I have had a decent time staying her for the past couple years besides the lot rent annual price hikes. 3 years ago our lot rent was $230, now it is $411. At this rate, living here can’t possibly be a long-term solution.A little over two months ago, all the tenants were forced to decide to pick Dish as their internet provider. It’s about an additional $60 or so per month which isn’t bad at all if the service actually works. It would’ve been nice to actually chose the service but it was forced on us unfortunately.In the past month we’ve had about 4 or 5 outages lasting over 24 hours. I work from home so I need reliable internet but Dish is not only unreliable but slow to fix the outages. I live in an area that has almost no inclement weather so there really is no excuse for it. I know I’m not going to get any special deals or discounts off my lot rent for the internet not working as I’m constantly ignored or disregarded.Every hour that their internet is down hurts my at home business but unfortunately nobody cares but me.As of right now, Dish is setting up service for a new renter while disregarding the problem of the internet not even working. Dish knows they are in a long term contract with rolling hills so the service can be as low quality as possible.Living here has a certain level of claustrophobia and I’m looking forward to move on when I can.

Very clean, well kept mobile home community. I lived there for a year, and I never had any problems with getting any work done, i.e. my A/C went out in the middle of summer, and there were 2 maintenance men there until almost 8pm just to make sure I had A/C overnight. The community manager Amy is an amazing community manager and is always on top of any issues that may arise. I never had one single issue with my neighbors, anyone in the community, or anyone outside of the community. Very clean, affordable, and safe to live in. 5 stars for sure, 10 stars if I could give them!

They raise the lot rent every year and all parking lot still look at the same no playground for kids no pool other parks they have all that and they have one trlr that a homeless guy lives in and one teenager that walks around stealing anything he can from all trlrs the manager knows about it and does nothing about it

I have visited Rolling Hills Mobile Home Park a few times. It is a very quiet living area even with a highway a couple blocks over. The park is always kept clean. The staff there are very nice and friendly.

Friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable about the area, and work hard to keep a sense of community among the tenants. Maintenance staff good at keeping the park looking spruce.

I am a Contractor who does work for Rolling Hills on a continuing basis. This Community is always clean and Amy, the manager, always has things ready when we arrive. Tough to find a nicer a Park than this one!

My aunt lived at this trailer park. Its a nice place. Quiet and safe.

Ive visited here on many occasions and have always enjoyed the surroundings. The people are a pleasure to work with as well.

The company who owns the park have raised the rent every year by $25 - $50. The park is nice but not worth $411 a month, considering Its on the outskirts of town. The price hikes are to high, even for Tulsa.

The problem with mobile home parks is they have crooked managers and crooked maintenance that work together they usually like to wait just before you pay your trailer off and your cost-of-living drops then they write you up three times throw you out of your trailer or heres a good one the way they write you up is the maintenance man sneaks around pull your skirting off then give you a write up for missing skirting which Ive actually seen happened to somebody or write you up cuz you didnt weed whack your grass I saw a elderly man kicked out of his home for that having a very small amount of weeds around the bottom of his trailer he didnt even hardly have grass they write you up for things and then ask you to leave the home when all youve got is 4 months left to pay off your house maybe a month its a big scam this time was different for me I moved in a mobile home park waited a month for them to complete cleaning it up and fixing it they made sure the door wouldnt lock there was no water no way to hook up a stove the hot water heater didnt work it was sitting on two by fours it was a mess but I was stuck into the contract lease so they were hoping I would pack up and walk away and give my $3,500 to them theyre Crooks something needs to be done about it nobodys listening Ive had this in court for 5 months escrow the court gave all my escrow money back to the mobile home park and did nothing for me so I went back and file for escrow again nobodys listening

Its ok, extremely hard to get ahold of office personnel and very uninformed. Personally not impressed nor would I recommend. inquired on 3 different time periods. Very unsatisfied. In dire of New Mgmt. Is my recommendation.
