Beautiful and clean park. We saw the lake from the bike path and went over to explore. My wife commented that it was like an oasis in the desert. We also noticed they have identified one of the campsites of the anza party on this site. Well worth a visit.

They have cleaned up the place recently quote a bit. It feels like it is very much under construction at the moment. Theres less grass, a lot of trees and bushes were cut. Still a nice place to be if you want to see water, birds and perhaps enjoy some fishing or picnics.

It was good. I just drove through. Looks like a lot of nice picnic and barbecue areas.

This is a beautiful place to stop by even if it is just for a moment. It is very relaxing, family friendly, and plenty of space so that you are not to close to anyone.

I love this park. We take our dogs and always have a good time. We park on a hill and can see the park and lake. Beautiful relaxing view.

Great place to run r/c boats! Park also set up for control line airplanes.

The name of the park could use a change of course, but the dog park is well maintained and there is plenty of space to keep more than 6 away from others.

So peaceful. It feels like youre somewhere else...somewhere greener, like another climate.

Relaxing and beautiful environment. Great fishing spot as well when the state restocks the lake. Caught a nice size catfish during my visit. Spacious as well so not everyone is in top of you. The ducks and cranes are wonderful to watch if you are into bird watching. There is a dog park that I passed by seems decent enough for some fun play for the pups. The bathrooms could use some love as some people treat it like a porta potty unfortunately.

Very nice large park with a pond, dog park, restrooms, radio aircraft runways, grass areas under trees and they race boats on the pond. The boats are noisy but really fast and fun to watch.

Great park to see ducks, you can even fish with a license, theres a pond for racing water boats and a pad for flying toy helicopters. Theres also a dog park and bbq grills and concrete tables. Love all the grass and big shade trees for picnicking, but wish they had a playground for kids.

Nice park just off the Loop Trail. It has 2 lakes, one for fishing and one for model boating. Good birding for herons. An established Great Blue Heron nest on the island currently has three fledging nestlings. Nice place for a stroll. Has a large fenced dog park also.

It was a lovely little park I never knew about. There are air fields for model planes, a smaller lake for model boats, a larger lake for full-sized boats, and a dog park. There are huge service lines that cut through the park that are a bit unsightly, but lots of cattails to block them out.

Birds we saw: green heron, black-capped night heron, Great blue heron, ibis, coots, geese, ducks, etc. Lovely!

This is a very nice park. Silverbell lake is great for fishing and it has a boat dock for small boats and offshore fishing. The early morning sunrise is beautiful.

Beautiful park. Change the signs that say unauthorized vehicles prohibited in park I had to ask someone if the public was even allowed to visit the park without a permit. Besides that bring confusing I thoroughly enjoyed the view and the water and the ducks and birds. And there is a dog park!!

Nice place to get out the house. PACC is located near by so you hear lots of dogs constantly barking in the distance. The lake water looks alittle green and dirty but over all is a decent park to hang or fish!

Beautiful park but no fish! I know they stock trout but even people were coming back with boats empty handed. I went twice and not a fish in site. There were a lot of people fishing all around the lake and they had no luck either. Sooooo picnics, family, and fun yes but no fishing.

Hands down worst urinal I have ever used. very dirty and no sink or toilet paper

Walking along the water is nice.. It would be nicer if people wouldnt litter. But, my dog loves to stare at the ducks abs dream of what they taste like, so I enjoy going because she does.

It was nice to sit in the shade and enjoy the lovely breeze. Very relaxing afternoon.

We went and shot off a model rocket this evening, we lost the rocket after the second shot cuz it got dark quick. Good fun, dam trains lol

I took my girlfriend to the park for her first time. Shes from California. She loved it and cant wait to go fishing. We love the park. So clean.

Love this park! Big shade trees, clean lake, dogs allowed and even a dog park. The bike path is next door for miles of biking fun. A creek runs next to the park and is a welcome escape.

Service workers are rude and need improvement on their interaction skills with visitors.

Fishing is hit or miss but a pretty park to relax in the shade or exercise on the walking path!

Its got a big lake for fishing, a smaller lake for rc boats, an rc airplane area, playground, and dog park! All are pretty well maintained. There are some strange people sometimes along the east side of the lake though so be careful, that side runs along side a river path that goes through town.

Its just an awesome place with a good bit of wildlife like yesterday we saw a couple havalina right up close by us. There is humming birds and several varieties of ducks good place for the kids too

Nice love the pond but could use a little clean up of the grounds. In general a great place for a nice stroll.

Relaxing and lots of thangs to do

This is a lovely park with lots of shady paths, bench and picnic areas. The day we were there there were several men fishing. The only slightly disconcerting thing for us were the sounds from the animal shelter. That seemed to affect my dogs. They enjoyed the park still but they were attuned to the howls and barks. It kind of breaks your heart. I have 2 rescues and wish I could have more but alas!

Nice lake in Tucson to relax with family, there are a barbecue grill so you can bring your food. Clean toilets too

Dirty toilet with poop all along the ridge. They need to clean this bathroom more often

Its a good place to go to get away from the city, kind of tranquil, plenty of room for the whole family, lots of shade and places to sit, the bathrooms were clean, and not too far from the center of town.

Fun and great park

I bring my dog to the dog park here... Nice people, freindly dogs... Enough room to throw a ball/frisbee, and a few tables to sit at and trees for shade on the hotter days. Working water if your dog needs a drink.

Its a pretty awesome place to spend an afternoon if its not overrun by the ghetto.

This park is a hidden gem in Tucson! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, lots of green areas, and also a dog park, remote control airfield and a remote control boat area as well. Due to the adjacent Pima Animal Care Center, you will see committed volunteers walking dogs around the park (leashed, of course). One other fun activity is the Water Lantern Festival. Beautiful! Try out this park today!

Ducks in water was plentiful the children we had with us had a BLAST feeding them we were having a celebration of life for a BF of my cousins for 14 years it helped make a sad day into a day we could smile & enjoy a little happier day.

Quiet family time spent at the park with kids and fishing poles. You and me going fishing in the dark...Could be better stocked with fish but not too bad for the desert.
