I booked Casino Nights of Tulsa for an event in November 2017. I had originally planned to book a Thursday evening, but because of other events on campus, changed it to Tuesday. They called me the day before (Monday) following up on a request to change the date. I had made the request months in advance.They also were not set up completely when the event began. And made no effort to apologize or anything until after I complained to Jack about halfway through the party (when he was asking for his check). He said he was disappointed by that too. I dont understand why, if he was disappointed, he wouldnt try to apologize right away. Had I not said anything, he would have left and I would not have gotten an apology.They were nice throughout the party, and after I complained made a lot of effort to stay later at the party.

I really enjoyed working with Jack and his employees. Very professoneal. Look forward to booking with them again next year and years to come.

We have used Jack with Casino Nights of Tulsa for many years for our annual company Christmas Parties. Last year, we dropped the ball and failed to book the night until it was too late (a great company like this needs to be booked in advance!). We went with another company and it just was not the same, AT ALL. That company (I will not name) was very rude and not accomodating like Casino Nights of Tulsa. Jack has always worked with us and provided the best service and worked around what we really needed for the party. The tables are great, staff is friendly, and in it for the fun! Needless to say, we booked our event in FEBRUARY (!!!!!) this year for our Christmas party in December. And we are ecstatic to have him back!! I would definitely recommend this company!
