It was fun getting back to the movies again. Century Park Place was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, were all wearing masks and socially distanced. Bought a large Oreo popcorn, but it wasnt as good because it wasnt warm. Not as many concession options, but they are striving to do the best they can. Cant wait to return to the movies again.

A real gem for intense movie going experiences. I can fondly recall the joy riding up the escalator to watch Avatar or Spiderman with my friends. Obviously not the place to save money if you intend to buy food or drinks, but a great spot to go on dates, family outings or a treat when Netflix just doesnt cut it anymore

Wouldve gave 5 stars if the beefcake asian didnt follow me around like I was going to rob the place when I had my stimulus in my pocket. That guy was rude as hell and shouldnt have a job. Same goes for the old lady security that appears to have been previously cast in an off Broadway 10 dollar production of Hansel and Gretel. Besides security. This mall is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the stores are clean. Even during the pandemic it gives the feel of germ safe and clean. They are most definitely doing thier part for the community to have a place to purchase items during the season. And keeping people safe from Covid-19

Very clean, could see the worker with the big cleaning cart coming from a theater. The one we watched a movie in was super clean. They provide wipes at every door if you want to double wipe your seat off. Deft safe return to the movie watching experience

I took my kids here we had an awesome time it was pretty nice.. I love hanging out with them they are hilarious...

I wasnt sure how to work the seats. My legs were dangling. At first I thought it didnt recline. So after fifteen minutes I found the arm and lowered it and noticed the buttons. Finally i was able to enjoy the film.

Its nice and clean. Staffs are really helpful and cordial. The XD and 3Ds are okay. Dont even waste your money on their Dbox experience, its like a low key massage chair Anyways its my favorite theatre and the nearest to my house so I gotta love it

Went to see Captain Marvel there, great movie by the way. Took advantage of the theater special price day which was unexpectedly pleasing. Their auditorium was quiet and the seating was exceedingly comfortable! Stayed for a second show, Akita: the Battle Angel which I took advantage of the subscription program. Between movies I walked around inspected the place bathrooms were clean although it did have an odor to it. The food selection at the theater was not to my liking mainly because they lacked fries & chicken tenders! Whats up with that? Overall I am looking forward to comparing this theater with others in the area in order to determine my theater of choice. Also, visited several shops and found them all sufficiently staffed, courteous with a huge variety of services. The food court had a greater than usual selections of shops. Being on a diet ( not really just trying to lose a little tonnage) I did not buy or use any of the Courts services. Went outside to a sitting area made a few phone calls read a bit and enjoyed the isolation. Not having a partner there made it less enjoyable but overall it was a pleasant day at the mall theater. Family day!!!My husband and I finally took our daughter to see her first movie theater, movie. What other than Frozen 2. It was cute. It has been awhile since we ventured into a theater, yet alone a Century one. We were shook, to see how much this theater has upped its game. Impressed. They have a way better selection of foods and snacks to choose from. They have a bar. We picked our seats when purchasing tickets. Our seats reclined and had a privacy wall behind them. It had more privacy than the average theater; which, is perfect for the smaller rowdier family members. We felt like less of a hindrance to other viewes(even thought our room was practically empty). Lots of leg room. It was clean!!! Nice visit, will be back...hopefully sooner rather than later.

Had lunch in the food court and attended a movie in my favorite, comfortable theater. I love coming here. Everything is clean and bright, everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Theater is most comfortable in Tucson, and Charleys Cheese steak in the food court serves me favorite sandwich,,,a chicken Charley with chicken, cheese, peppers, and onions (sauteed). I add tomato and jalapenos. Cant be beat!

This is a nice, clean theater. The movie played at a good volume and the seats are wide and very comfortable. I love that the seat rows are separated by a dividing wall - nobody can kick the back of your seat!Everything at this theater is always great - except the snack & drink prices, of course.I was disappointed that there was construction blocking the escalator down, but pleased I could use the elevator.

It was not crowded and the prices were reasonable.

1st time here! Awesome! Reclining seats w/drinkholders! Very comfortable. Concession choices were excellent. Besides typical movie items like soda, popcorn and candy - you could also get milkshakes, Starbucks and even beer! Friendly employees too!

I gave this Place A Five Star. I came here 01/18/18 came to watch Forever My Girl. The Movie Was Awesome It was Great. I thought that I was going to be the only one but a couple came in and there was only three of us in this #5 Theater. First time ever Coming to this Theater. Not sure how it was before but this place is Phenomenal. I say this because I love the seating comfy reclining chairs you can recline it and stretch your feet out and up.I purchased my ticket before the 10pm showing and Customer Service was Excellent had no problems friendly Staff. I told them it was my first time ever Coming to this Theater and The Cashier was Nice And Friendly she was Great, SMadison - Thank You.I like that when purchasing your ticket you can actually pick out your seating area they show you the screen and let you know what seat is available so you pick it out yourself. Everything was explained to me. The Service you get at the concession stand was also fast friendly and great service.Thank you for making my Evening here an Exceptional night . I surely would recommend this place to Families And Friends. I would definitely come back And this time with more friends.

I really like this theater. My only complaint is that the concessions are crazy expensive. However, I suppose all theaters are like that now to be fair. You can reserve your tickets ahead. They have comfortable reclines to sit in.

Very comfortable, but can be expensive. I like going to the matinee to cut down on the expense. I always buy tickets ahead of time online. If Im driving from Sierra Vista I dont want to find out the show is sold out. Generally only go here for special events.

Theater staff is very helpful. I enjoy seeing first-run movies here, and also some special event films from Fathom Events. I enjoy eating at the Park Place Mall food court before or after a movie

I mostly go here for the XD theater, which I do enjoy more than any of the other rooms. It is large, has reclining seats, has a great big screen and big sound. If I want to go to a movie, Ill usually go XD or not go at all; this place delivers when I want to go. There are often 3D showings in there, but I usually only go for a 2D showing (personal preference). The place is clean and seems well run. I use the Cinemark app to purchase tickets and have never had a problem with it. It is conveniently right next to the Park Place Malls food court, so thats good for grabbing a bite before or after a movie. Ive never had trouble parking, though I am one of those weird people who parks a ways from the entrance and then walks the rest of the way.

We went to see the turning. We bought the tickets online but the employees made it fast and easy to get to our seats. Food was fresh and tasted good

Not sure about some of these reviews? Some perspectives are way off. The escalators are not working because theyre getting new ones!Im glad about the bag policy. There are just as many of us that are afraid of whats in YOUR bag. Get it and leave the bag at home or in the car. Like everything in life make adjustments if you ride the bus or ride the bike. Dont you get that lockers are a dumping ground for weapons, drug deals and bombs?Last time I was there a couple had multiple small cups of jalapenos as well as the ones stacked on his large popcorn and the mound on her nachos. No wonder they started charging! Those that think theyre a buffet have ruined it for all of us! How else can they keep this big beautiful theater there for us to see movies at?Ive loved this place for like 20 years and will be back as often as I can.

I have to give 5 stars to Park Place Mall. They don’t allow smokers near the entrances. They have plenty of parking, but could use more covered parking. Since Malls and shopping in public are dying out, I can’t blame them for not adding to their covered parking. When online ticket sales for movies started where you select a seat and pay on your computer at home, I was upset. Now if you just show up 10 minutes before the movie and buy your ticket at the box office often the only seats left are down front close to the screen. I managed to get my tickets on line after some practice, but at the theatre the computer wouldn’t print my tickets so the humans helped me by writing a form on paper. Cinemark Park Place is always clean, the picture and sound always perfect.

Nice reclining type chairs. We were in theater 7 which was small, which is good. Good picture quality and sound. Not super loud. We saw Rocket Man which was excellent. Concession stand prices are outrageous, but you gotta have popcorn! Well be back.

Chairs are super comfortable and it is nice to have space separating you from the person next to you. As any theater food can get pricey, but that is nothing new. It is nice it is in the mall. We were able to hey dinner at the food court and walk into the theater after we finished.

This place is comfortable and seats are soft and awesome had plenty of comfort and room and awesome snacks n drinks and awesome movies and nice bathrooms and enjoyed myself there.

This place has come up a lot in the recent 3 years! The chairs are nice! The staff are nice! The price is right. However, even with the new seating, the cleaning staff between viewings need to do a little better job. Had popcorn in my seat, and it smelled off piss through the entire movie. Other than that, if they cleaned it well, it’d be 5 star for sure!

The fast fix repair is terriblethey are not same day they are rude they want to charge you 20% if you want it done the same day just to fix a little clasp never ever going there again

They have discount tuesdays and early bird specials. Seats are super comfy. Food is pricey as always.

Staff was remarkable as well as the theater. The only complaint I would have is the other people in the theater. Today is my daughter birthday she turned 3 and asked to see frozen 2 she was excited and making small noises during the movie I tried everything to try and get her to be completely quite which is hard and when I couldnt I decided to leave before we even finished the movie as we were getting ready to leave though an adult male in the row ahead of us told my daughter to shut up and then told her he would get the usher I was angry but was leaving any way. However no one should ever treat a child that way especially when they are enjoying a movie they asked to see. Yes probably best to wait another year before trying g the movie theater again, but at the same time how are kids supposed to learn how to sit quietly at a public movie if not given the opportunity to? Rant over... very happy with the staff and theater and the compassion that the family sitting next to us gave my daughter in her birthday thank you

Can you guys replace your toilet paper once in a while? It’d be nice to use the restroom after a long movie. Does anyone check in on the movie once it starts? Apparently people like to talk during them

The staff is very friendly. I love the recliner seats. The picture and sound are fantastic. The admission price is reasonable. The facilities were immaculate.

I love this place! Always friendly and at one point, the app glitched and I didnt notice so it gave me the wrong tickets. They were nice enough to switch them out for the movie I wanted!

This theater is great and Tuesday nights are discount movie nights. I love their comfy, reclining chairs and the fact that I can reserve my seat. Their concessions are pricey, though, but that seems to be the way it is with any theater. You pay for everything, even if you just want a big cup of water which will be the same price as a big cup of soda. My advice, go after dinner on a Tuesday and you will have a great, cheap movie night as you veg out in front of the screen.

First time here since remodel, I went to see star wars rise of Skywalker and the 3d in theater was broken. Also the seats are not anywhere as comfortable as other theaters in town. The reclined but they didnt go back far enough to actually be comfortable, you were kind stuck between complete discomfort and discomfort with your feet up. This was in #12 so maybe seats in other auditoriums were better not sure. Overall this was not the greatest theater experience, the old seats here were more comfortable.

This is an alright theater if you are at the mall and want to see a movie. Otherwise, honestly any of their other locations are going to be a better choice. Its hard to find parking at the mall. You have to battle the people there for any other reason than to see a movie. Its right off from the food court and this upstairs location has suffered a few sewer backups/floods and is plagued by a bad case of escalator failure making you almost always walk up the stairs. My last choice for Century within the Tucson city limits.

Good theaters but dang they got busy. If you don’t buy on line, your probably not getting in or sitting together. (Buying on line costs more)

The theater was nice and clean.We purchased some pretzels and they were not good, took them back and they changed them amd apologized.Bathrooms should be checked on a refular basis. They needed cleaning.

Love the recliner seats plenty of space on a leg room. the theater is Big so theres plenty of seats even on a weekend. The line was short to get concessions. The only drawback is theres only an escalator to go up but not want to come down.

The luxury loungers are great! A little too great. It is sometimes difficult to watch the movie because you get so relaxed you doze off. I suppose this is a good problem to have. I mainly go on Tuesday when they have discounted tickets. The only negative is that the seats are reserved. This causes some issues when you cant get seats together or they sell out faster because of limited seating. Other than that, I love the proximity to my home and the ameneties.

Had one the worst nights here tonight very disappointed. Went to see a movie we been waiting to see and none stop talking kids running up and down the isle. Adults having full blown conversations. When my husband went to tell one the works no one came in so it all just continued. I was about to walk out on the movie but I had see how ends. Very disappointed.

Tonight, 9/8 two kids were sitting in our assigned seats. Told them they had our seats. Without even looking they just moved over to the two seats next to us. They were both on their phones through out the entire movie. I told the one next to me that their phone was really distracting. She apologized and said it aside for about 10 minutes and then picked it up and continue doing the same thing. Halfway through the movie I talked to a manager. I explained that these kids were in our seats when we got there and that they just moved over when I told them they were in our seats. Told her that I really doubt they had tickets for that show. Then I told the manager that these two were on their phone throughout the movie. This was halfway through the movie. The manager said that she needed to see them do it for her to do anything so she was going to go up and check it out. I went back to my seat to keep watching the movie. I never saw her again and the kids were never confronted. They kept on their phones. Dont know whatever happened to the manager that said was going to look into it. Disappointed in the experience.

This is my go to for movies. Its close...but Ive never had a bad experience. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Watched the new Men In Black. What an awesome experience watching it on XT, 3D. What a nice way to take a break from the heat. Temperature was nice and cool. Snacks were tasty. And everyone of the employees were very friendly and competent.

Awesome movies nice seating... but the prices WOW! Even on discount days you drop $20 @ concessions. I got the yearly bucket / cup deal but still its teeny tiny for 4, so we gotta fill it 2xs. Maybe a discount concessions day??? That would be awesome!

Had a great time with my grandson watching “Ford vs Ferrari” while my wife and daughter were seeing “Knives Out”. It was so convenient to be able to see both of our choices at the same time and get back home to continue our Thanksgiving holiday.

Nice atmosphere but can not compare to the excellent customer service and comfortability of Tucson Marketplace Century XD.

The staff is always really great, quality customer service. Really disappointed that they switched their jalapenos to the pre-packaged garbage. They were dry and the flavor was trash.

Seats had some popcorn when I sat down, but otherwise I was super comfy and the movie was great!

Super clean and helpful staff!! I just recently left my eyeglasses at the theater and called the next day in hopes they were found and sure enough, the efficient and again, SUPER HELPFUL staff had done it again..exceeded my expectations and I’m truly grateful!!! As a member of the movie club its great to have a prepaid discount ticket ready to go each month at the window and the discounts on concessions are great too

I’ve watched movies here for years and normally enjoy the experience but today.... not so much. 1. Bag policy strictly enforced so my wife was not able to bring her purse inside (with medicine and other items she and I need) - unlike other Cinemark locations where they use discretion, 2. Scanners not working and rewards account couldn’t be found so we didn’t get the points, 3. No tea (I can’t have carbonated drinks), 4. Drink dispenser stuck and overflowed, 5. Escalator not working, and 6. Cannot get the online survey to work (keeps asking for email address instead of the access code (but won’t accept an email address either) - not specific to this theater but... we probably won’t be back for a while.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The seating was very comfy and of course the movie was amazing!

Nice location. Easy to get to from the outside. Plenty of parking... Its at the mall.Lots of tech (kiosks, those coke machines that you mix your own flavour)

This theater is one of my favorites. They always have the newest movies with plenty of times to choose from. You choose your seats and they have the most comfortable reclining chairs. Snacks and prices are basically what you would find at any nice theater.

I enjoy the DBOX here. The restrooms are always clean.

Simply the best movie experience in town. They have big, clean theaters with comfortable power recliner seating and some theaters have D-box seats which move in tune with the movie! The huge screens are great as is the sound. This is my favorite theater in Tucson.PRO TIP: Save time and buy your tickets online so you dont have to wait in line.

This is definitely my favorite theater. Comfortable reclining seats and BIG screens. Plenty of options in terms of snacks, and has a bar in case you want a couple of drinks while you watch your watch your movie. What more could you ask for!?

Lion King 3D was awesome with most comfortable and spacious seating. Love the recliners.

This is a nice theatre complex. Its clean, concessions and large bathrooms on every level and the seats are sitting in a comfy armchair. You can even move them so they recline. Kick back and watch the show! An added plus, the rows of seats are staged so no ones head or body is ever blocking your view and wide enough that you dont necessarily have to squeeze past anyone to sit down - even if youre in the middle of the row. I enjoyed the experience and inspired me to start going to the movies regularly again.

It was a little confusing at first. I havent been to a movie theater in a very long time, so all the do it yourself things ie a ticket kiosk, was new to me. No ticket window, no ushers, no person beyond the concessions. However, the theater was clean and the people were friendly...and the movie, Maleficent, was great!

Ever since they changed their chairs its amazing to watch a movie there now. Can lean back, feet up and enjoy.

Just like any movie theater its over priced for mediocre drinks and popcorn. But its actually really clean and the seats were really comfortable. I paid for a regular ticket and got lounge seating. Great place for a date since its in a mall. Convenient for shopping for bdays.

We went there for a movie. Park Place, for a couple of years, had their covered parking closed until the opening time for most retailers. This left movie goers, food court users and mall walkers to park in the Arizona sun. Sunday, the parking structure was open. Dont know if it was policy or a fluke. It was much appreciated.

Havent been to the theater in a while- surprised at the soft, cushioned, reclining seats -all with great view. With choosing of seats, takes a little longer to get your ticket.

Every theater has comfy reclining seats, and its always clean. Good sized screens, and I love the way the snack checkout is laid out

I have the CineMark membership so I go with the free pass. Check in is easy and fast, recliner seats are very comfortable. Food and drink is expensive just like at other movie theaters.
