There are MUCH better facilities in the area. Staff is disengaged, food is over-the-top new age and overpriced, owner is very short tempered. Would not recommend if it was the only place standing after an apocalypse.

My little 2 year old girl loved playing all over Dizzy Castle. It was super nice that adults could go through the structures with kids. Food was pretty good too for a kids place

Toddler had a great time. Some of the equipment is older and worn, but everything seems to be in good working order. Menu is a tad high, but admission is pretty low so I say its an equal trade off. Will definitely be going again and will recommend it to others.

Its so much fun for my 2.5 year old. They have a snack bar and good selection of food items. The play structure is a little run down, but overall very stable and fun

I think this would be a great place, if the employees could be more engaged.During the few hours we were there we witnessed some smaller-than children being beat up on. And Im not meaning the typical child shoving thing, it was full on whaling another child. And for absolutely no reason.We stayed with our little people the best we could, but realistically, they get away pretty quick from us.Our itty-bitty was bullied and scared, and we were only feet away when it happened. Had we not been right there the little boy wouldve pounded on her. Like he did to another tiny little guy.Our visit was incredibly disappointing because in place of enjoying ourselves, we were busy just keeping our little people protected.Unless youre able to keep an adult with each child, and able to keep up with them, side by side, you may want to consider another venue/activity.If youre a grandparent, as I am, this is a horrible place to take your little ones.

My three year old loves this place and has never gotten sick after coming here, (honestly it probably helps build his immunity up). We have been here around eight times. It’s a fun spot, although I would agree the behavior of the older children could be better. I will not mark the place down for it because the blame is on the parent, not the place.

Kid had a great time, I did not. Well definitely go back when I can work up the patience to delve back into a couple hours in child-hell.Definitely recommend a fully charged phone and something to keep yourself entertained, also ear plugs (seriously). There were hand sanitizer stations around the building, I also suggest locating those when you walk in, youll want them.

It is a big indoor play structure, a lot of padding for all the falls. Food available, not unreasonable priced. Sweets also for sale. Giant dragon that comes out once in a while, and during parties. Parties up to 15 kids / 1hr 45 mins. Really loud, kids fall, lots of crying. Constantly losing site of your child, but they have a great nap usually after. Burn some energy and climb around with them.

Great play place take to take the little ones on those dark nasty rainy days in the winter to burn off excess energy. Have thrown a couple birthday parties there and found them to be excessive on price for no real perks different than walking.in and paying normal price as I have also done.

A great place to whittle away the rainy Vancouver, WA days with the kids. Indoor play structures for days where the kids go feral and you can sit back and watch Lord of the Flies emerge in real life. Just kidding. The kids will be fine and sooner than later you will find yourself climbing around and shooting foam balls at everyones kids in a epic war. Always brings out the kid in me and love to plunk down some cash here to see the kids get active in playtime.

My 2 year old had a lot of fun. The toddler area was interesting to him as it was all his size and he could play alone. We ventured into the main area and were able to go down the VERY FAST green slides and play with the foam balls. I think he would enjoy himself a lot more in a couple more years, but it was worth the $6.99 to try something new.We went at 9am sharp on a Saturday so it was pretty empty, just a few older kids. By 10am the birthday parties started rolling in so we booked it out of there.

Overall, this place served my 4 year old son for almost 2 hours with cool tunnels and slides etc. Areas are quite clean and kids tend to be well watched by their parents. It seems to work well for babies as separate space is provided for them which isnt allowed for bigger kids to get in. Food and snacks are overpriced. However, considering that approx. $14 is the whole day pass, it is definitely worth spending more money on that.

Best one iv been to in a while. Lots to do for kids. Only minus, way to many exits out of the castle kids can get out from any side near hallways, bathrooms and restaurants or on the other side near the exits too

My daughter had a blast here when we came for a birthday party. The big dragons in costume were a big hit and staff was very attentive. It’s chaos in there, but that’s on par with an indoor playground, so just be ready for it.

Friendly staff, got food( not bad) great place for kids. Lots of tables for moms, dads or grandparents. Only thing I could say negatively was some of areas need to be reupholstered... Duct tape is a little tacky... Will definitely go again though!

My little girl begs me to go everyday. I have my little girl with me and she says I have to rate it 5 stars. Also has food for adults and kids, has been fun for me and my lady to crawl through the tubes.

I went with a 2 1/2 and 6 year old, they had lots of fun. Age appropriate for both of them. We were there for two hours and could of stayed longer. Lots of tables and seating for the adults to use and still be close to the kids. I felt the play structure was safe and kept fairly clean.

What a Dizzy place for sure. Crawling through tunnels and sliding slides for over 2 hours with my grandson ...priceless! Completely recommend for fun.

My children really enjoyed this place. They give you a stamp so you can leave and come back, the price you pay is for all day, I feel as though they should put more in for toddlers.

GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE FOR KIDS

Way too crowded on the weekends. They fill up majorly passed capacity. Check in with your children every 5-10 minutes while here. Sometimes feral kids are about and you need to watch out for them with their interactions with your littles. Other than that a decent place on weekdays that provides great energy relief for the littles.

Easily the best indoor play areaI’ve visited.The toddler area is separated which is a plus, and they have good food options, even if it’s a little on the pricey side.

Great for big kids on the after school hours and littles during morning hours. Generally clean and they offer food for purchase. Good place to have your kids run some of their energy out.

This place is awesome. If your looking for a place that doesnt break the bank and you want your kids to have fun, then this is the place. They even have an area just for toddlers. You lock them in and watch them from the outside, or you can join them, and let those little rascals have fun.

My son loves it here! What a great place to let him run while we sit. The food is expensive and the pizzas are small, but you dont go there for the food. Went to a birthday party here and their staff was so organized and wonderful. Id highly recommend them for birthday parties.

My hostess for my daughters 1st birthday party was amazing! The only downfall was a lot of kids were very rude without their parents in the structure with them, and all the kids got sick in there (but thats to be expected)

Awesome place to take the kids! One set price and the kids can play as long as they can stand lol. Parents looking for a pretty cheap option to take the kids to burn off energy should definitely try this place.

This is such a great place for little ones to play and burn off energy. You have to pay for each child, but adults are free. Also, the price is for all day, so you can go there for a couple of hours and then go home for nap time and then back to Dizzy later in the day. My granddaughters (5 & 3) love it. The place is clean and well maintained. The girls cant eat gluten or dairy, so weve never eaten there, but I saw that the meals come in a pirate ship which is pretty cool.

Thought it was a bit pricy, my daughter is 6 and I had a 1 yr and a 2 yr old and was charged $38, since my 2 youngest couldnt play in the castle the area for 3 and under was not worth it!! Come to find out 1 & 2 yr olds are not full price, I clearly stated they were 1&2 and for some odd reason the lady still charged full price... Def will not return!!

The play place is pretty good. Alot of activities for the kids. The costs are a little high for admission and for food.

Friendly staff. Large playing structure inside that is large enough for many adults to accompany their children. I have a toddler and she had great fun exploring and feeling safer with me with her. Having a toddler, found it to be easier to manage in the morning (or weekdays) when there are fewer children running around. Observed many rooms in which birthday parties could be held. We will definitely be returning.

Fun place... for organized chaos. Challenging for you to keep an eye on your child while other people are 100% reliant upon the Castle to be the baby sitter.Also; staff can be a bit rude. I walked in and the first thing they say to me is, You cant bring that outside beverage (starbucks) with you in here. Not Hello or Welcome; just an immediate demand and restriction applied. I dont mind the rule, I mind the rudeness and lacking pleasantry right when I walked through the door.

I have two kids and they have lots of kids to interact with at Dizzys Castle. Theres a foam ball pit, a cafe, place for birthday parties, and three different slides.My kids are super grateful for getting to spend time playing here.

As much fun as it was, the place is, understably, not very clean. My friend warned me that her child gets sick every time she goes there. After going last month, my entire family all became extremely ill. Other than that, it was okay. Some parents should be more involved to ensure safety for all children, but thats not the businesss fault.

I liked it but its kinda pricy if you will only be there a short time.Also the temptation for the powder sugar in a tube is a bit much I think for some kidsit would be better if it was placed at a different location where its not within reach.when I was there I also went during slow times but hopefully when its busy theres more sanitizing of common areas especially!everyone was really friendly seems like it would be a good place to have a birthday party for the kiddos!put a birthday party package starting at $99 may not be reasonable for three and four-year-olds when I dont know that many three and four-year-olds that have 10 or more friends to invite and that will show.Also for the toddlers around 3 unless they are a toddler three-year-old they may not be able to reach up and do some of the obstacles without some help.But overall staff is friendly bathrooms were clean our first time we got a 50% off coupon for the second visit.Overall my daughter had a good time and stay busy and met a friend or two also.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing was alarming. My suggestion would be for Dizzy to eliminate the Adult pricing. My 2 adult to 1 child special needs child cannot come- limiting his siblings accessibility. Charge a flat rate for each child- I arrived assuming my 4yo child and I could attend for under $12. I should have chose McDonalds play place- but my discomfort with the inaccessibility based on price and equipment was lessened by the compassionate staff.

The price is up to $14 and for what? They havent expanded it. Pure greed. The kids that run the place have no real customer skills. No actual supervision. I just watched one employee knock a kid down running back and forth from the food stand and front desk. Lack of cleaning. Woman in front of me just changed her kid on the table. Staff says nothing. Will not be coming here again. To the owners Brian and Lisa....you are sad.

This is a small place compared to what we used to go to. But its kept very good. Kids playing there behavior very well. Parents are pretty quiet they keep it to themselves I dont understand why but it is what it is.

Great place to take your kids, my son played nonstop for almost 4 hours. Its a flat fee for an entire day, and well worth what you pay. The equipment is slightly dated, but very well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended this place to anyone trying to escape the wet.

My kids loved this place and had lots of fun. The main play area is a big pirate ship themed club house or fort. Inside it has structures that the kids play on. There is also a little bistro that sells food, and drinks.

We were there about 2 weeks ago with all 3 of my Kids. My Daughter ended up sick for a weeks and a half afterwards. Now after taking Her to the Dr turns out she had gotten Pink Eye from there.. So if they clean the actual play equipment we will go back.. but not till then.

The team as always has done a fantastic job, in a day in age where customer service has gone in the toilet this place never ceases to impress. Friendly and professional they run this place like a well oiled machine. Yes its crazy here but in a good way. Everyone that we encounter here absolutely does an amazing job. No one seems annoyed or stressed, I am frankly amazed at how well this team works together! Keep it up!!

I LOVE this place. You can get a decent deal. The kids run and play and get exercise (unlike chuck e cheese or something where all they want is more and more tokens to play games) love the physical activity and kids love it. Just wish there was more seating for the parents

You turn into a kid again! Mostly its the dads/dads who are in there with the kids in the castle... Few women/real moms who take an interest. The others would rather be socializing or on one of the rented iPads than play with their kids), mainly men enjoy going there. Its impressive to them (guys) when you kick their butts at the spring shooting game from across the courtyard. All in all, its just a fun place to play & to revert to childhood.

This place is always super fun for the kids, even a bit older! The main reason Im even writing the review is because the guy at front desk is just the most friendly and upbeat person. Hes perfect for this place and its just nice to have the first person you interact with somewhere make everyone feel so welcome and puts us in a good mood!

Wide variety of jungle gym features, some extras. Tiny tot area separated, nicely. A 7 year old loved it on a wintry day, but recently the 10 year old only lasted 40 minutes. Look for coupons in waiting room magazines, online, etc.They serve food, not a reason to come here, though. If you dont care what cheap junk you put in your kids body, the prices are not horrible. We watched a family determinedly chew on a pizza with scorched cheese. I would have sent it back. They seem to sell sugar water beverages and giant fill your own sugar tubes. Resist the urge. Your kids dont need either the artificial dyes or processed sugars. If they offered fruit, veggies, granola bars, etc., Id give more stars. Whats the good of healthy activities if you push sugary snacks?Cafeteria tables fill the viewing area, theres a large side room from which you cant see the structure, a party room that handles multiple groups, and a long, handy bench against the counter.

I enjoy coming here with my 2.5 year old. She is not yet 3 feet tall, and needs help with some of the climbing here, so I get to crawl around with her. We stay about 2 hours and it wears us both out.
