Well I went there on a in-state staycation and at first I was very pleased with how modern the facilities were and the hotel.The gaming is expensive and the service I found was spotty at best. Cocktail waitresses were not attentive to the needs of the customers and it was hard to get a drink. The restaurants were very formulaic and lacked creativity and there were not fresh ingredients. I would have to say the food seemed to be curated from the frozen food aisle. Margaritaville the bar and restaurant I found was the same. I had the tequila lime shrimp skillet with peppers onions bread and a buttery sauce. The bread seemed stale the temperature was not correct for a cast iron skillet and the frozen vegetables were not completely thawed and were tough. *Update Fireside Grill provides excellent Room Service...try the queso! Yum...I did achieve the next level of players club which is sapphire because I spent so much I couldnt get anything rolling. They did come me a room for a night and the hotel staff was very friendly.This is an expensive destination for gaming with a lot of games that are throwaways. It just goes to show that it costs a couple dozen million pretty pennies to build that place and so they must be make their credit payments even during the Covid season. * Update I did return for some more nights and Im now another level higher which means I did spend more money. I do enjoy getting exclusive invites and special deals.Speaking of Covid ...this maybe a bit relaxed for most people but I do enjoy they are open 24-7.Ps. Didnt get a chance to check out the pool. I think that the river, pool area, architectural design and layout are superb except the self parking. I would use valet if it was in service...valet not in service due to Covid.First visit was in September and the *Update is in November

Great times during covid. While others (HR) are being GREEDY. RS is definitely paying out. This is a review over several weeks of playing. RS still have the better chances with their slots. Tables are as fun too.

Its a well-kept casino resort. It seems like the employees enjoy working there and they exceed expectations in customer service. They also have an awesome pool bar! Some of the clientele, however, tries panhandling from me... But thats not the fault of River Spirit

Always great, but theres lots of smoking. There should be designed areas. And I see people without masks where it is required. However, still love going and its an awesome place.

It started off rather bad if Im honest. Couple hundred in the slots gone quick. The tables only had 1 or no players with 3 max. I was on my way out and I saw the crapps table. I had never played before. The staff was GREAT!!! They had no problem teaching me the rules and helping me out. If it wasnt for this crew I would have left and been done with this place. Instead I stayed and played until they shut down the table for the night. I then booked another night as well because of all the fun I had. GREAT people! It was a blast!

Beautiful facility and also hotel. Remodeled and built on to also. Players kinda sucks but whatever. Itos really neat inside with lots of cool vibes. The hotel is amazing the rooms are expensive but super nice. Nicer than hard rock and have a great fire from high up.Great huge selection of games on a giant game floor!Some.if the staff seemed irritated and kind of rude. Every time I asked for a bottle.of water no body came.back.The food options are stellar and very good. The steak restaurant is great.Hard rock and river spirit are close as far as fun.

My first time in here, I only give it four stars because i haven’t got to experience it all yet but from what I have experienced I really enjoyed. It was great evening date for me and the wife and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly if your looking for a new place to try I recommend. Will update again once I experience the rest and see what it has to offer.

Good sized and has tons of games. Friendly staff, sorta posh and extremely clean!However, Im from out of town and was down to my last cents and had just bonused. If I focus and stop the reels at just the right time I can almost always work back up and keep my night going. I feel it was obvious that I was concentrating on the game and a server threw me off by popping up & loudly offering me a water, thereby killing any chance I had to recover. Seeing that I lived a couple hours away, I recounted to the manager what had just transpired, but she could not care less. No empathy whatsoever. I consider it a common courtesy and respectful to not be a distraction to someone who is obviously engaged in a game where money is at stake. A simple apology would have gone a long way and fostered some good will... but now I have no intentions of ever returning.

Great place to stay in Tulsa.Nice updated clean rooms. I liked the color scheme or Aqua and Orange. Walk in shower in bathroom was relaxing. The staff is friendly. The spa area ia really nice with heated swimming pool.The Margaritaville casino isnt too bad but i didnt have a good luck winning anything.

Although I live near, like around the corner and down the street, this was the designated spot for my 51st birthday celebration. Lovely staff and accommodation created an awesome atmosphere for the lady to bring in a new year of life. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience your hotel and all its amenities. Thank you

First time visiting this casino. Very clean and lots of people wiping down machines and cleaning. Most people wearing mask but all machines are turned on and you dont have to wear a mask at the machines. So someone could move a chair right next to you and take their mask off. My 3 star reason is the machines are so tight we didnt win anything much, just a few dollars here and there. We wont return for that reason.

Highlight to your west just beyond the River at dark 30 brace yourself for the most delightful sunset ever to kiss your eyes, giving you all the encouragement you will ever need to sink into your full phase of relaxation and fun. I just know you will enjoy this micro Vegas, it is my kinda place for a staycation, & Im not the gambling kind.

Tons of games to choose from! Tables were full of energy and the slots were paying out as well! They do serve alcohol which is a plus! They also had a live band and great food selection!

We went for a getaway to enjoy the amazing pool area. And although our room was clean, and everything was well sanitized, food was good and masks provided - we were never told or warned when booking, when checking in, even when we inquired about the pool - that they have to limit the number of people, and that they often hit occupancy and wont let paying guests into the pool area at all. We got on the waiting list 30 minutes after the pool opened, and were never called, so did not get to go at all. Very disappointing. On the second and last day of our stay, we got down there 30 minutes BEFORE they opened and luckily got in.

Stay was wonderful, room was clean and beautiful. I will definitely be staying again. Signs should be more visible as a first timer I got lost trying to find my room. Lol, overall it was a great stay.

This place is the last place in Oklahoma to play slots. Games don’t work properly. When machines get stuck it takes 15 minutes for someone to help you. After doing research this casino is unregulated which means they can change the payout as slot wheels are spinning. That is how come you see the same people winning consistently. Since the flood and COVID this place has gotten so tight on their machines that if they were regulated they would be fined millions of dollars. I definitely enjoyed the environment here not to mention how clean everything was, they would have people cleaning machines soon after someone left.Also mask are required inside but when youre on your machine you can take it off. They have wait staff which I didnt expect and as expected they were pretty nice and friendly.The drinks were great and the machines were hitting. Another thing I loved is they have screens everywhere I was able to watch the NBA playoffs no matter what machine I went to.Overall it was a very good visit and somewhere I would go back to.

The staff was constantly cleaning and sanitizing. Even though I had my mask on I felt very comfortable due to this and getting temperature check before even getting access to the casino. Top notch location and above and beyond service!

I would like to say be careful the machines have been having more software problems then normally. Grab a friend and go relax and listen to the band in the bar. Its really a great place and some very lovely staff members.

Left with more money than we went in with. Thursday night seafood buffet. They stopped serving crab legs a long time back, but are now happy to sell them to you for about $13/pound as an additional item. Told everyone they had problems with a supplier. There were people that abused your generosity (and I use that term loosely) but there are a multitude of ways to deal with those people. Proof?Uh, damn near every Chinese place in town has them, and they dont charge $30 for a buffet, nor do they have one-armed bandits to suck dry your wallet when you head for the door. In addition, if these restaurant owners also owned their own police force to toss the leg abusers, theyd REALLY be rich.Im not mad you took them off the menu. Hey, you own the joint. Just dont pee on my leg and tell me its raining.

Always have a good time here. With covid I am very pleased with all of the hand sanitizer and wipes that are available for use and turning off a few slot machines has helped. They do temperature checks at the front and offer free masks. I love that you dont have to wear a mask while at a slot machine because after so many hours it can be quite difficult especially when there is no one around you. All of the restaurants were open which I was very worried about staying 3 days here but it worked out great. As far as safety goes in a casino it is as good as it gets.

One of my favorite casinos always winning there but they took away my money they dont give me any more free money there I dont know why I spend a whole bunch I just always forget to use my card most of the time so I guess thats why but I spend a bunch there

Celebrating my husbands birthday I booked a room at the riverspirit resort. When we get there and try to go to the pool area which is one of the only attractions they tell us we are on the third waiting list and they have not called people from the first list which has over 75 people on it. They said that people who rent cabanas are able to have 14 guests that aren’t staying at the resort. So us paying guest will not be able to swim. Guest in the pool area were all disappointed that they have been waiting since 9am and it was 4pm and they still weren’t called. Super disappointed and this will be last time I spend my money at this location!

Most beautiful place Ive seen yet! The room was come after only one night of being there before. When we asked about upgrading to this sweet it only cost us $50 and it was the most gorgeous room Ive ever seen. We got the 23rd floor very very end room so I looked over the river at Sunset and the room was a beautiful aqua color, bigger than my apartment. Definitely recommend this hotel its very clean very gorgeous and the staff is great

Wendy the alleged food and beverage manager was atrocious! A person that worked for her had been harassing my bf & I for several weeks and we had on 4 separate occasions asked to ssf speak to his superior and of course no one was there or available etc....I nor my bf was ever rude, disrespectful, or aggressive in any way to this young man in the bev station but when security approached with the food and bev person they di DC not care what we had to say wendy insisted that she had recieved eff ved several reports that i was drunk (fyi I rarely drink and never get inebriated)I even pointed out who I assumed they were confusing me with!!! This youndafy couldnt stand on her own and looked 12. When security was called again for wendy wouldnt even look at us, let alone apologize we hgv ad security walk us out!! Disgusting show of professionalism

Almost every staff person went out of their way to give exceptional service.EXCEPT Neil at the swim up bar. Everyone was commenting on his lack of good customer service and attitude.We had Gabby as a server for breakfast and Mikala at the swim-up bar and they both were stellar.The rooms are fabulous. And when I called for more coffee pods, they were at our room in less than 5 minutes- on the 24th floor!! Great weekend getaway and we will be back.

Went for a 4 day work Summit. Talk about a total package! Great casino, the restaurants (especially the buffet) were delicious every meal! The bed was super comfortable with different pillows to choose from. Gorgeous view of the river! My only complaint was the weight on the shower handle was so heavy that it would move on its own every 30 seconds and get too hot! Room 1024...

Creek Nation is doing it right and only Creek Nation. They arent big brothering you or think theyre your daddy. Adults can be adults and smoke if they smoke, none of their machines are shut down at all, and though masks are required ro enter and while youre cruising through the casino, once seated you may remove them. Its pretty fair to midland in payouts and definitely gives you the play to stay at the very least. They havent been handing me out the payouts I use to get there but they havent been taking in the amounts like then either. Its an algorithm ya know, so you have to remember that its just a cycle based on coin in and coin out fixed variables. That is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise I would give them 5. Maybe I should just for trusting me to know how to be an adult. Screw it, yeah, 5 STARS IT IS. Thanks for not spoiling a good time Creek Nation!

River Spirit Casino is nice but as far as the slots, no bells going off means no money is being won. Loosen up Coronavirus isnt our fault.

If you visit Tulsa, OK a must go to for entertainment. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The Buffet is a must.

This was a very nice surprise. Very beautiful and clean. There are to separate parts to the casino, smoking and non smoking areas.
