One of the few places that’ll let you be mask free and not impede of your rights. Nephews had fun diving into the foam blocks and wrestling on trampolines. Getting one star because youngest nephew said that only one sink worked in men’s bathroom, and cafe worker wouldn’t let me have more than two Bud Lights.
Not the Urban Air my family used to enjoy! We typically take the kids out to celebrate but this past weekend we came for a birthday party and it was nothing but disappointment due to numerous encounters and situations. NOT ONE MASK IN SIGHT besides the floor staff wearing theirs. They have signs up that say masks are mandatory but clearly they are lying. My husband tried to speak with a male manager about a sanitary issue and got nothing but a cold attitude and shrugged off (the issue was never looked at). I was later lucky enough to be helped at the cafe by the same manager (wasnt wearing mask), where I got the same cold attitude. Im not sure if management has been changed, but in the past guest were enforced to wear masks and when we used to bring issues to management they were nothing but happy to help.
No seating, caution tape on beginning of rope course, broken sink in men’s bathroom, and garbage music. Would give zero stars but feeling generous cause they sell Bud Light and let us be mask free.
Staff obviously do not care about regulating the lines for the obstacles seeing as kids were cutting and holding up the line. Party host was pretty pushy throughout the event and hardly helped besides serving food and lighting the candles. My son had fun but that was probably the only positive thing about this experience. I do not see myself coming here anytime soon.
While I’ve heard a good thing or two about the attractions there, I was rather disappointed when I brought my daughter in on 11/04 and had to listen to their manager angrily rant about politics openly. There was absolutely no need for such conduct that my child and many others could hear in ear shot and have to witness. Attempted to try the place out again earlier this week and said manager was behaving even more irately over the amount of people getting in line at the cafe. Will not be returning there anytime soon.
Staff is always helpful and lovely with the children. Clean facility with lots to do. Even the basic package has lots of value for an afternoon of play.
Went in with the attempt to book a birthday party in mind, and turned around and walked out seconds later in utter disgust. Hundreds of people in the park with no face mask in sight except for employees. With all that’s currently happening and kid places being the #1 germ and virus breeding ground, one would think masks would be required at ALL times. Not worth the risk to bring kids and family members up there when the current pandemic is obviously a joke to the owners.
My grandkids love coming here. Clean, helpful staff. Safe indoor place for them to have fun. I would have given five stars, until our recent visit. There are signs posted visitors over the age of 10 must wear a face covering. There were families, groups of teens that were not complying. I dont expect the young people working there to have to confront these people individually. I did ask them to make announcement reminding people they need to have a mask, or face covering. These customers still did not comply. Urban Air needs to have masks available if people forget one, or refuse admittance, especially since this is an indoor facility. The staff was very good with sanitizing items, and wear ik ng face civerings.
Love the we jump times for kids 6 and under. Definitely love the special times so my littles arent trampled by teens. The place is nice and the quality is clean and well kept. Dont like the random 2nd exit and entrance near the i ninja course where parents cant know if their kid went rogue and left for the great outdoors.
4:17pm 10/24/20During our visit with my family. While my niece was waiting to get into the ball box, she was nervous to go. A staff member touched my niece on her arm, telling her to go. He was immediately advised to do not touch her by her Father. He seemed upset & began to speak about the issue with a customer. I immediately alerted the manager. The manager stepped in 5 minutes later to hear about the issue. The issue was not addressed to my family with an apology, so I’m writing you to further address. At no time she any staff member touch anyone’s child.
Spent over 200 doolars for 2 hrs are you kidding me! They didnt even tell us how long they had. Im sorry. But how can you run a business like that! My kids tried to ride the sky rider and was told they had to leaxe! Not enough employees and there rude. They werent paying attention to the kids running around, getting on battle beam when other kids are already on.I WILL NOT come back or refer people. Id rather go to I Jump
Workers seem bored. Need to pump fun in the building. Ive went 2 times still boring. My 7 yrs old grandson no longer wants to go.
Awesome place to let your kids and grandkids blow off some steam and have fun, especially after being cooped up toooo long!! very clean and spacious Thank you
It was really great for the kids I can say we will be going again other kids were nice and respectful as well
Dont buy the 12 month membership, or any membership for that matter, you will regret it and when you do they will not let you out of it. After about 5 trips here kids get tired of this place.
DO NOT do the membership option. Your stuck with a year of monthly dues and there is no flexibility to change membership. If there is an issue customer service will not help you. Prices are too high for each visit otherwise so we will not be coming back to any urban air. Staff are children watching children. Parties are a joke.
We reserved a room for my 3 year olds birthday party. Our reservation was from 5-7 and it came with water and pizzas. The pizzas didn’t arrive until 6:30 when the party was basically winding down. I had to shut the door to our room over 15 times because the host kept coming in and leaving it open. You could tell he thought we weren’t going to pay for the other half of our reservation. He even ‘walked’ us down to the checkout. Pretty disrespectful. Our 3 year old is 38” y’all and they only have one option for any kids under 41”s. That option is handful of trampolines. The problem is that they don’t restrict those to just smaller kids, and then even allow adults to jump on them. Therefor the smaller kids can’t basically do anything other than get bounces around by big kids and grownups. Pretty disappointed.
Jaden is awesome he went above and beyond helping my son go on the zip lineage and the staff is so friendly and always look forward too coming here.
My 3 teenage boys love this place. The staff are all very nice, helpful, and respectful. My only issue is the pricing. I wish the upgrading to all access wasnt so expensive.I do recommend this place for great family fun!
I had every intention of coming here, until dealt with the GM who not only did not return my call as requested to see if I could use passes that were already paid for from another location (we only planned on staying an hour or so, and didnt even intend on cashing in on everything the pass normally offers) but had one of their employees get on the phone when I called back to ensure everything still checked out the day before I planned on coming. Thankfully I hadnt announced plans and will be able to change them. If someone calls you and respectfully requests something a WEEK in advance, you can at least be decent enough to pick up your phone and return their call.
Definitely for younger kids. The Zipline was cool. Its not as scary as some may think.
My 8 year old daughter and I had a blast.
Have taken my daughter 3 times now. We dont live local or it would be more. She loves it and I always have to drag her out when the time is up! It is always clean and they keep the AC turned way down to cut down on germs...so bring a jacket! The only draw back is comfortable seating. Wish they had coaches instead of benches. My old back side starts to hurt.
We visited for my sons birthday and had a blast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We shared it on our social media and have had several friends visit since. We look forward to visiting again really soon.
Went to teen night and had amazing staff help throughout the entire time. I think the manager did a phenomenal job running the place during the night. Great music great staff. All around great experience.
My husband and I had so much fun with our two oldest girls here! It was us against them and we did pretty well. Weve even decided to celebrate their next birthday here because it was such a great experience.
My kids enjoyed it here so much! Great activity to get them out of the house. My 5 year old is tall enough to do the rock climb and she loves it!
Very large play area and snacks area. My kids are a little too young for this place as it seemed more teen friendly but overall enjoyed being here and my kids still had a blast. Highly recommend if wanting to let the kids spend some energy.
I had a party in feb for my grandson. The Party CoordinatorNoel was Great and the Party host Jacob was Great as well. We truly enjoyed our Day. Noel straightened out my party day because I had been given the wrong information. Didnt get the downstairs room, but we were well taken care of after all.
We went for my sons birthday (not a party, just family). He and my daughter had a blast. They tried all of the activities. They were both a little scared with the zip line thing but did it and it became their favorite! Will go again.
10/10 Urban Air is the place to go in Tyler!! I can this past Saturday and my kiddos and I had the time of our lives zipping around the sky rider and jumping off of rockwalls! If you ever attend (which you should) make sure to see if Alyssa Wood is there, she was so caring in handling my scared 6 year old daughter on the sky rider. She talked her through the entire process and made her feel safe as can be! Will definitely be returning :)
We took our 10, 12, & 15 year old grandkids. They had a great time. If youre watching, better take a jacket.... its cold in there!!!
Love this place. My kids have so much fun. Does tend to get a bit crowded at times so get there early. The line for the concession is super long almost all the time and it took us over an hour to get a pizza but the staff were so nice and didnt seem stressed by all the madness. Check the website for good deals.
Kids loved it. We will visit again
Went today and the whole family had so much fun! Employees were so friendly and helpful, especially Worth! He was so patient with my daughter climbing the rock walls. Will definitely be back!
I love this place its been a while since my daughter and I have been here and my daughter is gets so excited when I tell her we are coming here. Its alot of fun for the family etc.
First visit. We were celebrating my grandsons birthday. Everyone had a blast. Well be back soon.
My kids enjoyed. The only thing I was concerned has it been sanitized daily dueto many kids having the flu. The flu season is not over. The obstacle course where the balls are at, the slides, the dodge balls, the mats, handles etc...
My boys go at least twice a week and Dad (aka) Yummy loves the socks. Urban air has given our family cost effective entertainment. The staff are very helpful
They cheated me and 4 other ppl out our money and the workers were rude and were whispering and the only nice profession person was the consesion person
We love Urban Air! My kids, ages 16, 12, 11, and 6, stay busy the whole time theyre there. There is something for everyone! The staff is always really helpful, they even refunded us our money when I accidentally bought the regular passes for my husband and myself and sold us the parent passes which are considerably cheaper! With 4 kids its never cheap to do anything but when we leave I feel it is money well spent and the kids (and even us, the parents) have a blast! Cant wait for our next visit!
Unnecessarily expensive. A pitcher of soda is $15. Nice place for kids and mostly friendly staff. Not sure if it’s worth the price tho
A special thanks to a young lady/employee named Kennedy! We took my son to the park today, and although a couple of the employees were very rude to my child, !!! there was a employee named Kennedy,, she went out of her way to make sure my son had a very special experience!!! I will definitely take my children back there because of her !!!! she was very awesome with the kids and needs to be a manager! We will definitely be back because of Kennedy !!!️urban air was an awesome place to go
Great time with my grand kids. Staff was wonderful. Well definitely be back!
Jaedin was absolutely amazing!
Super fun place that really encourages the kids to move around and play. A very fair price
Josiah was super helpful and caring. My son with special needs was afraid of the ropes course. But than Josiah decided to go with him out there on the entire course, and his fear all went away. When they came back I asked him what made him so attentive and caring. He soon told me that he could relate to living/ being with someone of special needs as his cousin is a special needs child too. If you ever go to Urban Air with a child of special needs make sure Josiah’s around because he’ll go the extra mile.
My kids love the place. We bought a membership which is a great value. They can play as long as they want on everything. We usually stay about three hours. It is a good workout for the kids too.
Great place to take the kids to let off steam. Especially in the summer heat! The drink prices are pretty steal however if you plan to be there a while. Use the water fountain. The ultimate membership for my 2 kids is exactly what they needed! 2-3 times a month and we just covered what it would have cost for 6+ months. This place is excellent! Fun for all! Just expensive for drinks and snacks. Movie prices, but the fountain drink is 1 size and all ice.
Place was fun but they ripped me off . What I was suppose to pay was 8.99 each for my children and their small cousins wrist which I specifically said I do not want ultimate wrist bands for the smaller children at all especially for my 2 year old and they STILL have him one ?? they were way too short and small for the ultamate . Instead the guy charged me 24.99 for all 8 of them plus myself and my husband which we’re the parents we didn’t get a parents pass . He seemed annoyed and in a rush so it was easier for him to just charge me the same for EVERYONE so 24.99 x 8 small children 6 older kids and 2 adults ? Came out to be over 400 bucks which it shouldn’t of been I’ve already called to try to get that fixed but haven’t even bothered to call me back at all. This place really got me for my money ! Wouldn’t go back . They need staff that has patience and is more organized and pays attention to what they are doing and IS able to multitask .
My daughter has a blast every time we go! The people are nice, the facility is clean, and there are plenty of things to do. We really need to buy a membership, but I’m a procrastinator extraordinaire.
Pretty disappointed that there isn’t FRIED PICKLES anymore. That’s the only thing my kids and their friends actually like to eat.!!
Urban Air is fun for all ages. My family has never been disappointed after a trip.
Great place! Not a bad deal- $24.99 for the kids to be able to stay and play for a while! They definitely did not get bored because there is a TON to do with the ultimate package. They serve beer/wine which is pretty awesome... Limit 2 per person which is a good idea! We had the cheese sticks and they were great as well. We will be back... and may look into having our daughters birthday party here also!!
Took my kids here for the first time today after school & my girls absolutely loved it, my son however was in a cast due to a previous accident outside of the park so he could not participate as much as the girls but one worker in particular (didn’t catch her name but she was on the short side & had brown hair) made sure he had just as much fun
We took the kids a couple weekends ago and eh. Weve been to a couple other urban air locations and its like every other big chain. The staff were not very friendly and were inattentive. There are other options in town that we feel more at home with.
Honestly it was way to crowded the night we went, maybe better on a slower day but my kids said theyd rather go to Ijump
My son and I had an amazing experience. Big A+ to Jamarion Ward who was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Some of the staff were interactive with guests, but others need improvement. Over all we will be returning.
My son loves this place. I got him the $11.99 per month membership and I plan on using it every chance we get!!! Employees are super nice too.
Went in thinking my children were going to have fun!!!... TURNS OUT I USE ANY EXCUSE TO TAKE THEM SO I CAN GO HAVE FUN ...its so much fun for any age group!.. love the yearly membership price
My kids Love this Urban Air! They have great staff and the place is very clean
This place has a wonderful staff that gives each kid the over the counter experience. Will definitely recommend anyone to take their kids here
Such a fun and clean environment. My son loved it
After visiting other like activity centers, my kids enjoy the variety and experiences better at Urban Air. The challenges and problem solving is top notch!
My kids love this place! The staff are always helpful and friendly. They also have great deals that are hard to come by at other jump places. They are military friendly and offer a discount but I won’t ever forget their VIP event that they let military and first responder families in for free the day before they opened!!! Thank you so much for that!!!
Always Friendly, helpful staff. My granddaughter loves going here. We have her a membership so she can go whenever she wants.
Could use some arcades for the ones that cant jump
You’ll need a hand sanitizer bath and some spinal decompression afterwards, but if you wanna burn some calories chasing your bratty kids around; this is your spot.
We love going to Urban Air, especially homeschool jump! Friendly staff and lots of fun !
We normally have a good time at Urban Air. We went yesterday for a birthday party. I recently had ACL replacement surgery and am in a brace, just got off crutches. Asked the desk if they had an elevator to go upstairs to the party room we where in. The worker just so no, just stairs. I don’t think that is fair to not have another option for people who can not go up and down stairs. Was very disappointed with how they acted about it and the fact that there is no other way to get upstairs. I think that is something that needs to be addressed. Yes it’s a children’s “playground “ but for those attending a birthday party there needs to be an accessible way to go upstairs.
If you are handicapped just know you will be unable to attend the party upstairs, and there is no other way upstairs but by stairs. It seems like a place to easily loose a child a lot of in and out. Having said that you could see the children and their parents were having a good time and laughing and playing!!!!!!!!
My kids enjoy going all the time. Great family environment. Staff is always nice
I had my teams end of the season party here. Such a great place!! The staff was super friendly and very helpful!! Especially putting up with 15 boys!! they did a fantastic job! Will be coming back!
My kids really enjoyed their time here. Lots of things to keep the older children occupied, not so much for the kids on the short side. Great price for the fact its unlimited time basically. We will be back in the future!
I had a fantastic experience, one special attendant Alyssia Wood, when we told her another staff member said the ropes course and sky ride were closed for the night she immediately told us that she would open it for us so we could have a good time. She took her time applying harnesses and thouroughly explained the rules and I felt very safe even though the course was quite scary!
What a rip off. Unlimited rides on the skyrider....uh I guess if it’s open!! Which happened 1 time in 4 hours....same with the rock wall and ropes course. Only 1 person running all 3, so she had to close one to open another. Wow. Poor staffing choices By management. Also, your all day band is actually only 2 1/2 hours...wow! Major rip off.
It was OK waste of money if you dont got kids not really a trampoline park for adults . basically wasted 49 bucks for me and my mom. Only stayed 30 min nowhere to jump kids on everything tbh
Kids had a great time, just alittle too pricey for us
Parties are expensive but kids had fun! I think the pizza could be better for the price and wait.
The kids were happy
Good pizza and fun times with dodge ball and friends
Such a fun place to take my kids
My kiddos had a blast playing here.
I had my 2 year old grand baby and 7 year old daughter with me and this was our first visit. We had a great time. I was skeptical because of my grand daughters age but she had a good time as well. We will be coming back!
Had a party there bought the Deluxe pkg cost 260.00 and when we got there 1 of the attractions was closed that was included in the pkg and shortly after another closed. I asked if we could add one of the other attractionsto replace the 2 and they said no we would have to upgrade for 30.00 so I asked if I would get part of my money back since they were closed they said no. Instead they offered us some more water. The one attraction opened back up at the end of the party and the others been closed for week which they didnt bother telling me when I booked the party. They gave the birthday girl a pass to come back before we left. All we ask was to add one of the climbing attractions to replace the 2 closed attractions and they wouldnt do it yet still wanted to charge me the same.
The experience was great, lines were not long, and the employees were very kind and considerate to our daughter. I would suggest the ultimate wristband for children over 48 tall.
Urban air is a nice, clean place with friendly staff. I would recommend it to others.
Great park, very clean and friendly staff
We have the unlimited membership package and as long as you come once a month for an hour it pays for itself!
Was having a pretty good time until I look back and the staff has taken my ray ban glasses and my 2 sons prescription glasses and thrown them into a bucket on the ground. Of course I got onto the staff but that kind of disrespect is ridiculous and is common sense in any establishment. No excuses
We love Urban Air. My son and husband get to spend time together and get exercise while having fun. The staff is great and they offer so much. We are always excited to go back.
My granddaughter loved.it! Fin, fun, fun!
We had my grandsons birthday party there and it went off without a hitch. The private room and personal staff member to help was awesome! The massage chairs for adults are a nice touch as well!
The place is just okay. Definitely not worth the $25. More like $16.99. Any of these Amusement places I always wish they had a 12 and up area for bigger kids(same as they have a small lid area). So the little ones that take forever are not blocking the entire line. Sat and waited for the ninja course for 15 minutes because the kid wouldnt stop playing in the balls. And they did not get in and move them out of the way. The obstacle course up in the air was the best part. But way too strict on the rules for the trampolines. Cant have two people jump on one giant trampoline square? Definitely will go to ijump from now on.
We have a monthly membership here and we love it! We can go anytime we want and play for hours! Very friendly staff:)
Took kids ages 10, 11, & 14 and all of them absolutely loved it! Loved that there is a place for the adults to sit and either watch TV or read a book or get work done while kids are completely entertained.
Waited in long line to find out waiver cant be signed at main desk. Not enough restroom facilities for the size of this place. Employees allow kids to run and to cut in line. This place was way overcrowded during our visit and my daughter and her friend were ready to leave after just 45 minutes. It costs too much money to not have fun. G-Force and Air-U are way more fun.
