I had a blast with the kiddos here! Wonderful staff, clean, safe, comfortable, and A PERFECT PLACE TO TAKE ONE KID OR BOOK AN EVENT (SUCH AS BIRTHDAY PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS!) They HAVE HAD THE BEST TIME. MAKING NEW MEMORIES, FRIENDS AND I LOVED WATCHING THEM CHALLENGE THEIRSELVES IN THE SEVERAL AMAZING OBSTACLES AVAILABLE! GREAT WORK Sky Zone Trampoline Park!
We love sky zone! We go to the toddler times with my two year old and It’s the best. I love that they have that time set aside for the little ones.
!!2020 update!! I love it here! Loads of things to do. The staff is very informative and doesn’t shy from any detail. The staff is also polite and welcoming! The people that attend here to have fun are also friendly and very polite!
The best trampoline park. I love all of the activities that are there.
We have been coming to Skyzone since they opened. Not only great for the kids, but an excellent workout for us parents, too! A great way to burn off the holiday calories.
Yes!! The kids absolutely go nuts when I mention that we might go here. Then they go nuts when we are here! So much fun! So much to do! Excellent value. Clean, well staffed, evening is in such great condition. We will be back, again and again.
The BEST trampoline park near me sure theres better ones but there is a toddler zone. It might only be the one the Vancouver area but it has an obstacle corse and the best foam pit ever. oh also great dodgeball (just know a lot of kids that play dodgeball say bad words or get mad easily)
Came with my daughter on her field trip. The kids had so much. Theres a variety of things they can do from jumping to obstacle courses. I think its decently priced as well! They have a little concession stand-out sure about those prices. Great place for kids to burn off all that energy!
A very fun place for kids! There is a wide variety of things to do, and there seems to be a lot of supervision from employees. My son had a birthday party here and it was a very good experience. The price is a little on the expensive side, but I think it was worth it.
This might just be the best place to have a kids birthday party! This places is very clean, has lots of fun obstacles and different themed rooms, a Dodge ball room, freestyle trampoline room, a foam zone, and obstacle course, a basketball course. Its an affordable fun place with friendly staff and safety does seem to be the utmost importance for the staff. They are always around and supervising making sure everyone is having a good time and being safe.
My grandchildren seem to really like it. They jumped or flew for an hour taking advantage of the various games and trampolines. $16 an hour at this time. This place is not inexpensive but nothing is these days. They have monthly passes that can be purchased. Itd be nice if they had a yearly pass. They make a lot of money on drinks and snacks, similar to movie house snack prices. There is not a real restaurant more of a snack bar with a small table & chairs area. The workers were nice but very busy. The noise level is high with hundreds of talking, yelling people. They ventilate the area well as to reduce the odor of sweaty bodies. It is quite a workout.I would bring the kids back again because they had fun. I had a good time too talking with a lady I invited to sit with me.
Sky Zone is close to Grandmas house in Vancouver and the kids had a great time. The staff was professional and friendly. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality!!
The place is a good solution for indoor play especially in poor weather. With a variety of jumping areas and a fun dodge ball court its a useful adjunct to physical fitness. We havent but you can host a birthday party here with a private lounge available. We have a homeschool membership which at $10 a month per person is worth it. However, you can only go when the Vancouver school district is in school, so from 11:00am to 3:00pm weekdays and school year. Food quality and options are poor so dont expect much. Youll need to buy the special socks which are about 4 and are Reusable. We go 4-6 times a month and its good to meet friends there and play. Adults have a couple of hangout areas to watch over kids old enough to be unsupervised. Glad its there.
This place does a good job at not being too crowded and offers some variety as far as jumping goes. They have a toddler area, four foam pits, a dodgeball area, and a basic jumping area that is medium size with a basketball hoop. They have recently added some “obstacle challenges” that are similar to America Ninja Warrior course obstacles. There are plenty of waiting and viewing areas for parents with a television in one which usually has sports on.Glow night is fun too! They also have a small cafeteria with snacks, drinks, and some hot food.Great employees!
Trampolines galore. Food available only during certain times and if certain people are working. Thats a big negative. I should be able to plan to buy a snack/ lunch there. Being an adult I should be able to take my drink to a bench where I can watch my child. Spendy, but about market price. Need more game options, especially for the smaller ones. Overall, good for a fun energy disperser.
We had a blast. I took my 11yr old and two 6 yr olds. Met some family there. They have kids ranging 4-7 years old and they all had fun. This is definitely an all ages place! Were all in our late 20s & early 30s and we had waaaay too much fun! Decided to get a membership.
My oldest kid had a team event here for two hours. I should have joined, it looks very fun. The facility is housed with trampolines. Basket ball hoops, dodge ball area, a section for toddlers, section for younger kids, and a freestyle area for all ages. A very fun place!
Too expensive. We took our 3 year old for 1 hour and it costed almost 60 bucks. Ridiculous. We had just moved to Vancouver and back home there was a place called urban air that was bigger, better, and cheaper. There is no reason that this place should be so costly.
This place has by far the worst customer service. Not to mention the ridiculous pricing the staff is poorly trained and is unable to answer the most simple of questions when asked. I am upset that I even paid for my children to come here. Having better policies and procedures put in place would do this place a lot of good. Hopefully they can hire decent management to help improve such poor service.
We had a great experience for our sons birthday party! The hostess was friendly, polite and capable, taking care of us from start to finish. The trampoline area was well staffed to ensure the safety and happiness of all guests. The party room was clean and decorated. Placing gift bags, coats and shoes on a cart and then finding them nicely laid out in our party room later was a really nice touch. My son was particularly impressed that all staff members knew it was his birthday and wished him a happy birthday throughout his visit. He is still trying to figure that out! ;) I have attended parties at a similar establishment and found Sky Zone to be way more organized, clean, professional and enjoyable.
This place is GREAT! Toddler glow party is definitely 5 stars! Overall, quite spendy for a family activity but we leave with a smile on our faces, sweaty and kids have a lot less energy (parent win). I love that the place doesn’t smell terrible which is amazing considering the sweating going on.
We.went to glow bounce tonight and probably some of the most worst service ever... we get there and have to wait over 30mins just to sign up.. staff a bunch of kids in high school that probably needed to be trained instead of thrown into it because the everyone of them looked overwhelmed and deer in the headlights look then charged 69 dollars for two kids... while the kids jumped around staff on the floor stood around talking and playing instead of watching and all the while kids got hurt and parents had to go help because heaven forbid staff actually did there job to prevent injuries... its too bad for its over priced Gatorade 5.00 for.2 and Highly insane price for admission it was a good waste of time maybe if they had adults there to supervise the floor and sign in...
Absolutely awesome. However a little strict on rules. I understand costumer safety but if it is in your skill range and theres nothing or anybody that you could hit, then we should be free to do the tricks we want. Other than that the place is absolutely amazing. Wouldnt mind a separate area for more experienced flyers though
We love sky zone but the check in process seems to take forever. We waited 10 min to check in with two people in front of us checking in. A more efficient check in process needs to be put into place. Every time we come that is the complaint
Our visit was for my nephews birthday and they had a blast! A great place to take the kids so they can exert all that energy and sleep really well that night! Its a large building separated into different sections that have different trampoline activities. There is a section for the littles, one with bb hoops, a wall climb, one with foam to fall/jump into and one big area with just a ton of trampolines sectioned into individual jump areas. They usually have an employee stationed at each area to oversee everything and make sure individuals are jumping safely and appropriately. There are some benches for the non jumpers, and a few tables and chairs near the small food/snack area. Overall we had fun, but next time i think we will go on a day other than Saturday due to the volume of people there.
Best day to go with little ones is tuesday from 9-11am 10 bucks and they can run free with no big kids !! Totally fun and one heck of a work out!!
Oh My gosh, talk about FUN, we went to a Birthday party there & will definitely be back. They played til they dropped of delight & exhaustion
My 11 yr old son had so much fun. He played for 2 hours. There are staff members everywhere that make sure kids are playing safe which I especially liked. Only bad thing was a large Sprite costed $3.50.
Took Grandkids here a while back. They loved it.
Read the waver. It seems highly illegal like you have to pay their legal fees and you dont have the right for the court to rule in your favor. This sounds really shady. Be careful. Im avoiding this place like the plague and you should as well.
The kids had a great time. The shoe area was a disaster. Not enough seating for adults that arent jumping. I do appreciate that there are allot of activities inside so they can do various things.
I love this place so much! The energy is amazing. I love seeing kids actually have fun.
We had my sons birthday here on Jan.26th.2020, and I personally want to thank Brianna our party host, she by far went above & beyond, extremely nice and so helpful, it being my first time ever being there, she was so welcoming and answered all my questions, such a positive attitude, I highly recommend her if you can for anyone who wants to have a party here.
Great place for a field trip! kiddos loved it. But even as a 30 year old woman, I loved the whole place. I was so excited to try out my ninja skills on the warpedWall!
Memberships a really affordable and it’s so much better then the kids just sitting home and playing video games
Great place. We come often, but they need to put some money into something more adult. Maybe competitive basketball or futsal.Great regardless.
You sell us a VIP pass with the guarantee that it would be a quick check in when we come. Then the next month you remove the VIP line?!?!So we wait for almost 30 min to get checked in while the food court has 5 employees (one of them kissing someone in regular clothes on the outside) doing nothing but housing around?!?! Leaving 2 people to check people in?! The female was rude and unhelpful as I’m sure she was stressed but that left us VIP with a rude check in! Customer service, where is it?! Won’t be continuing the VIP if this isn’t fixed! Rip off!
IT was good exersize un a fun way
This is a very fun place I can take my kid to jump and get a little exercising in the process.
Love this place! Such a great place to take the kids to play and get out all of their energy. Look on Groupon for a discount
Awesome, fun place for kids (and adults too if you’re into that!)! Tons of trampoline areas, a rock wall, three warped walls and much more! My grandkids have been there several times and have had a blast every time!
I have been calling sky zone for a week now to try to plan my sons birthday I have emailed them as well no one answers the phones or gets back to me .. it’s extremely unprofessional I will not be wasting my time with this place anymore
Rules for rock wall and warped wall do not state one at a time. The warped wall has 3 sections and since its not stated otherwise it looks like someone should be able to run up any open section. The rock wall rules just say no climbing above anyone else, which actually implies that multiple people can climb at once. If the rule is one at a time you need to update your rule posters!!!
My grand kids parents were out of town so while watching them we went to Sky Zone and they had a blast and were worn out after the 1.5 hour session.
I have been trying to get my childs party scheduled here since Saturday, apparently they dont have time for answering phones and when they do they arent helpful or nice.
Very noisy and crowded and hot inside. To be expected on a very wet and dreary day. Great place for the kids tho
Such a cool place 40 bucks for 2 hrs and t shirt and socks
My 6 year old loves this place. Its best to go right when they open.
Great place to take the kids and let them burn off all that energy.
Not a bad trampoline park but they make you buy like a three month membership in order to get a decent deal
Currently here now dont feel safe bringing my 2yr old here! They dont have a limit there are old kids bouncing little babies around. Older kids should not be allowed in the kitty area. make a cut off on age for the kitty area or watch it. Also over priced for a toddler. My older child did have a blast here.
Spendy, but a really fun way to exercise and have a blast for a few hours. All my kids love the trampolines and obstacles.
Took the boys they love it, gives them somthing to do during the summer to get them out the house and so i can have a little me time, got them season passes
The kids and I had an absolute blast! Its a little crazy at first but everyone working there is great help.
I came to sky zone fory daughters birthday on Monday at 1pm, no one is here, its not like they were super busy and I was taking away from someone. I had 3 60min free jump passes I was trying to use as well as purchase 3 60min jump and 3 120 min jump. The cashier wouldnt except my free passes because they werent from that location however o. The passes it stated no expiration date and NO RESTRICTIONS. Skyzone is not a franchise its corporate so Im not sure why I couldnt use them. There was 2 cashiers both very rude and when I asked to see a manager I was laughed at and told were it I didnt want to disappoint my 14yrs old so I went ahead and paid but I will NEVER give sky zone my business again
Busy on the weekends, but if you get a membership every week night after school is a workout event for the young ones. This place is great.
Great place for all ages.
Granddaughter had a good time trying all the equipment and interacting with different kids. She did get hit in the face at dodgeball, but shook that off after a few minutes and tried a different game. Climbing wall was harder than the one shes used to. And God it was noisy in there.
Super fun time, decent pricing, and didn’t feel very limited at all with what I was allowed to do there “trick” wise.
Havent been there too many times, but its pretty neat
I got hurt there but it was not because its unsafe a but the point is they gave us ice and checked in every 5-10 minutes asking if we where ok so the have great staff
Expensive, but well-maintained and clean. My 6yo loved it for a few visits, but now tends to get bored unless he brings a playmate with him. 2 hours is sometimes too long for him, but 1 hour isnt enough.
Love this place kinda expensive but really fun people r nice and there is so much stuff to do
Amazing and fun...when its not packed to the gills with kids....go on a week day, not the weekend. Trust me
Let me start by saying we have been here many times and have always enjoyed this place but today was something else. We hosted my child’s birthday at the Vancouver, WA location today 10/19/19. The park was great and that’s where the positive review stops. Check In for the party was awkward and clunky, I feel there is opportunity for training. We had a party room reserved (lower room) and asked to have the TV on for the Oregon/Washington football game and was advised the tv’s didn’t work but was “more of a decoration than anything”. Another issue we had was with one of the three picnic style tables had recently been put together(Or it had fallen apart and your staff didn’t investigate why 3 sets of nuts and bolts were on the floor?) and whoever did the build left a whole section of bolts out! My 70+ year old father-in-law sat and the table collapsed and he fell backwards onto the concrete floor. We got staff members and the teenagers that responded had smiles on their faces and didn’t apologize nor did they seem to care much about his wellbeing. They tugged and yanked the table back up and shortly after Repositioning the table, came back with a wrench and some bolts to repair the table. We asked for a manager multiple times but received no response. Our party time ended and we were sent on our way. We were given an accident report to fill out and were advised there was a camera in the room that “should have recorded the incident”. I’m embarrassed for my family and friends that the incident happen and a bit frustrated I paid over $300 for a party that ended the way it did. My children really enjoy your facility but it makes me question the safety, security, and integrity of your establishment if something designed for sitting was put together without care for others safety. Hopefully this was a one off and this place will contact me. Otherwise I suggest you read the fine print on the safety waiver!
The place is nice and clean but customer service is horrible. They want you to buy their shocks but they dont have the right size. My toddler wears size 5 and they gave him size 10. SERIOUSLY? the socks will keep coming out. The prize is little bit too much...16$+ tax for a 2 year old? I understand they dont have much competition in Vancouver area but its still too much. Not going back pretty soon.
Awesome to the owner tell your employees that they are awesome
Well run. Clean. Employees were great. I have seen bigger.
The staff was awesome and friendly and my kids had an awesome time. A big bang for your buck at this establishment.
We really enjoy coming here to jump. Its always clean, the employees are kind and its affordable.
Seems spendy but the children were happy and entertained for 2 hoursClean, well staffed
Great place for your kids to get the wiggles out, especially on rainy days. Which is basically everyday.
Terrible service, waited in line for 45 mins and then when we arrived up to the check stand, they changed the free jump time to 45 mins after the original jump time. Maybe next time staff can let The customers know that the time has changed so that they don’t wait in line for 45 minutes and then get told the jump time change and wait another 45 minutes. Instead staff said nothing about this change in time. So if you plan on going expect to wait an hour and a half before your kids can jump.

Celebrated my granddaughters 7th birthday at skyzone. I must say I was surprised how much room there was for parents and grandparents to be able to move around and stay close to the kids while they were doing various activities which are abundant. My granddaughter and a host of friends had an absolute ball. The party area and pizza they served were on parr with any of the places, weve been before. The staff was on top of everything, and were very friendly and attentive. I was impressed. Thanks for a great afternoon.
My son just loves this place. Great and friendly staff.
Goodtimes tonight....skyzone glow session is the best...our boys had such an amazing time.
Omg my kid loves this place. It was amazing
Great place to let the kids burn that energy during the colder months of the year.
My kids love coming here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love that they have occasional Groupon deals too!
Despite their own rules, Sky Zone doesnt allow parents to play with their kids. This place is a snooze. Sky High and G6 are more fun, cheaper and all around better. They also dont allow Sky High or G6 grip socks. They claim for safety reasons everyone must have their grip socks....complete garbage, all the socks are the same. Im sure the real reason is they dont want better parks advertised at their lame place.
Kids love it, its a great time, but beware if you buy a pass. We bought a 90 day pass, and not even 30 days later they told us it was expiring. Brought in a receipt and they acknowledged it was in fact, 90 days, even wrote the exp date on it. Until next trip, when once again, it was suddenly expiring, this has happened probably 5-6 times. Its a flat out hassle. Keep your receipt, only advice i can give.
Brought niece here. She had fun but I hated it. Too many kids/people at a time, a rude employee, etc.
Grate job if you didnt make this place I wholdent have had the best time ever so thank you so munch for making this placeAnd I will support you eney time keep up yore hard work and tell yore co workers yore dowing a good job and keep dowing that good work.
I called this place during business hours to find out more information and all I receive is the on hold music. I was then kicked out and hung up on. I tried calling again and had the same results. This is not customer friendly service for anyone wanting more information about utilize their facility.
Had a great time @ their 1yr anniversary FRIDAY GLOW NIGHT! Great DJ too! Snapped these just before we left... The boys love dodgeball and bball dunk!
Many things to do so u cant get bored
Amazing place for the kids and parents too! Its so fun and there arent just trampolines there are basketball courts with trampolines and Dodgeball
Designed mostly for older kids. Mine are 5 and 8 and the activities were too challenging for them. Also, they were understaffed
First time Ive ever gone. I love it!
This place is so fun for kids. However they change there waver pretty much every two months which makes it extremely hard and frustrating to just check in. Especially if you’re hosting a party! They also make you purchase their glow in the dark shirts, even if the kids are already wearing a glow in the dark shirt( same color.) I know the employees are just doing their job, but it is no wonder why this place is so dead. Business is failing.
Fun place for the kids. Lots of space to run and jump and of course flip! I wish there were more price options for people with multiple kids, its gets expensive quick.
Some staff members get distracted in their own interests and dont enforce the rules as they should be enforced causing dangerous situations.
I just got a memebership there and my daughter who is 15 months old loves it. It gets a bit much when its too crowded but she gets lots of attention and she loves it!
Friendly staff. Great place for toddlers to jump (Tuesdays)! Parents have a blast too. ;)
We have been here a few times and while it isnt always perfect the people they hire really do seem to try to provide a good environment at a good value.
We held an event here for my sons football team and it was a blast so much space to run around and jump they had a space set up like an American Ninja warrior course with 3 different warped walls the highest being 12ft. They had basketball with trampolines a little space for toddlers as well it was really fun the upstairs event place was big with tables and chairs plenty. They served us pizza and soda the pizza was so so it had really thick dough hardly any cheese or suace so it made it seem dry but other than that a great place to take your kids to get the wiggles out
My friends and I go on regular occasion for a game of dodgeball and a good time. I enjoy the fact that there is so much space, even when its busy, it never seems crowded.
