I love a dog-friendly park, and this one has world-class bonus views. We swung by on a walk around the city this gorgeous January day. It was great to hang out in the sun with all the happy people and dogs.Now I find out theres a shoe garden? Must return!

Nice quiet, shady park with lots of green grass. Playground still closed tho. Im very happy that they landscaped the little 1920s era roundabout.

Torrance Park with really nice walking and biking paths. The grassy areas are beautiful for a romantic picnic. Stow lake is a fun walk, but the boats and concessions are way too expensive. All in all an awesome place to spend a sunny Torrance day.

I come to this park all the time just to walk my dog. Very clean park. Not too crowded. Even when theres people everybody is social distancing and being respectful. Good park to exercise at and bring the family too.

Cute small park. Has a nice playground and its safe during the day. Sometimes theres a lot of bums walking around by the more covered area but recently theyve cleared out. Its a nice place to have a small party or something but you need to reserve spots IN ADVANCE. Outlets under covered area work so its a nice spot to hang out.

Beautiful and scenic with some great hiking. Youll find amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the city. If you enjoy scenic hikes this is absolutely something you should check out when in Torrance. The environment is beautiful and you can spend a lot of time just looking out at the water.

Food nasty.. chicken sandwich wrong.. To much buffalo sauce bread soggy. No Ranch still put it on my sandwich food was lukewarm ask for a chocolate shake taste like mocha coffee I dont drink coffee nasty. This reminds me for the last 10 plus years why I dont eat there

Nice small park. My dog liked it. There were 2 squirrels and lots of things to sniff.

Old school neighborhood park. Amenities are somewhat rundown but adequate.

Beautiful trees, grassy areas, picnic area, stage. It is wonderful!

I know covid has slowed park services but finding beer bottles in the sandbox and used condoms near parking was a but much. Torrance needs to step up and keep safe for kids

Beautiful baseball field and lots of very large and impressive trees. There are some homeless people hanging around but it has lots of shaded benches for picnicking and hanging out. Plenty of grassy space for laying down too.

My gym closed down for COVID, but I manage a great workout with 8 others. Being distant and fit.

Nice park, lots of trees for shade and fun to walk around.

Its okay!! The issue is the womens bathroom there are no doors coming inside and on the stalls. The comodes are metal looks like prison cell. But worse its nasty BUT if you dont have to use the restroom while your visiting the park its a very cute park hundreds of squirls.

A great little place. Maybe too many picnic tables and some dirt areas that should be concrete.

Good alternative to the overcrowded playground at Wilson park, but some visitors may feel uncomfortable with the people that hang out there

Torrance park was great.nice and clean, a cool breeze through the trees and the restrooms weremoderately clean, and had soap !!!

Had a blast at the park with my almost 5 year old. Theres a bunch of stuff to do here. The slides are amazing! They also have a cute little area that has a general store Front and a couple other little things

Great place to hoop and stuff. The court is a little tilted to the side but other than that a great park that makes it feel that you are not in California

I love this place I give this place a trillion stars because,They have an Alice in wonderland maze for both toddlers and kids to play in. And the maze is the best place for Alice in wonderland birthday party. And I have the tables and chairs to match the birthday party theme for kids. And the maze is the perfect spot for an Easter Egg Hunt. And you guys can keep the tables and chairs for the Alice In wonderland birthday party theme.

This park was finally upgraded a while ago. Its a fun park to take the kids and theres shade!

Cool mellow park! Many healthy trees

I used to play in this park in the 60s and 70s. My grandmother and I would walk through the park on our way to the Alpha Beta grocery store.

Nice quiet little tree shaded park in Torrance. Plenty of parking and a small play area for little ones. Could use a mowing but then, the dog dropping s would be more visible.

Not sure never been here except to stop and find my way on Google maps while I ate my Arbys sandwich. I parked alongside park and noticed an armory full of tanks and battle vehicles. Wow must be a rough part of town L.o.L.I dunno this place so cant really rate much!

Nice park. Beautiful trees and grass area, very nice for picnics. Playground for children and baseball field. Only problem is that bathrooms are always locked...so dont plan on using it in case you need it.

So glad I ran across this park. It so nice. I really enjoyed the amount of trees it had. At the highest heat, we were so coo under the trees. Great park to enjoy on a date

Cool place to stay around

Used to throw horseshoes here when I was a kid. Hasnt changed much but I couldnt find the horseshoe pit.

This has always been my favorite park and hangout since I was in middle school but they really need to clean up the bathrooms and areas especially around the bushes and floors. I seen used clothing and open beer cans around the area where children might play. I dont think that is good to have especially when there is a school nearby. Next time I will take pictures of this if I see again but I am not in the area at the moment.

Its not what I expected at all out of a park. Its small and doesnt offer any private spots for that one person who wants to stay from city Life for awhile.

Its really nice park however there was a guy hiding behind something waitimg for me yo come down the dark pathway. I saw him and turned around. I was on a nice bike ride at like 3am . but nice park

This park has an area that is entirely covered by trees. Its very cool since there is so much shade. My dog loves it there on hot days.

Would be awesome if the entire playground had rubber mats instead of sand. Nice basketball courts and baseball fields.

Nice city park. Kendal field is a baseball field used for youth and HS Baseball. Has basketball courts playground as well.

Old park, pits and tables are old and worn, grass could be cut more often, good for walking your dog, walk ways and grass very wet in morning due to bad sprinkler timing.

This park is a little run down but when were overwhelmed by how busy Wilson park is, I bring the kids here for some peace and quiet.

Great Park, with lots of places for picnics, parties, a bandshell for music, playground for the kids, horse shoe pits, bques and regulation sized baseball field. Bathrooms and water fountains, too. Free parking.
