Seemed nice, friendly and cleaner then most . Didn’t experience anything bad on my visit but I can’t say much as I don’t live there and I didn’t spend much time in the community . Office staff was pleasant and chatty . The tenants were social and polite .

I lived here a few years ago. After 2 months, I was unable to use both of the bathrooms due to flooding. When they came to fix it, they took the toilet out of the master bath and put it in the tub. Where it sat for 2 weeks. I opted to not pay my rent until they actually fixed it, which they didnt and they evicted me. I went to court, showed the judge the pictures I had taken, and the judge granted me 3 weeks to move, and I didnt have to pay anything. I dont know if the management has changed since then, but if its the same people, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The community itself was not too bad, location is ok, and there is a library and community center within walking distance. Also, management that maintains this sight should use photos of the trailer park, not just the office and random trees. Seems like they are hiding things...

Been living here for 12 years. Nice community. Ready for it to be a locked community. Keep the thieves out. Tired of having bikes stolen by kids on the other side of the tracks. Finally have management that actually cares... 2018

This place is ran by people who have no compassion for families of any kind. Im a single mother of three and was injured at work last July then let go upon returning to work. Ive tried to stay current with my mortgage and lot rent with a payoff on my trailer of a little over $3600. Ive tried to negotiate, borrow and flat out beg for this company to work with me as I can PAY IT OFF in about three weeks with my settlement, that Ive showed them proof of. The district manager flat out refused to work with me and took me to court and had me evicted earlier this week. The only reason I can come to is they want to do a few repairs and flip it for another twenty grand. My advice take your family and run to a different mobile home community.
