Received a damaged wakeboard, called them about it, and received a new one 2 days after I sent the damaged one back. Had no problems with them at all. Very polite and understanding. Plus this wakeboard is dabomb.com. Nawl sayin?

Their supervisor Crystal (blonde female) needs several lessons on customer service and general manners. I asked her for information on a specific product and she said I dont care if you want to place an order, I get off in 30 minutes. I asked to speak with someone else and she turned her back to me. I would love for someone to contact me about her behavior. When I spoke with another employee they mentioned that her behavior has been ongoing.
