to the High Desert. The shows are quality performances and the sincerity of all involved is visible from the hospitality displayed. I am very impressed by Phil 413 productions, and look forward to telling everyone I can about this place.

Saw Mowtown Musical Review last weekend. Fun music, great singers. One more weekend for this show.

I have been to see several plays and have enjoyed every one. The staff is very friendly and the theater was very clean and well maintained.

This is the 2nd event we seen here, and the performer do a great job. The venue is small so if there is a production you want to see make sure to buy your tickets in advance because the sell out fast.

The community playhouse is awesome !!!!! It is fun and you meet the nicest people AND it is chucked full of history......what a great place.

A little oasis of culture in the high desert. Different production groups utilize the theater and the shows can be very good, especially considering the resources in the high desert. Come out and support the arts!

A nice place to check out local theatre shows. Cheap enough for the whole family to go and enjoy! Not any restaraunts in the immediate area to enjoy before or after the show but only about 15 min away from restaraunt row.

Not only is it a Historical Monument, what it offers for the community is greatly appreciated. It is an old building so its a little warm in the summer, a little chilly in the winter.
