I forgot the awesome gals name that helped me but she was sooo helpful! I wanted an alternate way to get nicotine without smoking cigarettes and I had some pain, she hooked me up with some gummies and and small tank that i really like! Great service, very knowledgeable employee! Super happy

Really nice place! Im new to vaping and Dominic was really helpful with answering my dozens of questions about vapes and tanks and types of juice. Theres a catalogue to flip through to look at flavors and the shop was really clean and nice. Definitely coming back when I need more supplies!

My husband and I love Erupted Vapor doesnt matter which location. Im bad with names but the guy with brown hair and a beard is incredibly nice and friendly and knows what he is talking about, if he is working we always have long conversations he is really nice. The gentlemen with the red hair he as well is amazing and has helped me several times with my vape device and is friendly. Sometimes I may have to go to a different location because at the moment they dont have what we need, but they make sure another store has it and they hold it for us may be a pain sometimes especially after work only because I dont want to make a lot of stops but the customer service makes it worth it and during COVID they have been amazing we really love Erupted and we thank you for always having amazing customer service everyone is really friendly.

This is my favorite shop to go to, I love all the flavors they have and the location. All the people there are nice and respectful and good people to talk to. Its sad that all the people there soon may be without jobs and without a business because of the washington law. I hope to stay in touch with these awesome people or maybe see them again someday. Hopefully this shop will open up in the future if it gets shut down because its the only one I go to and these people are amazing!!

I frequent the shop on highway99 and Andresen and these guys have been nothing but welcoming and helpful since day 1. It’s a great shop to buy products from but also the atmosphere is so chill that you can’t help but to want to hangout and chat with everyone! Serenity, Janell, and all the staff here really know their stuff! I highly recommend this place!

We recently went to Eruped Vapor and had an amazing experience. Christian really knows his stuff and took quite a lot of time helping us find the perfect product for our needs. He answered all of our questions very throughly and we couldnt be happier with the new vapes we purchased. I would definately go here again! Would be nice if you could try the juices before you bought them! I always ask for recommendations from the staff there and always get dispointed .. like do they really smoke that or are they just trying to just sell me something?! I have bought a handful and ended up not liking them at all. Dot com vapors is the best place to go because you can actually try before you buy. Disappointed cause juices aren’t very cheap and not one I’ve found here I’ve liked. Sucks because they are so close to my house I wish they also carried Sweet lips at this location because at least there would be something I know I liked!

My first visit I was a regular smoker. Came in here because I heard vaping was better for you than cigs, and could eventually ween me off. I was pleasantly greeted by Ezra and Jenell. Both helped to find me a mod and a juice that I ended up loving. I now regularly come into Andresen and Hwy 99 and am always greeted like I’m walking into my best friend’s house. Always helpful, always friendly. Serenity and Liz are always down to show me how to change my coil, let me try 20 juices to help me make a decision. I am now totally off cigarettes and I will be a forever customer as long as I’m in the Vancouver area.

I am very new to vaping and up to now Ive just been using YouTube and Google to buy supplies and try to learn how to use my vape and how to keep it functioning. today I decided to stop here and see what advice I could get, the salesman was really nice and answered all my nubee questions even though its clear I dont know what Im talking about lol. He stared me in the right direction and set me up with a much better device. I was using the smok stick prince with the baby beast tank and now Im using the freemax twister with fireluke 2 tank, the adjustable wattage has made a world of difference. This is my first time in a shop but from a nubee point of view I would recommend this shop for the knowledgeable, patient and tolerant staff.

I bought the mango pineapple it was awful and expensive the guy was really nice but the worse part is when I open the cartridge to dump out the mango flavor I found a black tiny piece of broken plastic inside the cartridge. Never going back there again!

Ive been vaping for nearly 6 years and its rare to find the enthusiasm that I found in the folks behind the counter. They are curious and excited to talk about things they havent seen before, they were genuinely interested in my build AND Ive gotten two flawless recommendations from them for clean burning yet tasty fruity juices (not an easy combination). If you are rocking a high wattage mod and you need to find new flavors that wont muck up your coils this is the place to go.Lots of places can get you started in the vaping world with good results, but only a few can give good advice regarding custom mods and high wattage coils... This shop is in my top three, hands down.

Ive been spending $30 a week there since march not counting two mods plus several leaky coils after $200 you get $20 off juice which apparently I only have spent $117, dont count on that discount. But you can count on getting treated like you want something for nothing and paying for over priced products go to fat boys, better service and better deals! I used to be a very loyal Erupted Vapor customer. I ended up buying a mod from them and it exploded on me and burnt threw the new batteries I had also bought. No big deal, Im assuming it was a manufacturing error. But I wanted a refund and had recipets. They wouldnt do it. I went in to check out a new mod. I couldnt decide on one so I wanted to check out another place. As I said I was leaving the guy working there basically blew me off and ignored me once he realized.
