Cons:- not in a central location. And because its located in a weird area (industrial park) theres not really great parking most days as the lot is already full.- bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING.- no one cleans here. Ever. The benches are gross, there was a party room that had to have been from the previous day (because we came first thing in the morning) that was still full of trash and food.- they do not police ages at all. So when its supposed to be toddler jump (under 7) in the mornings and early afternoons but today there were at least 7 or 8 kids over the age of 7.- their toddler area is a joke. They have an these fun toys, like a train track, car race, doll house, and kitchen but literally NO toys to go with them so theres nothing to play with! No dolls, trains, cars, play food, etc.- I think theres ever only one employee there and she was on her a phone not paying attention the whole time.Pros:- it has bounce houses. About 5 of them in a small space.- pricing is ok.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were thoughtful and helped us with keeping my nephews bike a surprise for his birthday but offering to hide it for us, we didnt have to ask, they were just on top of our needs. The place is big and basic but clean and the toys are fun and clean also.

A solid B/B-. The bouncy action is fun. Kids had a blast. The equipment seemed to work well and was clean.As usual, my concern was with societal norms. Several kids, older by far than the limit for that time, were playing really roughly (totally cool at the right time), with zero adult supervision. My 5 year old twice came to me with concerns and I eventually had to ask the older kids to be more conscientious and safe around much smaller kids.If adults arent going to adult (all too common nowadays) then the facility must have some supervision as well. They dont. I mean, its not a swimming pool, but neither is it without hazard.

Tooooooo much fun!!! Everyone had fun and got out all the crazies. I LOVE this place and appreciate they have two locations to choose from. I feel safe letting my young boys run free.

The staff was friendly when we paid for our child but that was pretty much all he did besides play on his phone while we were there for 3 hours. There was kids running around with no socks in the bounce houses, food and drink in the areas to when the signs said none of this was ok, the bathrooms were gross, we changed our kids diaper in the truck cause of that and no changing table in the mens room, the guy at register was still just plugging away on his phone. The place is nice, if you have younger kids around 2, you will have to watch them cause the bigger kids dont watch out for them and their parents arent watching them either so they are to rough for the smaller kids. They do have a 3 and under only bounce house but like I said earlier no one is policing anything there so even the big kids invade that and you have to watch (protect) your youngster.

Grandchildren ages 2, 4, 8 love this place (Vancouver location), but its very dirty and equipment, electrical outlets are easily accessible to curious toddlers. Dust bunnies the size of actual small bunnies, and algae growing in drinking fountain... weve visited 3 times in the past month, and its been the same level of unsanitary every time :( I would rate it 5 stars for fun, and zero stars for cleanliness.

This place is great to take kids, sure. But it is so dirty. The structures look like they have never been cleaned. The front desk employee was kind upon entering so theres that. I love the idea of this place but I cant get over the sanitation issues.

Horrible host they were to busy on there phones when I asked them for help. Rushed us out last second, definitely will not be taking my daughter there again. Everything thats on the party package was not done at all I will be calling later to the manager to complain.

Kids had a wonderful time. Ran for two hours straight! The experience was inexpensive and well worth the $10 for my two littles. Only downside is cleanliness. Everything was tidy enough, but it felt very well-used. Bathrooms were pretty messy. Kids didnt mind though.

We love JJ Jump, great place to take the kids. HOWEVER, I dont understand why there is no changing table in the mens restroom. I go here with my son often, and it makes things awkward when I need to change a diper. Why not have one in both? Or at least make the bathrooms unisex? A very family unfriendly feature for an otherwise family friendly place.

JJ jump is a lot of fun for my two kiddos. However, JJ jump is extremely dirty. The inflatable bounce houses and play toys are coated in dirt, and the rest rooms smell horribly of old urine - we had gone right when they had opened up for the day, and the restrooms were dirty and smelled so very strongly of urine, so I know that they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Such a fun place, but health-wise, Im not comfortable letting our kids play. :( Please, Please clean it up a bit. Such a great place..take pride in it.

We had a big Birthday party for a 3 year old and everyone had a blast! The hosts are really nice and made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us bag up all the gifts. The kids AND adults had so much fun! Thanks JJ JUMP!

Please in the name of Jesus clean the bathrooms!!! Please.I have sent you an email last year after our birthday party and nothing has changed.It smells of pee and everything is so run down. The young people who work there don’t have the proper skills to do a good housekeeping job. They are really nice and respectful but by any means they do not clean.A coat of paint and clean bathrooms will do the trick.

Love the fact that now they dont charge per time but just one fee and you can be there all you want very clean and spacious

Fun idea which, for the most part, is well executed. There are 3 large bouncy castle setups for the kids of all ages and one restricted to kids under 5 or 6. You can also reserve these party rooms for kids birthdays and they were... Okay at best. Ultimately a fun time for the little little ones who will remember it more magically than it really is.

The bathrooms were very dirty and smelled backed up and there was a lot of debris on the main floor (napkins, paper).floor Staff was friendly and helpful and the party staff member effortlessly got the food rolling. Five star service, but 2 star cleanliness.

This place is so affordable and really fun for the kids. $3.25 for 2 and under and $5 for my 7 yo. I would definitely suggest coming here to check it out. They even have a designated area for 3 and under only! Birthday prices and packages are reasonable too! Our new favorite indoor place!

I love this place, because both my kids (4 year old and my 2 year old ) they can play and run and I can just sit down and watch them. The stuff members are really nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was one big problem, the bathrooms are extremely filthy. I really hope they will do something about it soon, because it is a real big problem. Thank you, and Happy Now Year!

Kids had a great time. Employees were nice. Only complaint not necessarily with the facility is some of the older kids were playing behind the inflatable structures where the plug ins are and had to be told repeatedly they arent allowed back there and another group of kids went inside the 3 and under play structure (obviously a lot older than that age) and were playing too rough knocking the little kids down. Parents please watch your children!

Great place for kids that can run around on their own or only need a little help. They can go and go for hours. For smaller kids, they do have one blown up area for them, which is nice to have something for them to do and not be in the way of the older kids.

My three-year-old loves this place! We have a lot more fun on weekdays then on the weekends, because its pretty empty and we get a lot of the bouncy slides to ourselves. I love that they have the little kid bouncer for three and under and the toy area, so the little kids can have their own space.

There isnt any handicap parking at this facility, went here for a birthday party had to park on the other side of the parking lot with a toddler and my 8 year old. I have a recent injury and needed the handicap spot. The bench seating for parents was okay, at least there was enough. The party room was weird and had uncomfortable picnic benches to sit on. The door seemed to be falling off that staff used. Really weird set up. The baby area is off in a corner which on one hand is nice because then they arent getting run over by the bigger kids but it makes it impossible to keep your eyes on both kids if you have kids in both age groups. They had a hand washing station without soup and the faucet just kept leaking/running after turning it off. I thought this was a newer establishment but already seemed run down.

My son really enjoyed the jumping and sliding in this place. I would recommend this place for kids just to have fun.

I bring my son here every Friday. He absolutely loves it. They have numerous inflatable bouncy houses and lots of other little toys for the little ones. Usually not too busy on Friday. An inexpensive way 4 my son to get out a lot of energy especially if its raining outside. Highly recommend checking it out if you havent already.

Older kids were allowed in during 7 and under time slot and were throwing balls very hard into the toddler area. My daughter loved it until she was hit HARD with a ball. No staff interviened, so we had to leave not long after we arrived.

My little one loves jj jump! it is affordable and fun. I like that they have some segregation in age groups throughout the day so if you have a timid tiny jumper they wont get bounced out by bigger kids. The only draw back is the seating. I wish they had couches or something more comfortable than a bench for the parents to hang out. We only stay a couple hours, so its survivable, but Id definitely consider going more often if they upped the ante on the seating.

Business hours are terrible..Son had a blast, but like previous reviews say the bathrooms are absolutely foul. Theres no door to block little children from running out of the front door and there is easy access to electrical wires and plugs. In the toy area there is a doll house up against one of the bouncy houses, which has a ton of electrical wires behind it, and the doll house has a window fully open in the back of it giving full access to kids to climb through and get to all of it. One of the staff is nice and pays attention the other is on his phone the whole time never looking up to make sure kids arent climbing where they could get hurt. Only other draw back is theres never many other kids here... Usually pretty deserted

Your basic inflatable bounce houses placed inside a nondescript warehouse. Yes, young kids will be entertained for a while but there are no food or beverage options to speak of, besides vending machine drinks and candy. So if you want coffee, snacks or anything close to fresh and healthy food, make sure to bring it with you. I realize this might be less expensive than other similar facilities, but you get what you pay for.

Its a fun place for kids ... isnt the safest place. Had 2 staff members who seemed more interested in cleaning the foyer then making sure kids werent climbing the toys unsafely... or climbing where the electrical stuff is. . . But its cheap so you are getting what you pay for. :)

This place is a great place to bring your kids if you just want to get them tired. There is about 7 different air jumper obstacles. Most can be navigated by ages 4 and up, they do have one air jumper specifically set aside for ages 3 and under. There is a spot also where smaller children can play with a little mini kitchen and little tikes house.We brought our 2 and 4 year old and the first thing I noticed is they gave me a military discount of $2 per child which I thought was very cool. The staff is super friendly and polite.The place is located in a warehouse and not the best location, however when you get inside, it is easy to navigate inside. There is some parts where it could be injury prone due to the wall location depending on how rowdy the kids get. There was a couple kids playing that looked like teenagers and I had to pull my 4 year old out because they were being too rough.Overall I think we will come back.

We held my daughters birthday party last month here and we had an amazing time! I held her party the previous year in my home and it ended up costing me close to what it cost to host it here, BUT I didnt have to worry about shopping for supplies,entertainment or clean up! It was nice to actually relax and enjoy my daughters party with her! The host they provided was awesome and organized. The kids just had a blast. They only schedule a maximum of two parties at one time, but we were fortunate that we were the only party in our time slot so we had the entire place to ourselves!

We went for the young kids free play, and in the middle of the allotted time for 7 and unders, a huge group of older (like 6-10yrs) kids came and were really rowdy and played too hard for the little ones. If you advertise a young kids play time, it is very misleading to allow older kids in too and not mention it. My two year old has rug burns from being landed on by these older kids. Not ok.

Went for a birthday party and all the kids had a great time with plenty of space to jump. The slides and obstacle course were popular even with the parents. The party room was clean and the host offered help but wasnt needed. Only downfall as a parent is there is no place to plug in your phone to charge it so if youre using it for photos make sure you go with a full charge. Staff was friendly and a good experience.

The person running the front desk would not get off there phone long enough to stop a kid no more then 4 years old run out the door 3 times alone in 5 minutes.The person at the front desk knew and did nothing about it. A stranger who was going into another local business help the child back in to JJJumps, as the person working the front desk simple watched.

I took my 2 years old granddaughter there. It was during the hours that was supposed to be under 7 years of age. There was a family there that that 2 of their 4 children were over 7. They were girls differently over 7. I would say one was more like 10. That in itself wouldnt of been to bad except their father was also PLAYING. Parents are allowed to assist there kids, but this kids were old enough that they didnt need assisting. He was running all over the play area and on the rides chasing his kids, who were also running. There is not supposed to be any running. The parent is not teaching his kids to be respectful of other or to follow the rules. There is no supervision by the employee. She sat at the front desk not even looking toward the play area. Never walked around it is how the kids were do. these unruly kids pushed my granddaughter down the sled, would block the exits from a couple of the rides and almost knock her down. This behavior includes the father. I complained to the employee who went over and talked the the family and went back to her desk. The talk did no good. After we left I found out that the girls had hit her when she was in an area that she was temporarily blocked from my vision. I will never take my granddaughter there again.

This is a good place for bringing young children to. The equipment is fairly worn out but clean and every time we have come here the staff have been very attentive and nice.

Fun place for the kiddos! The staff was very friendly, but the equipment is very worn and torn, with ripped seams everywhere, and plastic pipes exposed on the jumping equipment where they should be covered. Its most definitely not the safest place around, as there are cords to trip over around the play equipment, and fans that arent covered or hidden. The toddler area is ok, but has all old, and very very very dirty toys. I can say quite certainly that those toys never ever get cleaned. Our kiddos had a blast with all the jumping, so I would say it is worth checking out even with the down sides, but it wont be our number one choice for a play day.

We took our niece to JJ Jump in Vancouver, WA and she liked it a lot. Her favorite thing was the obstacle course. FYI: It is mostly slides with 1 obstacle course

Customer service is great and A lot of fun! Kids love it! We go weekly Its nice you can climb up with your little ones and help them out. But I would have to agree with the guy that said it wasnt the safest. I did notice that the blowers plug into an exposed outlet... With some electrical tape around it! A child could unplug a blower pretty easy and that could be really dangerous!

A little hinky, the equipment is old, but its clean and the staff is really nice. And what 5 year old cares about the age of the equipment, as long as it works? We always get about two hours of energetic play here which tires him out, a big bonus for me. And unlike the Clackamas location, my son has never gotten ill after playing here. I definitely recommend it.
