This place is great! Lots of shade trees and there is a dig walk and bicycle trail that will lead up or down the river. The staff here is very knowledgeable of the area and helpful. There are some full time residents. This place is quiet, and peaceful. The pool area and facilities are cleaned twice a day. Ive been here 4mo and i love it here.
What a nice place, Id recommend Cherry Hill Mobile Home & RV to anyone. We are working in the area so we have our RV. This has a nice homie feel to it. Quit, safe place to be with your family. There is a train that goes throw the park. Ive never heard it at night. Great place!
Great close in location to the city. Very quiet park. Mostly permanent residents but that makes for a quieter park. Very clean pool, and large. Shaded spaces for the most part and larger than usual space between sites. Fairly easy on / off the interstate. Very nice city bike / jogging trail across the street, goes on for miles, wooded south on the trail. Highly recommend. Pull thru #401 is best!
Im just a delivery driver and I love the map of where every lot is on the outside of the park.
If you are looking for a traditional RV Park skip this location. It is a nice mobile home community but lacks traditional RV park amenities. Very poor WiFi.
I enjoyed visiting there at Cherry Hill. I have some friends that live there and it is one of the best mobile home communities that Ive seen. Its definitely a hidden gem in Tulsa.
Good been living hear for a few years
Ive been staying here 2 to 3 months a year for 6 years and love it, will always stay when they have spots available and the always have so far
Great community with nice folks all around. Reasonably priced. Very clean bathrooms.
Great park. I stay there every year for work. Has everything you need and is close to everything else.
Wonderful community. i love all the residents and the office personal. anyone that stays their, is blessed,
Lived here for around 4 years so far, they like to make up rules that conflict with state laws, the maintenance man is beyond rude to everyone including children, the assistant manager is also very rude, and they constantly raise the rent despite never making changes to known problems. Good for short stops, not good to live there for any measurable amount of time though. Its also right by refineries and you can smell the waste treatment plant atleast once a day and its horrid.
We stayed here mid July 2019 in a 38 toyhauler. The park is well maintained and the full time residents are polite. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool was clean a nice size. The laundry facilities were clean with a reasonable price. This is a family friendly park. We would recommend this park if you are stopping by Tulsa.
Nice and quiet. Pool and facilities very clean. A lot of manufactured homes with permanent residents but didn’t seem to matter to anyone we were just passing through. Nice staff. Nice to have a bit of grass and two actual parking spaces.
Been coming to this rv park 2-3 times a year since 2016. Very spacious spots, quiet permanent neighbors, ladies in front are very friendly. Definitely recommend
Good stop over. Decent park mostly fulltimers. My site hadnt been mowed or maintained when arriving and the utilities were very far back from the curb. But reasonable cost and right off the interstate. Had minimul interaction with staff but they seemed reasonable.
My welding truck was stolen. Also my mail was stolen. Very dishonest people. Unprofessional and rude people my wife and I met at cherry hill rv park. Please tell your friends and family about this place to let them know to never stay here.
Quiet place. Nice pool. But right at this moment we winding if its going to be underwater. By June 1 we should know if it is still dry.
Nice place, friendly people. I would recommend. We used the pool and laundry and both were very nice and clean.
Stayed here for two months back in 2016 and it was. Awesome, neighbors were friendly staff was great. They have a park and a pool.
Nice place for a stop over or to spend some time. Its clean, quiet, with easy hwy access. They maintain it pretty good.
Nice place
Clean. Quiet. Nice staff. Relatively inexpensive $35/night. Shady. Nice pool. Laundry. Only 2 public bathroom/showers, but we never had to wait. We had a nice stay for a week in July.
Staying here about 3 weeks now and the man that works here on the riding lawnmower keeps telling at me every time I drive threw the park to slow down. The speed limit is 10 mph and Im usually doing 11 mph maybe 12. Its very hard to go 10 especially when everyone I see is flying threw here and I have NEVER seen 1 person make a complete stop at the stop signs. So I decided to give my wife a ride to the store on my bike. As we come to the stop sign I didnt make a complete stop at the stop sign and he waves me to stop so I did. Mind u I looked both ways and didnt put my foot down to stop but I did stop just not all the way. He continues to tell me u need to stop at a stop sign because in MY COUNTRY we stop.he is so VERY RACIST!! I have a gotee and am half Mexican but that was a very racist remark like Im suppose to show him my green card. VERY DISPLEASED ON HOW IM PICKED OUT IN HERE!!UPDATE... SINCE POSTING THIS REVIEW I TALKED WITH MANAGEMENT SHE WAS VERY DISPLEASED ON HOW HER EMPLOYEE HANDLED THE SITUATION HE HAS BEEN REPRIMANDED. I am please to report she was very unhappy with what happened and stated no resident should have to go through that. Management seems to be up on things she seems to be very professional about her job. I am satisfied with the outcome and look forward to staying here longer.
Property is unkept, managers are rude, office hours are short. To top it all off there was a murder in the park on March 23, 2019. Very scary!! Didnt feel safe. Do NOT stay here.
Nice, clean and quiet
This is a great place to stay. It is very quiet and clean. It has a lot of different facilities to use. Great for Adults and kids. And the price is right.
The pool just opened yesterday, 7/4 because they were waiting for approval from the home office to make repairs. Half the summer is over. Youd think they would have started this process sooner if they knew repairs were needed.
Have a Sister-in-law and a Brother that lives in Cherry Hills apartment houses its cozy and warm place to stay and to live in almost like a second home. Thank you for my corpartion and asking me a good question glad to answer your question about Cherry Hills apartments. again Thank you people. Dewana Kemp,
Its a fair place to stay but really needs lots of cleaning up on the grounds it could be a beautiful park.
We stayed here while working in Tulsa. Its a nice, quiet park with both permanent and temporary residents. The spaces are plenty big enough, with a patio and parking space for your vehicle. We really enjoyed our stay here! Dora is amazing and if youre having difficulties getting there due to weather or anything, all you have to do is keep in contact with them to keep your space. Guaranteed we will stay here again the next time were in town!!
I absolutely love Cherry Hill Mobile Park....the aura and atmosphere of the area is very positive and great people within the park which makes a safe and secure feeling for you and your Family. Positive people are your surroundings. Blessings and Namaste. Sincerely Jonesy.
I believe Cherry Hill mobile home park is one of the cleanest mobile home parks I have ever seen. The pool is nice in the pool house that you can rent for activities. The staff is very friendly..
I am reviewing this as a campground. We stayed in a travel trailer.Well-kept, not cramped, large sites with trees and shade. It’s a mobile home community with paved streets, so don’t expect it to be an actual camping experience – but is a pleasant place to base from and come back and relax in the evenings. Two drawbacks – First, their internet provider gave the absolute worst service I have had in a campground, period. Most times I had to call tech support to get logged on; the rest of the time had to generally reboot, and when I got on it was slow. Also, they have a no refund policy. If we wanted rigid and inflexible schedules we’d be working, not camping. Campers want freedom to come, go, or stay.Still, we had a bit out-of-the-ordinary needs, and Dora in the office was friendly and helpful in working things out. Neighbors on both sides were full-timers and very friendly. Yes, a kid came by once raising money for a school. No harm in that. This is their neighborhood also. Enjoy the atmosphere and be friendly! It reminds me of a campground we used in Florida, and the mixture of full-timers and more transient campers works together just fine, enjoyably in fact. The park is located very conveniently for Tulsa attractions, being close to downtown, close to an RV dealer if you need supplies, has some eating places nearby, is not far from a huge shopping/restaurant complex, and has easy access to area interstates. We had to stay for a month helping family in the area and it turned out well.
This is a basic Mobile home park with some RV spaces. However the multi use trail right across the street makes this a fantastic place to visit. Downtown Tulsa is really changing and a fantastic place to visit
Checked out this facility looking for a permanent place to park my travel trailer for my daughter to stay in when she came here. She did not want to live in an apartment or to live with us. She wanted her own place to stay. I had my 36 foot sleeps 10 travel trailer for her to use IF we could locate a safe place for ger to live central to her doctors here in our city. This place was sort of abrupt when I called, very harried, seemed like I was encroaching on her time, and unaccommodating. Brusque to just short of rude. The place when we drove by was a little unkempt. That was due to the tenants as opposed to the management. One person had what looked like a pallet with items piled on it covered with a blue tarp, tied with ropes and bungee cords. I will not live in a place that looks like a ghetto waiting to happen. There were other parking slips that were just as unkempt.
This is the most disgusting rv park we’ve ever stayed in... lots of full time trailers .. murder occurred here also
Poorly maintained property. They don’t mow. Do not enforce rules for permanent residents.
Really nice park with good amenities. Theyre WiFi is too slow to do anything with but the pool is nice, so is the room in the clubhouse. Wish they had longer office hours though.
I had no issues while staying there. Its not as sketchy as it looks.
Attended a get together using the community center. Facilities were sufficient and clean, but would prefer to see all seasonal decorations cleared away in order to not offend some that were attending. Generally the staff here are very accommodating, and this would be a nice extra step. Facility has a full kitchen, serving area, wifi, and bathrooms and can easily accommodate 30-50 people.
Clean, well maintained, responsive and helpful staff. Stayed 1 night.
Always clean. Very quiet and well maintained.
The park itself is really nice and well maintained. Most of the staff is very polite and helpful, however the park manager Dora is very rude and has no communication skills whatsoever. I would stay here again but centaintly not because of Dora and her nonexistent friendliness.
Someone referred my husband and I to stay here. First, our mail was stolen. Second, our welding truck with all of our tools and welding machine was stolen. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying here. The people that live here permanently are horrible. Drug addicts and thieves.
Nice place to stay. Big lots and lots of space between them. Rent is affordable and not outrageous.
They almost never mow grass and the place is pretty disgusting. Probably the worst place Ive stayed in my 5 years of trailer traveling
Its a no frills trailer park. Clean not trashy. Helpful neighbors.
I thought it nice
Nice place. Brother visiting.
After the police and media coverage of the man that was murdered on location we moved to a different park a couple of miles away. Property that isnt kept up will draw these types of customers.
Nice park and they have a merry go round:)
Seems like a quiet little trailer park. Clean and no run down trailers
Poorly kept Campground. They parked us under a massive tree that had a history of large falling branches. It was trimmed two months ago because of falling branches. Despite the fact that another quite large branch had fallen from the tree (5 diameter, 12 long) within the last few days, they put us in the space. The most recent branch fall was still laying in the space next to the tree. That afternoon another large branch fell and damaged our slide cover. When I notified the office, staff pointed to a statement on the admitting form that said they werent responsible for accidents. This wasnt an accident. It was RV park negligence in parking us under a well recognized structurally unsound tree. It is an irresposigble campground--beware.
I havent been here or stayed here but when the wind blows from the south the smell from the sewage treatment plant across I44 from there is quite strong. Bad planning for Tulsa
It is actually a pleasant surprise. We stay here, in our Motorhome, long term and it is a great place, the managers try their best to enforce all park rules. We have met many nice people in the park.
This is ab amazing place to live
I made a reservation for a month. They then put me in a place where I couldnt hook up my electricity and sewer. Then I asked if they could put me in one of two open spots, and the manager said she couldnt because corporate (really?) wouldnt let her because you can only rent those good spots for a couple nights, and I dont want to send someone to another place (then I told her that she was about to send a month rental to another place and she stared me down). I asked for the corporate number and she wouldnt give it to me.Crap service, run down park, maintenance guys were rude, manager was useless, corporate was unattainable, and just a bad experience. Dont go here!
Over all, pretty good. Staff was nice, office was clean, laundry and pool looked decent even though we didnt use it. RV spaces were large and level, not crammed next to your neighbors. Grass needs mowing but it was spring so maybe they hadnt started yet. A little hard to get to but just trust your GPS. A mix of part time big rigs and trailers, some perm 5th wheels, and some old school mobile homes. Some nice, some not so nice but thats every park these days. A little hwy noise but hey, you are in the city. Good Tengo Wifi. River and walking path across the street. Would stay again.
They were clean and nice
I regularly visit friends who stay here. It seems like a quiet, family community fairly close to the city.
We have had a great experience with staff and we like it here very much, we would recommend this park. It is nice and is close to restaurants and shopping too.
Staying in our rv here. Pretty decent place.. Only thing I was disappointed on is the super old playground equipment. Probably why they have a sign saying not responsible for insuries. We have a really big spot next to the fenced in yard space for dogs to play. very nice.
Hi this is faith and its fun their every time when I go to the bus stop its quite and Mrs.Dora is nice to .
5 star experience. We stayed here in a 45 motorcoach with a towed and had no problems at all. The office staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, our site was long and wide, good electric voltage, city water/sewer hookups all good. The park was clean and well-kept. A helpful suggestion would be: when you first drive into the park, at the main entrance stop (park) your RV before making any turns. There is PLENTY of room for vehicles to go around your RV. Most of the short-term sites would be making a right hand turn. The office is just a short walk to the left. When traveling thru Tulsa again, we would definitely stay at Cherry Hill RV & MH Park again!
Clean, family friendly, lots of trees, walking trail, beautiful pool, nice pool house, nice laundromat.
Seemed like a lively and friendly little place
Terrible hours for travelers. Shouldnt come up when searching for campground
Very great community god bless america #maga #dip #Copenhagen
Nice place with large sites and shade trees.
They dont respond to well two things you want them to do
Beautiful community, but my experience with management wasnt friendly.
Best mobile homes
Great community to in which to live.
Great place, quiet, easy access to freeway
Where the dope at
OKAY!
Ok service
Great place
Nice PLACE
Quiet community
Nope.
The manager is very rude she plays Favorites between tenants
Nice rv park
Nice quiet place
Druggy nest and the slums
The smells around the place is nasty
Small and good people
Place charges for every little thing and has a racket going with a plumber, HVAC guy and an electrician they require you to use for hook-up/disconnects.
Nice place
Very quite great place
Great family living and retirement living.
All bills paid for rv rental lot.
Very safe place away from home
Nicely kept park . Ridiculous Rules such as if you have a washer and dryer in your RV you arent allowed to use them, you must use their pay machines !
Enjoyed our stay.
