Peaceful, quiet gardens with picnic tables and shade trees. Located close to St John hospital and Utica Square shopping center.
Went to have lunch with my boys. We stopped at Jasons deli grabbed lunch went to Woodward. Love feeding the squirrels. Showed my first boy had to show my second boy. Love memories.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL park. Lovely landscaping done here. Honestly I only wish there were MORE flowers. And maybe one sign beside each landscaping piece that had small pictures of each type of flower and a note about what kind it was. I saw so many out that I wished I knew what they were!!! I love taking macro-photography and this was the perfect place to do so!!! My husband and I took some of our maternity pictures here too! Unfortunately we went on a rainy and windy day, then it suddenly turned very sunny! All in all we were very happy with how all of our pictures turned out.
Great place to go for a walk and relax! Shut your phone off, youll be amazed what you will see, hear and feel.
This is a beautiful city park next door to the Garden Center, the Historical Society and Philbrook Museum surrounded by million dollar homes. I went into the ladies room and there was no toilet paper or soap and there had not been any toilet paper or soap for quite some time from the looks of it. This is why Tulsa will never be a world class city. Its your alt right, incompetent government structure that obviously does not know how to manage money or show off your citys assets. You have a wonderful ambitious mayor, but he obviously needs more quality individuals backing him up.
Really beautiful part and make sure and hit the greenhouse this really interesting and take some time and just look around at all the levers and stuff that raise and lower the windows very cool. Trees are huge flowers are beautiful and its all free.
It is a very busy park, clean, thank u for the empty trash can. Normally they seem to be full all the time. The park is great for taking pictures.
Havent been here in 40 years, but it hasnt changed much. Squirrels still panhandle. Still a beautiful park.
Such a beautiful park. Perfect for a picnic as well. Theres a lot of natural shade as well to escape the summer heat.
Loved it. Great garden/park to visit. Probably one of the. Eat places to take pictures for dances or whatever for memorial reasons.
Beautiful place! Just wish they would turn the water back on at the small water falls. I also wish theyd unlock the gate to the other water fall as well.. But its most definitely a nice place to spend a few hours at...
We just moved to Tulsa recently and this is one of the most beautiful parks around. My wife loves relaxing here while I chase our son around all of the cool rock walk ways. This is a great place to take your family.
Its a very relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful place to read a book, have a picnic, or to enjoy the day.
This is possibly my favorite park in the city. Its beautiful and there are extremely friendly squirrels! Theyll eat fruit or peanuts right from your hands! Its adorable. Lots of gorgeous shaded areas for picnics or laying around and reading.
Gorgeous teaching gardens, butterfly garden and sunhouse.
Took my girls here. We all loved the greenhouse and the rest of the landscape. Beautiful.
I loved the scenery! Its so beautiful out there!
I spend a significant time working here, so I may indeed be biased, but what a beautiful place with beautiful gardens.
Good place, very big and friendly squirrel
Beautiful park! Tulsa Garden Center next door. Pic is of TGC Greenhouse. Just a wonderful place to explore and find all the hidden gems. One mile from Utica Square Outdoor Shopping.
Woodward rose garden has roses again. I was so pleased to see this.
Its a beautiful place to go see beautiful flowers beautiful people Im having a picnic on a nice summer day
This park is so gorgeous ! I cant believe I have lived in Tulsa since 2004 and just discovered this beautiful green park. The landscaping and plants are so lush, beautiful, and well taken care of. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to visit.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.I do wish we would have looked at some kind of map of the park itself, because we missed a lot of pretty stuff that you couldnt see was over the hill from the big lawn area (which was scattered with enormous trees & was in&of itself breathtaking). All of the beautiful flowers we got to see (pics posted) were part of the Linneaus Teaching Gardens (attached to/inside of? the Woodward Park) so check it out too! Lots of volunteers working like crazy & every one of them were super friendly, invited us to upcoming events & helped us ID some plants.
This is a beautiful place to go for much needed time with nature. It doesnt matter what season there is always beauty to observe and peace to be had.
We love Woodward. Great place for pictures!
Beautiful and great place for family and pictures.
This is such a beautiful park!
This is one of my favorite places in Tulsa, its beautiful and so peaceful. Great place for weddings or picnics or just a family outing for those confined and cant do crowds due to COVID, place has plently of space for all!.!.
Beautiful park, we took engagement pictures here and I can’t wait to get them back. It’s perfect for pictures and just hanging out with friends or a cute picnic.
Wonderful landscaping! Great place to hang out and have a picnic, throw a Frisbee, or take pictures!
Very well maintained park. Beautiful flowers blooming and the various paths to walk were great. Good amount of parking and I found it good to come in the morning before it gets too busy or hot. Definitely glad I made the stop.
Beautiful park and its never too crowded! I recommend checking it out in late spring/early summer when all the flowers are in bloom, its just magical that time of year. Great for picnics or just a nice relaxing walk with good scenery.
In my opinion, it’s the best park in Tulsa. I haven’t seen such a good organization somewhere else. Clean, organized, and whoever is taking care of this park is doing a good job.
Love this place because its always quiet and not alot of people
Lovely park with lots of benches to enjoy and gardens to walk through.
Sunday morning picnic complete with wedding in the Rose Garden. Wonderful weather with storn-scrubbed air, temperature in mid 70s, in the shade on a giant oak. Unusually great weather for mid-July.
Awesome park with tons of space, some demonstration gardens, and water features. Only knock would be that it only has four swings, no other play equipment. There are a few trails too. Dont miss the Linneaus Teaching Garden just next door too.
My favorite haunt as a kid. When I was a teenager we referred to it as Weedward Park, for obvious reasons. Some good magnolias are still there for climbing fun. Rose Garden is on fleek. And if you walk down the hill there are amazing paths across ponds; tons of fireflies congregate there in the evenings, making the walk all the more fun.
Not a ton of flowers in the rose garden at the moment, which I assume is due to everything going on this year. The park is still a great place to wander around and picnic in though.
One the best maintained parks I have ever seen!!! Just beautiful!!!
Beautiful park that is well maintained. Many picturesque scenes.
Nicely laid out with varieties of colorful flowers fountains and bushes. Many pix spots
Beautiful, peaceful inner city retreat.
The botanical array and tender care taken here is awesome for pictures.
Lovely place to walk around and enjoy the scenery. Nice to spend time with friends or go on a date. Not a very good place for people with kids, because there are no playgrounds. So kids get tired of walking around
Like this place. Good for picnic, photosession, a lot of joy!
Play with the kids on the playground or tour the lovely Linnaeus teaching gardens. The whole family will find activities and classes that are entertaining and educational offered several times a month. Visit the beautiful greenhouse after a quick walk around the arboretum. Tulsa historical society available for weddings or formal events.
This place is so beautiful during the spring
One of Tulsas premier Parks. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet in the middle of an urban setting.
Ive been going there since I was a little girl and have always loved it wish they were still roses at least more than what they are now they used to be Todds up them but thanks to the tobacco people cutting the roses with the scissors that were covered with tobacco and everyone that part of the part but thats okay its still an amazing Park and I hope to see the Roses come back one day
It looks amazing right now!!
I spent a whole day with my daughter and we just moved to Tulsa recently. The parts here have all been five star to me. These are all so beautiful and well kept.
Love this place! So chill and beautiful
This is a great place to feed nuts to the squirrels. Perfect outing for kids.
Beautiful gardens, great events. A good place to be outside while social distancing.
Stuck for about an hour due to bad local bus service. Beautiful park though.
Beautiful, well-maintained park with lots of benches in the shade (great for today’s 100 degree temps). Enjoyed watching the weekly medieval gaming event.
Beautiful park for a great exercise trip, or just to wind down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. March visit, so nothing big in bloom yet. Try another month or 2 for some awesome blooms!
Great place to take the family
Ive always enjoyed this park. It is clean and nice. The rose garden is really great. This trip we took family photos during the fall. All the leaves on the ground made for a great backdrop. The park was filled with others taking pictures and some feeding the squirrels. If your looking for scenery this is the park for you.
I love this place. Its so beautiful!
Wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to have a small wedding!
Beautiful during the fall on the playground side.
Scenic and a great place to walk dogs.
Great place to walk around and get back to nature or enjoy time with your loved ones.
I like it here for open Restrooms, wide open places, local sites within walking distances.I need picnic tables and.possibly BBQ pits.
The most flowers you will find in Tulsa.
Located in the center of the city, Woodward park in midtown Tulsa is a very beautiful park to walk around. It is so peaceful seeing different flowers of various colors and interesting thing is they have a very amazing collection of plants and tress.
Very beautiful, we took a nice walk to see the gardens as well
Great park with with gorgeous trees and landscaping. Makes it a perfect place for pictures whether you are engaged or graduating. It is a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding with the natural background and all the trees provide shade. There are trails along the water scapes and the kids always enjoy trying to find tadpoles in the pools. It is not only a historic park in Tulsa but it is simply relaxing.
The flowers were beautiful the temperature was amazing the upkeep on all of the property was phenomenal.
A wonderful place for the family. The rock structures and bridges are amazing, an absolutely beautiful park.
What a nice surprise! We had never been here before and we spent a great afternoon here exploring the more natural areas.
Its so pretty! I love going here, its also Very big which I didnt expect. I could stay here for hours.
Very beautiful area. Lots of good places for photography opportunities!
Stunning, wonderful place to go and do absolutely nothing or wonder through the beautiful gardens.
Rose garden a little disappointing. There was some sort of disease a while back so not many roses. Park nice though. No swings yet. Saw one portapotty, so limited bathroom facilities.
Great place to walk the dogs.
This place is always beautiful and has plenty of room for social distancing.
Great place to walk alone or with friends and family. Take a blanket and a book is peaceful and beautiful.
Beautiful and serene. Love the fountains.
So peaceful, love to go just sit and enjoy nature!
Im not sure if it was the summer heat, but alot of the plants were dead. You can tell its a beautiful spot, maybe for spring though
Oh W O W. Very beautiful today. The azaleas are in high bloom. The dodtwoods are about done.
Very spacious and plenty of park benches, flowers, scenery and a lovely rock garden. Also, a duck/ swan pond and stream. Really dog friendly. So much room for them to run.
The low key asthetic makes this place great for pinics and reading under the numerous shade trees! One of my favorite parks now!
Nice park within Tulsa Garden Center and adjacent to the beautiful Linnaeus Gardens!
Beautiful Park. I cannot say enough about the beauty of the surroundings. There are trails. There are a lot of photo opportunities. Nice and quiet.
Beautiful park, tons of Poke stops... If youre into that sort of thing.
My absolute favorite park to go to. I love going there to feed the squirrels.
Wonderful azaleas bloom here in early April. The park has playground equipment and excellent settings for engagement and graduation photos.
Its shady its grassy and its not overcrowded.
Beautiful park. Come see it before its over run with Tulsas usual assortment of homeless, drunks and drug addicts.
Beautiful place to take pictures
Wonderful little park in the heart of the city. Plenty of open grounds for that leisurely stroll.
