Took my two kids for there birthdays and let them each bring two friends ages 13 and 15 the figured it out with a min to spair with some help but when they got help they were still going in the right direction it was fun and impressive I highly recommend this for kids and adults

We had a fantastic experience here, the clues all were well thought off with the narrative. We did the six shooter bunker found it within perfect west feel for our trip in Tucson.The facility was clean and game master was wonderful! She was very attentive and recognized when we more needed a nudge rather than a full hint.Highly recommend!

Fantastic! Unique themes with great puzzles. They were so friendly and excited and knowledgeable about the games. We had a blast!

Jenny was awesome! She was very informative and handled our rowdy group with professionalism and humor. This was an awesome work Christmas party and we are looking forward to doing it again.

-Hosts were very pleasant and friendly.-It was the very first time i was given a choice as the game master would play a role in the game. as in leaving us alone or chiming in over the radio if we were not where we should be.-Very informative on the types of locks they use-I enjoyed they environment of their waiting room and just being able to read all of the other team names from past games-Having done only one of their rooms most of the locks were traditional. combination, key locks.*The most important question is would i go again, Yes in search of a harder room

This was my first escape room experience and Im glad that I did it here. The owner was so kind and patient while explaining different things and giving tips. We did the six shooter bunk house room where we had to find the hidden loot. The clues were fun to solve and creatively made. We finished this room and were able to tag the wall with our names. It was a wonderful experience, I suggest that everyone give it a try!

Call Ahead. We showed up without booking and werent able to try the place. However looks really cool and has good pricing. Make sure to call ahead! 4/5 for really nice staff and awesome looking interior. The room itself would have decided +/- a star for 3 or 5.

Had a really fun time. Went with coworkers for a company led team event. Got to solve puzzles in groups, got to see how everyone looks at things differently and see that everyone has different strengths. Really thought before that it wasnt going to be fun, but we all had a great time!! The hosts were very nice and explained how the process would work.

What a cool family experience. We did this with myself, my wife and our daughter and son (12 and 14). The staff was super helpful, polite and professional. It was an all around great experience and super fun. Its in a really good location too...very easy for us to get downtown and walk around after. In short, loved it and we will be back.

We loved the escape rooms here! We did the illusionist one, for my daughters birthday, and we had a great time! The atmosphere was great and the “game master” was awesome (so sorry I forgot her name but she was new and had cool hair!) They take your picture afterwards for a nice keepsake and help you get out of the room! We will be returning!!

My boyfriend and I just did The Illusionist! It was very difficult and we utilized our hints thoroughly, thanks to Brittany we were able to solve the room! She was super helpful and had amazing customer service, she seemed genuinely happy about helping us and made it more welcoming for us to come back! I had never done an escape room before and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, it would have been a little easier with 3-4 people but we loved the challenge and are coming back soon to solve more rooms!! The set up for the Christmas room to save Santa’s reindeer was great, but would have been more fun if the guy working was friendly, never introduced himself, just seemed bored/put out to be there/working.

First time doing this. Lots of fun. Keeps you thinking. We had a great time, and made it out before time expired!

This place was such an awesome experience! Tabitha was our game master. She led the way at our pace, and since there was noone after us, gave us a little more time since we hadnt solved the last puzzle. Definitely going back to try more rooms!

We stopped in to purchase a gift today and Jenni was so helpful. She explained all the options and prices in detail and she accommodated two old timers that wanted to pay cash. She went the extra mile to figure out how to help us! Jenni has excellent customer service skills and we can’t wait to try one of the puzzles!

Played “Bad Medicine” and it was a great room. Puzzles were interesting and unique and nothing was so far out there that it was frustrating. Good props throughout the room, a good mix of stuff that was used in puzzles and stuff that added ambience, but not so much that it felt distracting. An interesting mix of locks, not the same lock over and over again. It’s a very linear room which is what I like.There was a technical issue with one of the props but the staff remedied it pretty quickly and we didn’t feel like it harmed the experience. Out of the 2 escape rooms in Tucson I’ve been to, Ace of Escape was a clear winner and I’ll definitely be back to try their other rooms.I like that they let you take your photo inside the room, so if you’re thinking about going here you can get a glimpse of the room from posted photos. It isn’t like many escape rooms that post awesome stock photos and then the room turns out to be a dud.

Had a great time today at Ace of Escape. We did the international thief room and it was challenging but rewarding. We escaped with only 4 min to spare. The host was exceptional and, as I have come go find out, this makes a HUGE difference in the enjoyment of the escape room. Thanks!

These were some really great rooms. So good in fact, we played four in one day. The décor were immersive, the puzzles were clever and our game master was just as enthusiastic about the genre as we were. Well be making the drive down from Phoenix for the remaining two soon. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

I cant stop going it is so much fun! The rooms are so nicely set up the decoration are amazing! But most important was the staff Jenny was so amazing she is super kind and was very helpful! Cant wait to come back for another visit!

We always try to do something fun together as a family near the holidays and Ace of Escape did not disappoint anyone! It was a blast to work together to figure out the clues and even know when to ask for some hints to make it a little easier. We all had a great time! Cant wait to try it again! Brittany knew just when we needed a bit of help and made us all feel like we could really do this. I highly recommend!

This was an awesome family get together! We have done several rooms there and have been super pleased that all were quite different. Some are more challenging but the staff knows when and how to help out with a slight hint, or a direction to head in. We will be back !

Loved this escape room’s Six Shooter room. Super fun, great aesthetics, realistic props, fun puzzles, and a great game master. She kept the game moving with helpful, but not too obvious hints to help us break out before the 60 minutes!

We had a great time! Just about our entire group was new to escape rooms, and the International Thief was a great room to get started with our group of 10 (with one younger than 13). The guide was very informative, polite, and helpful. The room was also well done. We definitely will plan to do more rooms in the future!

I was part of a group of 4 (2 people had never done an escape room before). We did a medium-difficulty room and had loads of fun! Really thrilling at the end when youre racing against the clock like we did. Our staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Very fun, we did two rooms. Solved the first one, but did not get the second. Challenging rooms for a first time escape room person.

I have been to other escape rooms where helpful hints were provided throughout escape room. As you solved and opened locks it provided hints and at least some direction where to move next to solve room. This escape room gave no direction or helpful hints to solve. Not fun to get hints from host, which was the only way to get hints.

Ace of Escape was an awesome adventure - keeps you guessing and looking for clues and examining thing even after you escape (or dont!). So well put together, so much goes into these rooms, you can really tell by how intricate and involved they are. I was really impressed, the owners went all out, with so much creativity and thinking power behind the rooms, their layout and the clues. They are not easy- a great thing to keep your mind active and alert, and really use your critical thinking and out-of-the-box thinking skills. The owners were also very nice and was a pleasure working with them. Would for sure go again and try another room!

Really really fun. A few of the items didnt work very well, like the black light flashlight kept flickering and a few other light things. I think they just need to replace a few of their more used props.

Fun and exciting! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the fact this place focuses on puzzles to solve the room. I will definitely be going back to pay the other rooms.

This was an amazing experience. My family came to Arizona on vacation from Michigan and as we were looking for activities to do we came across this. So glad we did it! We all enjoyed it so much and the owner and her husband were super friendly and accommodating. This was also my familys first experience with this kind of activity, but we were all blown away at how great our experience was here. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! :)

We had a blast doing the International Thief room! Super close to getting out - the room and clues were smartly done and ensures that your group will have a fun time. I highly recommend!

Weve been here twice. Good for team building, and fun! Took my high school Girl Scout troop, and went again for my daughters 15th birthday.

Super fun!! As well as being challenging at times, the scenarios were entertaining and not super difficult and agonizing. The staff that escorted us into the room was very kind as well. The only problem was that the locks in the room we were in were a little stuck... but it was fun nevertheless. I highly recommend this for people who enjoy puzzles and having their mind challenged!!

This was so fun! The room we did was clever and difficult, but extremely entertaining. A great afternoon for friends and families who love a good puzzle.

Amazing puzzles. Went here for my birthday and sadly did not complete them but there were also a few people in my group who didnt realize that they dont actually like puzzles so they kinda just sat there which sucked. Worth it though. Make sure you bring people who know they love puzzles

IT WAS AWESOME! Imagine all the escape games you might have played as a kid on the computer and mash it into reality. The clever clues and detailed props make for a very realistic experience!

We had never been to an escape room, and are so glad we tried this one! The clues were incredibly clever and creative, the furnishings were welcoming and comfortable, and the attempt to escape was simply great fun. We will be back to try their other rooms as soon as we can. This is an adventure sure to include laughter and excitement!

Ace of escapes is 10+ stars ! We had so much fun, oh my god its such a rush trying to figure out all there is to figure out . My head is still thinking about it 2 hrs later ! We had just left the building and we immediately called my sister in VT. and told her about it and she is coming out to do it later this year, so we wil be camping out in the parkig lot to do every escape room! This is a great gift for families.

Super fun! First time Ive done an escape room. We did Bad Medicine and it was the perfect challenge.

Not sure if I would do this again with such a big group. We had 12 people in our group and that just seemed like to many people in the rooms. There is one clue at a time that leads to the next clue, 12 people cant be solving the same clue its to much chaos. I felt like the entire time I was just watching everyone else run around like crazy, in fact I dont think I even helped solve a clue because there were just to many people in the room. Also the other problem I saw was they give you a tablet to use to scan clues and let you know how much time you have. In our group one person was in charge of the tablet which I felt was a waste of his money. He paid to be the tablet holder. When you are holding the tablet you cant necessarily look thru things or solve clues because technically your hands are tied by holding the tablet. If I was to ever do this again I would do it with a smaller group. Maybe would have been more fun if they split the group up and see which group could escape first (different rooms)

We had a great experience working through Ace of Escape Six Shooter bunk House to find the hidden cash. The locks, puzzles, and other challenges pushed us to the brink but we finished with a couple of minutes to spare and a few hints lighter!!!

Ace of Escape was a fantastic experience for our date! From someone who greatly enjoyed the online escape games, the Ace of Eacape experience was significantly better. My husband and I didnt escape but had a blast and are planning to go back again with friends. The woman (I apologize but think her name was Katie) there was so nice and greatly enthusiastic! She really did a wonderful job of emersing us into the story of the room which ultimately made us more thrilled. The experience and customer service was wonderful and definitely worthy of 5 stars! We will be back again and again to experience Ace of Escape rooms!
