Great service!! Fun for kids with the unlimited play!!

Great place for children to be children.theybhave plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

Had a blast with my kiddo! The staff was friendly and cheerful amidst the chaos of covid ... prices were decent! Had some good fun!

Kids had a blast. And it was a decent price for our 4 kids to play unlimited for an hour was $40.

Just went to let my baby boys have fun. I called to see when its not as busy which is between 3pm -5pm to ensure social distancing 6pm it instantly got busy .

Took my son here for a visit. Weve gone to a lot of locations closer to the KC metro and this was by far one of the better locations to eat at. Food came out fresh. My son had a lot of fun. Jushing by the games they have it looks like its also great for older kids as well.

I’ve been here a few times and loved it! I hope this location doesn’t go bankrupt. I also hope you don’t get rid of the animatronics. This is like the only location that still has animatronics. Continue to keep your animatronics in good condition. I love the animatronics and this store. Keep the animatronics and please don’t go bankrupt.

Great place to take the kiddos for some safe fun. Pizza is pretty tasty too! Adults can have up to two beers. They have several small rides for smaller kids and video games for bigger kids. Staff is nice. Oh, they also have a salad bar if you want a healthier meal choice. Chuck E Cheese also has combo meals if you want to buy food, drinks, and a game card. One con though, they have a weak prize selection for tickets.

This is a great place for the little ones in the family! My children loved all the games, and of course, the tickets. They had an hourly show whereby Chuck E. Cheese came out and interacted with the children. The pizza was pretty good. There was one security measure which I thought was great. They had a stamp method which I found to be great. It ensured that the children only left, safely, with those whom they had arrived with.I am sure that we will revisit Chuck E. Cheese, at some point in the future- the kids love it!

If I could rate this negative 1 stars I would. It was that bad. This location needs to be torn down or remodeled and better staff.

It is great for kids and they cant leave without an adult. I love that they stamp your hands so kids cant randomly leave with someone else. Its not expensive. The older kids still have fun.

Might be under new Ownership or management, Because the Pizza was exceptionally Good. I would probably order pizza To Go from there. Place was clean. Newer Games ..

They have these timed scanning cards to play instead of tokens much easier & faster! Lots of fun for the whole family.

Good ace to take the kids when its too cold out u can spend 20 dollars and get a card with unlimited play for 1 hour good deal

Fun place to take you kiddos for a great experience i get the time on card its so much value to that card and food was super good.

The kids had a blast! I was a bit taken aback at the extravagant pricing. Not very budget friendly. The staff were helpful and kind. Everything seemed very clean. I just can give 5 stars when a pepperoni pizza and 4 small fountain drinks are almost 30$.

It was real nice had two small problems and the manager fix it right away and the staff was excellent and it was extremely clean. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Shoot...the pizza was great! And play pass is well worth $20.00 if you have multiple kids. Let 1 kid play then let your sibling or friend use the same card...

Very easy to keep track of children and children always enjoy their visits

The service for the party is great, although seating is crowded. They have several parties in the same area. This doesnt really make your birthday boy or girl feel very special. Also, the games are very limited. Pricing is too high. Compared to Bonkers, youre likely to pay about $10 more per guest, although Chucky Cheese does offer many birthday packages. Overall, I was disappointed with the amount of parties happening at the same time, and the game selection was not what it used to be. The rodent maker over is pretty incredible though.

Think this is a fun place for kids and adults and to order good food too

Understaffed. Machines didnt have tickets. There were only 2 ticket counters working. And the Chuck that came out was terrible. No excitement. No movement. He didnt even hug a single kid.

Get on the website and use the coupons. Do the minutes not credits. So worth it. Picture booth included in the minutes rate. We used the booth atleast 40 times. Lots of fun for kids. Some games adults might enjoy. Kids cant leave unless you and their numbers match which is a awesome safety feature.

As a hard working teen I don’t spend much time with my siblings so I thought this would be a good place to have fun. There wasn’t anyone inside besides the employee and me and my siblings were not allowed inside because I am not of age.

Its gone down hill for many years. This one doesnt even have a jungle gym. Its only video games. Not bad just different.

Pizza is pretty good and the service is always friendly. Since theyve put in better games and all of them work 97% of the time and only take one token per play they have been the requested place to go by my kid over the other places in town.

Management is horrible, and doesnt care if you complain.

We took our granddaughters to chuckie cheese in Topeka. Spent a lot and 5 of the games cheated them out of tickets. And when we complained all we heard from staff was sorry. No offer of refund or tokens. When I asked for manager I was told he was not available as he was training. Wouldnt dealing with dissatisfied customers be part of training. Do you make a habit of cheating children? Do not go to Topeka Chuckie Cheese.

Lots of fun for everyone and no charge to enter different unlimited playtime amounts

We had a wonderful party for my Grandson. Lake, our hostess was very peppy. I guess we misunderstood how the cards work. It says on the brochure you can stay after the party and continue to play the games. We bought the unlimited play cards, but they cut out when the party was over. So everyone was very disappointed.

The woman in charge of the party area was awesome! Shes perfect for the job.

My kids love the large selection of games and activities there. I quite like the fact that I can a small fee for unlimited games for a certain amount of time way better than tokens.

On 9-1-19 we visited this place. The floors were dirty. in the bathrooms the toilet paper rolls were sitting on the floor because someone didnt want to put them in their proper place in the dispensers. Management and employees just hit out in the back super duper terrible service ! I really dont even want to give them a one-star !

Its Chuck E Cheese, not good food and crazy loud with lots of kids. Not what I consider fun.

There for a party. Had to ask for something to serve the pizza with as well as utensils for eating cake. Otherwise, it was fine and the kids had fun.

Had 13 kids celebrating my granddaughters birthday. They all had a blast. Cost me $340.00 plus tip. Money well spent. Sta# was outstanding. Young man, Austin, was our host and he made an easy job from a tough situation. Food service a bit slow for adult guests but, the party was for the kids!!!Thanks Chuck and crew...

Loved every minute of it. We went on a Wednesday afternoon around noon and it wasnt crowded which made it so much better. My 4 yr old daughter was able to go from game to game with no hesitation and no wait. Games were perfect for her age and ive never seen her have so much fun. Prices were reasonable and well worth it. Chuck the mouse came out a couple time to say hi to the kiddos which made Gracie even more excited. I loved the timed play pass. No cost for tokens you play for a time limit. Pizza tasted so amazing. I reccomend the stuff crust myself. I also lice the safetly feature they have where you and your kids get a hidden stamp and you mustcheck in before you leave and your numbers must match in order for your child to leave with anyone. Cleaver and smart. The staff at the Topeka location were just so awesome and friendly. I have no complaints with them or the condition of the facility. Very clean. The only thing I would complain about and im really not because our time there was so great would be the price for prizes during the ticket exchange. We had 691 tickets and exchanged them or hardly anything. But im still giving a 5 stars. Wish there was in in Salina ks. We would go more often. Thanks for such a great time.

Went a little before noon and had the place to ourselves for a little bit. Kids had a great time and the pizza was actually pretty good.

My son loves it of course he does he 3 lol but to me it seemed so much better as do many things I assume when I was younger but I do enjoy the smiles it puts on his face I just wish it still had the mesmerizing magic it held back in the day

Good with kids Birthday parties

Took my 6yo son and three of his friends there yesterday... I love the play cards they are so much more convenient *especially for the little folks* then having to keep up with tokens (now if they would just come up with a new way to contain all the tickets *but then I guess putting them on a card would take away the beauty of the win*) anyways... so we had a very enjoyable time, myself included* the only complaint I have is... it would be nice to have a little longer play time for $10... like $10/hr dropping out $40 for 30 mins kind of hurt me... I wouldnt have minded so much if it had paid for at least an hour & theyd probably make more money for example, I had 4kids and am on a budget so paying $40 instantly took the idea of pizza and drinks off the table *no pun intended* so we opted for cicis pizza afterwards. I still spend $50 there but its an all you can eat *and they ate* knowing they were full and happy was worth it, but to finish making my point... that $50 could have gone to Chuck Es pocket (smile). Overall it was a fun time and staff were very helpful, patient kind. We will definately put them in the rotation but maybe just a one friend max.

I love the new Game Pass cards. My wife was coming later and 2 people at the entrance didnt know about the parent pass stickers that were sitting on the podium right in front of them. There used to be a couple games that adults could enjoy but, its where a kid can be a kid after all.

Great place to take kids to enjoy themselves, however the food prices are kind of absurd for the quality. Definitely eat somewhere before going unless you want mediocre pizza for expensive prices.

The Topeka KS version for sure. But CEC has all games at single token which helps extend the fun. If that one feature changes, its hard to say if Id ever go back.

Perfect place to plan your birthday parties I would recommend young lady Mariah she was one of the party planners there, and she does an excellent job. Perfect place to bring your kids and their hand stamp system stops your children from being able to leave with strangers I give it 4 stars Id give it five but Im not one who can handle that much time with that many children

The staff was amazing to our kids! We hadnt been to Chuck E Cheese in many many years and was somewhat dreading it, however, this visit exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our 3 year old and his cousins and friends age range 1 y.o. to 14 y.o. There was something for everyone.

Salad bar was watery, cucumbers had mold on them, pizza was dry/burnt.

We (family of 4) went on a Wednesday night. Not crowded at all. Pizza was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Place seemed clean. Spent an hour and a half there having fun with no issues.

Had to babysit and took kid there. Food was ok at best and not much of a selection for games. Kid had fun and enjoyed himself so thats fine. Staff was off putting but I didnt care cause it was about the kids happiness, not mine.
