Honest Review! This place is a joke! You can tell they don’t know how to run a casino! Everything is all over the place! Brand new hotel and obvious they don’t use dusters! This place is nasty seeing that it’s all new! Terrible terrible welcoming by anyone who works here! You feel like you’re not welcome! Pretty sad business example but to be expected! Indians think they can take over the world with Casinos with no idea for the long term! There day will come! Come see for yourself! Sitting in a room looking at the dust trail over the most used and obvious items that need to be cleaned! COVID 19 is secondary around here! Your life doesn’t matter here if the most basic items can’t be taken care of! Come see for yourself

Good casino. Staff was very nice. Just like any other casino, it is designed to take your money. But, we got lucky and hit a good one. Payout was quick and the staff were extremely courteous.

I like Osage the best because most of the staff know me. Its a little smaller then river spirit and hard rock. However i also do better at Osage. Some machines seem tighter? Its all in the luck of the pick.

Very clean hotel! The only reason that I didn’t give it five stars is because of the breakfast offered and fact that masks weren’t enforced.

I really liked the view from the room. But thats it. I was charged twice for my stay. Still havent resolved the issue. No room service. No robes in the suite. They said the breakfast was complimentary, but then told me I have a breakfast charge. Save ya money and go to River Spirit Casino Resort. MUCH NICER POOL. The rooms are much nicer than Osage. Osage has a towel rental for the pool. Rant over.

Love supreme pizza.Its crazy they wont let u bring ur own drinks in but u cant get a server really unless ur drinking alcoholic drinks. They offer hot water if u go find it,they did put in a soda machine u can purchase from all the way in far corner tho.

Much more like a real casino experience should be even in the covid era. Very clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is genuinely happy and much more exciting and lively unlike other casinos which are generally stoic and not much excitement. Until the other casinos fiqure out how to move past the priority and hyper focus/overdiligence and Covid obcession and return back to playing, food courts and entertainment for the fun and good times for people to enjoy youre losing. Osage has us covered and has safety always in mind but does it all without the floor looking like a biohazard area using a common sense, and practical approach to keep us safe and having fun too.Food and floor attendants are fantastic too!!Osage Casino is #1 Casino in my opinion.

I would have gave a lot more stars if it was not for the fact at my Players Club card heaven significant rankings who it will just say and then covid-19 and now I drove down there two different times Tuesday for my promotionals and dont even have free play much less than any stay according 2 General management marketing Osage released that they were not going to penalized players for the covid-19 and in fact that our Rewards aswar would stay intact not sure this is with everyone but my case is having plenty of free play on my card and were not talking just 5-10 $20 two nights to stay comped I play it oh most all Osage in the area from Tulsa clear up to Bartlesville, Skiatook, Ponca City, Pawhuska, and in fact do still have free play for Ponca City but everywhere else nope and weekend warrior as far as attendance has played out on my visiting of each location each single time I come into the area I hit all of them like because they do have at times good atmosphere some places good food Osage hold it down with security so I dont have to worry about my car is broken too or being hassled really from people of the rift

This place is kind of ghetto and filled with tweekers in the early morning hours. Youll likely be stalked and possibly robbed at gunpoint if you do manage to win anything. My suggestion is to stay until your broke and then youll be safer when leaving.

Overall the casino and pool are enjoyable. However, the hotel room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the toilet. The desk, phone and light fixtures had numerous amounts of dust which triggered my environmental allergies. I expected more from this property but no one seemed to care about the situation.

No drink offers except water... Hardly see or welcomed by staff. The vibes here are sorry and sad..

Sorry Im Kay Fritz who was at your casino this evening..a friend had a free room for the night so another friend and myself went to see how he was doing.. everyone was very helpful when we had questions and we were surprised how nice your casino is on the inside.. brighter than most of the casinos.we had a very fun night and did get to see the room our friend is in..very nice and the pool is beautiful..thats about it..

Stayed at the Osage Casino for a few days and also rented a cabana at the pool. It was a great time and the service was excellent. The beer selection from their own brewery was great too with awesome prices! Go check it out.

Its really big w lots of machines so theres a lot of different gaming. Games from penny machines to $25.00 per play., Also card table games. Clean place. Has hotel n outdoor pool. They even have an indoor bar n poolside bar.

The stay at the hotel was fine. The rooms are great, very nice and clean. It would be better if they would change the check in time to 11:00am since thats the check out time. That way you get a full 24 hours, and if they would start giving the breakfast again like it was at first

This place is really enjoyable. From a hospitality standpoint its a first rate place. The casino is pretty tight, which I expect from a tribal business to flourish. In comparison to other longer established tribal casinos in other states, i find payouts here are not good at all. I really like this casino and i hope in the near future they relax their machines and let gamblers get more back, it would make it a lot more fun and be better for the community. Gambling can be an addiction which casinos can prey on but they can also be great centers for entertainment and fun diversion. I love casinos and i hope that we see bigger payouts more entertainment and fun in the future from Osage.

We like the casino because its smaller and close to the house .need less people sitting around begging for money or rides but all in all its a nice casino .and the pool area is awesome.

I honestly expected a better experience there then I did. I honestly dont think I will come back with how rude the staff was when I enquired about a room. I didnt want to drive home so late so I figured I would get a room. This lady was so rude I just cant imagine being able to work in customer service like that. Maybe one day Ill actually someone nice and Ill finally get to stay there. But I doubt it.

This casino consistently tries to keep all customers happy. Good payouts good perks and good free play. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Great casino..They did not give me any birthday promotion because they said that I wasnt using their card enough in the last 6 months. We go every single week so I think thats enough and I feel BIRTHDAY promotions shouldnt have strings attached...We also had a horrible time trying to use our free night in their hotel and in the end never got to use it...But overall as a player I appreciate this casinos polices..

Machines were turned completely off! $200 and hit free spins only 2 times betting .90 and the 10 spins payed .30 cents and .60 cents. It is consistently the worst paying casino and the pizza use to be the best, but they changed it and now its horrible. STAY AWAY

Clean, everyone is maintaining social distancing and wearing masks. The pool and jacuzzi area is my favorite part. Its gorgeous. The rooms were so great with wonderful views. Looove the showers.

The employees were very friendly at every point of our stay and that stood out to us different than other places we have been. Bed was comfortable. Mixed drinks at the bar were great. Free breakfast with the room was yum. The pool area is amazing!! A lot of great slot machine choices to choose from. Thank you to security for helping us out to try and charge our car battery, not what you want to find the next morning Masks and gloves at customer serv desk if you need them. We live locally will be back, we had a lot of fun!!!!

Was my first time at a Casino. I went with my boyfriend and my sister in law. It was Fun my sister in law beat my boyfriend in a game and she won some money. Its really colorful and bright. Smells like ciggartes and weed. Other than that I still dont understand how to play. Like at all but my bf told me cool stories about this place soooo yeah

Tried this place out for my first time Sunday. Machines were not paying too good when they first opened up that morning. Lost a small fortune but finally broke about even before I left. Decided to try put the other smaller Osage casino at Sand Springs. I should have just thrown mine money out the window before I got there. Lost a bigger fortune there. Decided to go back to Tulsa Osage casino Memorial Day afternoon. The place was packed. Lost more money but finally hit a small jackpot. It took nearly an hour to get paid. They want you to sit and lose a lot more money before they pay you is prob why it took them so long. It worked because I lost a lot more. Thats my fault though for not stopping. I wouldnt say my experience was horrible and couldnt say it was great. Typical of any casino you win a little and lose a lot. They sure need to pay people faster when they finally do hit a jackpot.

Very nice luxury suite. Plenty of room, large bathroom, walk in glass shower, double sinks. The pool area will be great in the summertime. We enjoyed our stay. The slot machines never once gave me anything. If you want people to gamble, let them win every once in awhile. Throw a man a bone.

Went for the first time the other day. Good variety of different slots. First machine my wife sat down at, $1200! It did take an hour to get paid, but they were running back and forth paying other people out. So I’m sure they wasn’t in the back hanging out or anything. Lucky for us the pizza place was open. I’ve heard a lot about how good the pizza. So got some pizza and sat outside the balcony over looking the pool. The pizza was ok. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Stayed the night. The pool was nice. Kinda wished the pool bar stayed open later. Overall I think the food at all 3 restaurants could be a little better. It’s not as good as some of the other casinos in the Tulsa area. I’d rather go to River Spirit or up the turnpike to Downstream.

Great place to stay! Amazing rooms with updated technology. Netflix in your room! Casino is nice as well. Restaurant in the casino is excellent. If you come in the summer, bring your bathing suit too.

Wow! Where do I start? I’m Absolutely disgusted by how their is no reinforcement for social distancing.I’m in line at 4:06 and there is 26 people in line 15 of them have no mask. Waiting until 4:00 on the dot is absurd. Okay 3:30 or 3:50 but making people block the entrance and exit is for sure a safety hazard. Fits Marshall would have a field day. No bell carts available due to so many people checking in. No security around to let ppl know to practice social distancing while you can’t be 6 ft. Mrs. Barbra helped me over the phone with trying to reach the front desk but since they are swamped no answer. No security cane either. I was reassured on the phone while I checked in it wouldn’t be a hassle but unfortunately I’m in line thinking about if I’ll get Covid or not. Not a good way to start my trip. There is no valet or a bellman!

Very nice casino and hotel. Has a mix of older and newer slots, table games. The pool is nice, they also have a hot tub and fire pit. The poolside bar is nice. Prices are very reasonable. Margaritas for $6 are tasty! Wish the hotel had refrigerator and microwave, but otherwise a comfortable stay.

Truck driver accused of loitering, after playing in casino for hours I was told your not allowed to stay in semi to rest on property, also no pets are allowed on property. Will not come back. Policy is ment to harass customers.

The only problem we fine with Osage is no sodas no free sodas and after a certain time theres no sodas at all but they do offer bottled water no charge

We went and spent two nights a few wks ago. Hadnt been anywere except to get groceries. We wear masks. This place was so clean and people walking around All the time cleaning. We have went to other casinos i wont name and they were so dirty. And wont be going back to them.really felt safe and did win some to. Would give them hands up for sure. The only casino in our books to go to.

The casino itself is a decent size. Upon arriving I registered for a players card and instantly got $10 free credit. Once I put my card into the kiosk, and confirmed my email address, I was given another $10 free play. Awesome!!! I didn’t have luck but my friend won $1200, within minutes, on her first machine. She cashed out at the kiosk and didn’t have to wait for anyone. Now- My 3 star rating stems from sanitation. There are few sanitation spots found throughout the building. I didn’t like that. Also, the restrooms are small, they were almost all dirty, and the toilets didn’t flush well.**The issues I experienced are from a first time visit, but being that the casino was closed for some time due to Covid-19, I expected a cleaner establishment.

I would not recommend this hotel if you’re high risk or just don’t want to get Covid-19. I recently stayed here for 5 days during the pandemic. There’s no social distancing enforced in public areas, elevators, the casino, or the pool. There’s smoking allowed in the casino while there’s a respiratory virus going around, which defeats the purpose of turning off every other machine if I’m inhaling cigarette smoke through my mask and most people aren’t even wearing masks. You have to go through the casino to get to the free breakfast (or other food options), so you have no choice but to put yourself at risk if you want to eat. I subsequently found out they let the public buy passes to the pool, yet don’t enforce masks or social distancing, so it’s always packed with random kids who care nothing about your personal space. When we finally got to enjoy the hot tub (at 9am on our last day because there’s too many people down there daily/nightly to enjoy it safely) there were bugs, rocks, and other objects in the hot tub and pool. My sister stepped on a plastic cup from the pool bar and almost cut her foot while inside the pool. She also found a roach crawling on the wall in her hotel room. When I complained to the front desk about the hot tub/pool and they claimed to have sent maintenance out to clean, but when I left the front desk and looked out of my room to the pool, there were women (guests or members of the public) in the hot tub scooping out the bugs themselves! So disgusting! I was also overcharged by the hotel, which tied up my funds, and was lied to about policies by the supervisor on duty, Sandy, on more than one occasion. I guess the staff aren’t trained on the same policies company-wide, as one staff member will say one thing and the other will say another. The assistant manager, Chelsea, was very unhelpful when I filled out the customer comment card and told her about all my issues from my stay (too many to go into detail). If you need to go to a hotel or casino in the Tulsa area, try Riverspirit or Hard Rock which have safer options, actually enforce city mandates, and offer to resolve your issues after you spend hundreds at their hotel/casino.

Was VERY appalled at their LACK of enforcing people to wear masks!!! I was there only to give my neighbor a ride to get his free pizza. I witnessed SEVERAL customers wandering around with NO mask on. Security seemed to not care about much of ANYTHING!!!!I will continue to be a Hard Rock customer for SEVERAL reasons!!Osage management could learn ALOT from the HR!!!

My sister and I were at Osage Casino and she was playing max bet on a machine when she got the bonus it locked up on her we finally got it to unlock by pressing the screen twice making a selection and then when she went to cash out she pressed collect and it took $1.50 off of her total credits and spend the Rios without cashing out her money. She did it again and the same thing happened. So I told her let me try and I press the correct button again it’s been the reels and deducted another dollar 50 off of her total credits. I went over and called for a manager that’s win manager Kimberly came over my sister told her what happened and I told her what happened she tested the machine and she said well it’s working now. And my sister while I’m telling you what happened and she said well the collect button is far away from the play button. That’s when I said it doesn’t matter the location of the buttons we pressed collect expand the reels and deduct the money from her total credits. Where are the buttons are located doesn’t matter I’m telling you three times she press the click button and three times it’s like $1.50 for a total credits and spend the reels. That’s a great way to steal peoples money isn’t it? You have no recourse, that unprofessional manager basically thought that we were both lying about the $4.50. She was going to do nothing she could care less about customer service and thought more about how the guest complaining was just wasting her time. It’s a sad day when casinos will use trickery like that to take your money so watch yourself if you go there make sure you know how much on credit you have before you hit the collect button. And if it doesn’t work before you push that collect button again record it with your phone so you can have documentation proof that is stealing your money when you press collect

Osage Tulsa is the absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed in when it comes to room amenities. The newer hotel is far less attractive and accommodating than even the skiatook location. I have stayed at the skiatook location and its absolutely great. Literally all you have in the hotel rooms in tulsa is a bed and tv. No refrigerator, no chair for guests to sit in.. Ive had better stays at a Best Western. People spend thousands at the casino and you would think a brand new casino would have planned to have better standard rooms. Do not expect anything if you dont get a suite.

Just the mere fact that Osage is the only tribe charging $1 for soda makes this place pathetic. Literally taking advantage of a pandemic. Hard rock and Riverspirit do not charge for soda so that is where I will take my money. Are your tightened up slot machines not good enough revenue for the obvious greed on display...?

Happy they opened other entrances. My favorite winning casino (4 out 5 times). Awesome variety of machine too.

Excellent pool with really nice amenities; the casino looked nice but I only walked through; really good restaurants.

Hotel was nice clean, sheets were not very soft. The thunder restraint food was cooked to perfection, however the service was horrible! Our waiter was Jesse and he had no motivation, or desire to serve the very few tables he had. On a slow evening his proformance was bare minimum and ruined our experience. We ended up going to the pizza shop next door and finished our meal with pizza instead of my 10oz steak. Pool was clean well maintained. Hopefully if or when we return we will have a better experience with dinner. But for the overall the casino itself was a pleasant experience. Thank you for having us.

Cant remember the name of the drink, but it had fresh strawberry puree in it and was delicious. The casino gaming too tight though

I love this Casino! Do yourself a huge favor and go get a Pizza! They have the best pizza ever for $9! Its literally the best part of my night every time I go. I win almost ever single time I go to Osage! I like Osage better than River Spirit. I like the way the game floor is set up and check out their hotel they have very reasonable room prices and its brand new! Get you a smoke free room if you dont smoke cigarettes like me!

This place is okay. Nothing there made me think that I would like to make a special trip to go back. Game variety can be much better. It lacks a non-smoking area. On a Friday evening was hard to breathe; the ventilation system isnt great. One upside was the pizza place, we really liked the one we ordered. Overall experience was okay, but I dont think were coming back.
