Closed for pandemic. Not able to do business but understand that safety of the public comes first. We will visit again soon
Great place to take your kid for a birthday party but I wouldnt recommend hosting a party there. Its not cheap and you dont get a whole lot for the money.
We love taking our family to Chuck E Cheeses. There has been a significant change recently and I love it! The space now is very open which gives parents of older kiddos the freedom to watch and keep their eye on their kids from a distance. There also isnt a small jungle gym anymore that parents usually had to climb into to retrieve their small children, (which wasnt easy). My daughter is special needs and I just found out that on Sundays they have times where our special needs kids have the place to themselves! The staff there are really amazing. I love that we all have to be stamped to enter and our stamps are checked before we leave for the safety of our children. The cost isnt too high anymore and they have tons of coupons online. If you arent going to play games or eat, admission is free. Some of the games appear to work when they arent which is cool because our really little ones still get to enjoy it without having to pay for it. I love that everything is on a play pass card and it never expires. They have games for all ages and rides for little guys. Even rides for 1 - 3 people like the tea cup. The only downside really, (if anything) is their shortage on staff. And if you are patient, its really no big deal.
Tons of fun. The pizza is decent. The staff is friendly. The games are super fun. We have been here twice and had fun both times. My kids have such a great time playing games and picking out prizes when we are done. Weekends are crazy busy, week days are not. If you need a midweek family adventure, check them out.
Love this location! The staff here is super friendly makes you feel welcome and has fantastic customer service! Also the deals are great even during the pandemic, it was nice to see everyone coming together and they still remained friendly and supportive. Thanks ladies!
We decided to bring our 4 year old son to Chuck E Cheese for Valentines. We really wanted to switch it up and make tonight about him. The moment we pulled into the parking lot we were excited. It was almost full and just glancing at the windows we could see all the kids laughing, having a good time. The moment we walked in we were met by a really sweet Manager (I forgot her name but she has the purple hair and is so nice) who got us our order in quick and our son in his way to joining the other kids. At all times there was a worker at the counter. Fixing the salad bar, tending to new customers coming in, or the ticket counter. They got our pizza out quickly and it was rather tasty. Our family really enjoyed our outing today and we plan to bring him back soon.
It was a downer of course it is closed due to covid-19 my kid loves going there always put a smile on his face a parent cant see a better picture
Very clean indoor amusement center! Attended a birthday party of one of my grandsons friends.Staff was very attentive! Great job with lots of little ones in attendance. Chuck E. Cheese did not let us down. Sang & danced with lots of kids, throwing out free tickets once an hour!Pizza was decent, one of their soft drink machined ran pout of co-2. Manager quickly switched it out with a working one.
Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I love coming in and the food is excellent !
Celebrated a birthday here and our host was awesome! They take care of all the details while you enjoy the festivities. Kids had a blast and birthday boy was ecstatic to hang out with his friend, Charles E. Cheese! I love the salad bar and always make a few trips through. Kids loved all the gift packs and keepsake cups! Worth every penny
I placed an order of 2 pizzas for my family, while I was at work. I saw on Grub Hub, that Chuck E Cheese had a special (20% or 50% off) on Grub Hub. So I proceeded to place an order. Well latter on the Pizza arrived at my home. My husband called me and told me the pizza was hard, and that it looked like it was reheated previously. And it was just plain hard and not soft. With in a few minutes latter my husband called again telling me, that my 2 boys and including my husband, had gone to throw-up because the pizza tasted so awful. I called Chuck E Cheese, told the gal what had happened and told me they make the pizza;s fresh everyday. I asked if I could just have a refund and she told me to call Grub Hub and I did. The rep for Grub Hub Angel was very nice and he took my info and called Chuck E Cheese to let them know I was wanting my refund back, my family did not eat the remaining of the 2 pizzas. The rep Angel had told me that Chuck E Cheese was not going to refund me not 1 cent! I was very shocked. Wouldnt any reasonable person ask for a refund after their family just had a horrible food experience at any establishment? Im I wrong for asking for a damn refund? If any one cares this was my order # 045411181628579
Dirty and gross. Ill take my kid here rarely. Just keep an eye out for what they and other kids are touching. They do have a cool stamp system so you and your child have to have the same numbers to leave which is really cool so a stranger cant just walk out with your kids
Employees are kind each time I go there, food/drinks are great, Chuck E is fun for kids I do however miss the old fat mouse haha but i just wish when its slow they check those who leave for safety, because they tend to go do other things and customers just leave
Limited because of covid but decent enough for what theyre offering
Understaffed and long wait times for to go orders and DoorDash. Expect 20-30 minutes or more
We visited for my sons 6th birthday. It was the middle of the day on a Wed. The place was empty and my kids had a blast. The pizza was way better then expected. Not what I remember as a child, but my kids asked when we can go back!
The pizza fabulous first off. This is one of the best locations and Chucky cheese comes out more often here and the kids loves the games. Us parents and grandparents even have fun there.
It is always so much coming here. There is high energy, great food and the staff is amazing! We love being in a safe place where all can come and have fun!
My kids had a blast! However, they the pizza we ordered was wrong and not very good, but definitely on the pricey side. A machine my son was using didnt give the jackpot he hit and after waiting at the machine for quite a while I gave up. The music they played was really loud. Honestly, I think they are just understaffed. The staff that was present was nice though. I still think its worth going with the kids and will probably go again. If you go, definitely use the rides that take pictures, great memorabilia.
Found out that Pasquallys pizza and wings is actually Chuck E cheese going undercover through Door Dash.
Good prices, we need support this business, there major part was the entertain the kids and sale of goods for them but this pandemic is killing thits kind of business, we need support them
I loved this place when I was a kid! Pizza is good and there are lots of fun games!
Nice facility - clean and friendly staff. Salad bar was appetizing and the pizza we ordered was fan-frickin-tastic. Ive always liked Charles Edwards Pizzas. All machines were working except for the Let Chuck E. Cheese sketch your picture machine (pictured with my review). It was working; but the printed pictures would get stuck in the exit slot. I helped a couple customers help fishing it out of the machine.Oh...thats right. There was a game where you use an excavator to grab plastic rocks from the stream and it drops it on a scale. Due to the surface tension of the water, sometimes the plastic rocks would stick to the bucket and not release. Nothing too serious; but seems like Mr. Charles Edward doesnt want to give up his tickets so i can exchange them for more suckers. :pAgain, nice and clean facility with a helpful and friendly staff.
The service is getting faster which is great! They have lots of new games and I like how they switched to the Play Pass cards instead of coins.
Always a good experience with the staff are friendly and helpful and they always make sure no one leaves the front door without checking for their stamp number only wished that they revamped the card system to not take so long in between scans
The unlimited games created is perfect. You pay for a certain time limit and can play as many games as you csn within that time. Our 3 yr old grandson had a blast. Of course grandpa did also.
OH. It was really fun, My little ones enjoyed. A lot of games to play. And kids earn a lot of tickets. Plus very clean place.
A bit pricey if youre here for just the food but a great place for a birthday party. We dont come for the food, we come because its a fun place for the kids. We also really like the security measures they have in place to stop our kids from just wandering off.
My great granddaughter had her 8th birthday party there today at 3 and we stayed til 6. I wish I would have looked at the name tags of the outstanding employees who worked there today. They were so helpful and accommodating among the noise and chaos. What a great experience they created. Thank you.
My daughter had her birthday party here with a package and the employee who was working with us was great! Very helpful and super sweet.
Staff was friendly but the new card system and lack of play structure ruined it would much rather go to big Als or dave and busters
Fun to take you kids for an hour or two. Keeps them busy and entertained. The pizza is really pretty good when its hot. Salad bar is good, but a bit overpriced.
Loud and garish. Fun for little kids. Headache inducing for everyone else. The staff were awesome. I dont know how you do that job and remain sane. God bless you.
New arcade games, and good pizza. The games and food get better each time we come in. A couple of the girls really do a great job at the counter.
Its hard to get a table for one here as an adult man
Didnt go there
We went during the day, got a combo deal & did the unlimited play for an hour. The kids were so happy about all the tickets they collected! All the games were working. The buffalo wings were good, but I wasnt a fan of the pizza crust. I also just moved from the east coast so my standards are high. The bacon on the pizza was awesome!! Dont change anything about that!!
They seem to have a wide selection of games for kids and the amusing dancing chuck e cheese rat, thats why I rated this place 3 stars but as far as the food Ive never eaten here but be warned that Ive heard when ordering pizza and u havent gone at opening hours(when my niece goes) when everything is freshly made, dont order pizza later I hear they recycle pizza smh. Its a one alcoholic drink an hour and its a small tiny a$$ bottle. Have a friend or someone legal in ur party go buy u another for the 1/hr rule.
Different, I believe for the better. The Coins are gone and game card system is Time sensitive. Interactive Games with all the tickets, bells and lights. My 5 y/o loves it here.
So much fun playing games with the kids but so over priced and way to many people! After all these years need maybe to expand?
Love this place ..awesome customer service my kids have alot of fun and the pizza is the best!
My kids love Chuck E. Cheese himself they dance hug him hes nice and let the kids take a picture with him !
The prizes cost a crazy amount of tickets you would be better off going to a small mom and pop arcade where you can get great prizes with little tickets. They do have good pizza and great beer so its a toss up
Delicious food and lots of fun!! Great customer service!
Gross pizza, funky pricing. Take your kids to a real arcade.
Helpful staff. Although expensive food, and salad bar doesnt show if it bottemless
I have had my sons birthday here a few years in a row and he has always had a blast here!!
Awesome birthday place. Great attention to detail. Go early, gets very peoply later!
Had grand babys 2nd birthday there. Everything was great, he had a blast.
No one got into a fist fight while I was there. There was a sign on the front door excluding weapons from the property however. Also, some bratty kid with a lung infection kept coughing chunky green glop all over the place because his parents couldnt keep him home, or teach him to cover his cough.I really enjoyed the root beer that came with the pizza we ordered. It was very strong like the machine was mixing too much syrup or not enough water. It was the best flavored root beer Ive had in a long time. Pizza itself wasnt anything amazing, but it wasnt bad either. The crust had an interesting flavored oil on it that was enjoyable, but ultimately unremarkable as I dont recall the flavor of the oil. The girl serving beers was presentable and had excellent customer service. The guy at the door doing the kid check was very thorough and made certain my kids were mine and that the lung butter boy did not try to follow me.The young lady in the mouse costume has to deal with bratty monsters all day and doesnt deserve your little special unique snowflake monster trying to kick, punch, or trip her. She does however make it appear that she enjoys hugs from children while wearing a giant fur coat. Overall the employees were all super amazing and any lesser people would have lost their minds working there with a bunch of brats all day.Lots of parking was easy to get to and conveniently located just off SR500.My kids favorite game was some circular flowing water game that had different size and colors of floaty plastic floating in a circular stream to be extracted by a robot claw arm and dumped onto a scale to be weighed for points/tickets.
My kids of course love it and the employees are always great! The only thing i dont love is theres often several adults hogging up my kids favorite games, which is out of anyones control but just wish they had a policy limiting inconsiderate adults Game time on one game . Especially when its crowded.
Great fun for the kids!! One of their favorite places. They love when Chuck E comes out to dance with them! Food is decent too.
Horrible service. Dont sit in the party area to try to be near your kids attending a birthday party. Apparently those are reserved for cake cutting and serving, even if you sit there before they place a reserved sign on it. The employee was horribly rude about it and even complained about me to another employee after I moved tables. Think twice before emptying your wallet here!
Chuckee cheese seems to have gotten smaller. Game selection is somewhat small and theres no climb and play area in this location. Great for the kids though
Its been about a year from the last time my kids and I were there. The pizza was pretty good not like the rumors. However with just me and two kids I went back and they disposed of our pizza and drinks!! With a time limit on unlimited play you need to make sure I guess you head to your table at some point I guess... Thats why no five stars
Had a great time with the family ️ kids birthday party, véry organized,my past experience was crazy, that was in Portland, The Vancouver experience was great.
Clean and fun, open and bright. Pizza was simple and good, we will return.
Fun games but would give more tokens for the dollar
My family and I enjoy the service here. Kid never gets sick after i being him home, which i think means its cleaner then some places. I usually only spend like 20-40 dollars and can play games for 4+ hours with my two year old.
Wish they have ear plugs for sale? Thats gonna be a winning thing for parents
Fun,exciting, where even adults enjoy w/your children.
Great place to take your kids to play the games and activities
The kids have so much fun here and so do we! I love that they keep families together and make sure no kid can leave with anybody that they didnt come with. Makes me feel more comfortable for sure. Their buffet is nice when they offer it, super simple but fun to have while playing.
Definitely lost it’s cool chucky cheese feel. It’s more or less a place to get greasy food and bacteria but the games are fun.
Is a good place for kids the food is a little bit high priced but we can handle it... good Time good memories with the babies
A little spendy, but worth it to not have to do all the clean up afterwards.
Im an adult rating this place so Im rating it as a child would. The kids absolutely love it! Now as adults we all know their Pizza is pretty blah and pretty expensive but kids dont know or care about that. Those games and those tickets are what matter to them and they love them! Its a safe place for them to run around and have a good time. They only come back to Mom and Dad 4 more token money and then they went off again and you dont see him for a while. of course we like to know where they are and keep an eye on them but we can also know that theyre not going to be kidnapped out of there by a stranger. As far as the bathroom situations go I have not a clue because I never had to take a child to one.
My kids just love this place and its pretty cheap
Pizza is to die for at this Chuck E. Cheeses. They have many games available to be played and if you come in on the right days you can get steal of deals for some of their food. The staff was always friendly and the entire place was kept extremely clean considering the amount of kids that go through there on a daily basis.
Family fun for everyone!! Best value when you use coupons and buy the special unlimited play
Fun for kids and adults.. and a safe place for kids..
Havent been to one since I a kid myself and now we have a kid of our own. He had fun with all games but most are gambling type games it seems but he still had fun. We went and bought the buffet thinking that would be good for a quick in and out but they barely had any food! Once we settled at the table, we went to get some pizza and they were out. Then it was just checking back frequently for when more would come and when it did everyone else was waiting too and so then it quickly disappears again. Not what I had expected and I guess if we go again well order a pizza since the wait time would probably be similar.
Chaotic as usual....teenagers working and trying to run it on a busy weekend day. I was stamped on the way in, but not checked on the way out with my kids.
Super venue for kids. Would have been 5vstars but kind of expensive.
As you know its for kids obviously, but it has game for all ages too, like basketball shooting or the graphic shooters
Staff was amazing! I have had 3 of my daughters birthday parties here!
Fun place for kids, the food is good. I like that they have the card passes and you can buy an unlimited hour of play. The prizes leave a bit to be desired, but my 6 year old always enjoys them. The only thing I dont love is the ticket counter, its super awkward to use if your taller than 35.
Great entertainment for children of all ages
The would not buy back our left over $13 tokens after we spent $100 there. And the prizes are cheap junk.
My family and I went to Chuck E Cheese on Dec 1 2017. We got there when they opened. I want to say that it was a great experience. All the machines were clean and in great working order. There was new machines since our last visit 6 months prior. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was incredible. This was one of the best Chuck E Cheese experience we have had over the years.
Ok for unsupervised kids lousy pizza but great friends and family
Had my sons 4th Birthday party and it was a blast. They kept great communication with me as the event went on. The guest and birthday boy alike had a wonderful time.
Nice people super expensive
One of the better chuck e cheese that I have been to
Good food and good fun for the kids.
Kids love it, the pizza is nothing to rave about. Even the prizes for the kids are expensive to get. You spend 20 on tokens to get maybe 500 tickets and a tiny tootsie roll is 30 tickets.
Great food
So loud and chaotic! Love that they have smaller arcade options for toddlers. My son loved the basketball game. The wait for prizes was a bit outrageous. Staff kept approaching the counter and then disappearing into the Bxk while there was a long line of customers waiting to redeem their tickets. Love the card, you can purchase play tokens or pay by time. The pizza is better than I remember as a child.
The pizza is definitely a lot better than it used to be! The prizes for tickets under 500 are terrible you spend $40 and get about 400 tickets for a couple pieces of Tootsie Rolls or some stickers. The place is clean and overall the kids had a lot of fun!
My kids had fun. Fun games. Service sucked and a couple workers had attitudes. But establishment was clean.
I am shocked to tell you but Chuck E. Has really improved. Games are great, pizza was shockingly better then in the past, but the prizes are really bad. It could be worse you could go to big Als. $20 Chuck E. $80 Big Als your pick
Fun place for all your kids, some machines are broken and no have a sign on.
They have a small childrens area. where the children can ride on little rides That rock back-and-forth or go round in circles. Its a big area and it has lots of Different types of games you can play. Some of the games are easy The kids to handle and some of our little harder. The games now use game cards so you dont have to worry about coins. You still have to keep track of tickets though. The games dont provide you with Very many tickets.I noticed 4 places you could use to count your tickets at. If it eats your tickets and dose not give you you pint out of your total. the people behind the counter will give you the amount of tickets you lost. Some of them are super nice and give you a little more. The prize Quality has really gone down. For a 156 thick you and only get things you would buy from a Coin machine. For 200 tickets you can get a small bag of cotton candy. You need at least 2000 tickets to get something that the kids actually want. Its vary loud so its a little hard to carry on a conversation. Some of the Employees will allow you to bring outside food and drinks others will not. They do Childrens birthday parties if you buy their package they will provide you with a small cake. You are allowed to bring in your own birthday cake If you do not like their options. The bathrooms are kept in good shape.
