Super impressed how sanitized they kept the whole place. Feel like it’s a safe place for my kids to run off some energy.

It was so much fun and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. My son is 1 and he was entertained the entire time. Even as an adult I had a great time playing the arcade games and climbing through the maze with my son.

It was very enjoyable for the whole family! However the food was pretty good, could have been a little bit warmer.

My great grandsons love anytime they can make noise and jump and climb around like chimps...

It was a very nice place. My son enjoyed it alot. The food was good. Wish their where lockers for you to put your stuff in.

I had some slight miss communication about the deposit for a party but after speaking with lisa the General manager she fixed it all for me. She also had a wonderful attitude and was very sweet. I will be returning in the future!

Good for kids to play. New layout. Food service is lacking. It took over 30 min to get a pretzel and cheese. It took just about as long to get the order in with only 2 people in front of us.

The kids had fun. Thats Paramount. The food was alright, we got wings and they were sauced well. Were ranch addicts and unfortunately their ranch was store bought bottled junk. I got a cheeseburger and their buns were massive! The burger was pretty mediocre, american cheese is not my favorite. No other options. The facility itself was well maintained. The games were pretty fun. Like I said my kids had a blast and thats Paramount!

Great place for birthday parties, or just to get the kids out to play. The bathrooms were clean and the prizes for tickets were much better than other places. The staff was friendly.

I freaking love this place! I take my kids there and we have our daughters bday there! Good deal on the fun package 3! Play maze, 10 Arcade cars and a kids meal with drink all for 20.99! I would like to see a price difference in games though! A 10$ arcade card last about 8 minutes. Yes, I timed the last time we went there! We do bdays there for our youngest and we dont have any complaints! I love the Menu and prices of food! Also love the new improvements and the games always working now!

This place is constantly getting better. It is great for all ages. my 1 and a half year old has a blast and with the new games its great for older kids!! The food selection has gone up and the quality is way better! The assistant general manager Amanda was very kind and helpful as were the rest of the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone that has kids.

Renovations are really nice the place seems bigger and better instead of dingy and crowded..alot of fun new added games plus the old reliable ones people enjoy.. the layout and atmosphere is incredible Kyle kids and I spend hours running around and playing..kids play place or playground party this is definitely the place to go only down fall I would say is I wish they had room to expand

Did enjoy the new climbing set up. At first it looked smaller until I realized it went around the corner and up that wall! Kiddos loved it! Great job all!!

Enough to keep kids of all ages busy and happy! Unfortunately there were several rides/activities that were out if order. The food was surprisingly good!

Its fun for the kids and if you dont mind shelling out a 1 or 2 a game that lasts no more than 30 seconds food kinda sucks but still inside and safe place to go for fun for the kids

Good food and friendly service. Games are expensive because each game is a different credit/token amount. The good games are expensive and so are the kiddy/baby games/rides. They need to be more like Chuck e cheese and only charge 1 credit/token per play. I know if they changed their credit/token to 1 per play we go here more often. Otherwise my kid when asked wants Chuck e cheese because of the more games time buy for my buck time.

Fun for,the kid. A little pricey. But air conditioned fun for everyone. Bathrooms were gross.

Fun environment for children ages 4 and over. There isnt much for small toddlers to do. I wasnt impressed that some of the games cost 6 tokens, that seems a bit unreasonable for the tiny toys that they offer as prizes for anything under 100 tickets. The menu seemed fairly priced. Overall my older two enjoyed themselves and there was a big variety of games to play.

No security for the children. The little staff that they had were too busy and there was nobody watching the doors.

Arcade and new slides are so much fun

Came back to update for my recent review. Bonkers has been completely redone. Before I complained about the trash out front and yesterday there wasnt any trash blowing around. The place was very clean inside and out. We love all the new games! Great place to take little ones for safe clean play. I give you a 5 star. Please update your pics so everyone can see your new interior as its so much nicer than before!

Customer service was great. Food was great too!!! Wish the machines didnt require so many credits. The money doesnt go very far. Lots of machines require 4 or even 8 credits to play, And the credits are roughly 25 cents each.

Good priced fun for the children on a cold night.

Its a great place to take the kids as long as everyone has eaten before you go. Prices arent bad but food is. Also if the soda machine is broken the only other option you have is water or a slushie. They have several other beverages available but when you get a meal that includes a drink they wont allow those as options.

Good place for kids bday parties very cheap package deals and good prizes also very good food and customer service very clean and children safe also lots of good activities for the children and also very polite employees and very clean eating area along with very clean restrooms along with very clean play area for the children i would recommend bringing your children here for any type of events or bday parties or if u just want to have a family night out with your children for a reasonable price for everyone in the family

Great games, food and play area. But they need a bigger building. When busy can be very hard to move around.

Bonkers is the best name for this place becauae the kids go bonkers....its a play maze for kids to run around and it also has arcade games for the kids as well. The food is really good. They have pizza, nachos, hamburgers and fries etc...They have party rooms if you want to throw your kids a birthday party with different price ranges as well. It all depends what package you want for the party as well to determine the cost. Im throwing my babies 5 birthday up there and ill write another review if i can to tell you about the services

This is a great place to bring your kids to let them run and play and have a lot of fun. The games are fun but they do normally not payout the right amount of tickets the kids have one. No matter what you do, do not buy food or drinks here they are very high priced and the food is terrible.

Good place for kids to play

We went for the first time last weekend. I couldnt believe how expensive it was. The pizza was the worst Pizza I ever had in my life. For what they were asking it should have been the greatest Pizza in town. The play area was clean and they require people to have socks on which is a good thing. When I use the bathroom there was soap but no paper towels anywhere to be found. I would not recommend this place. I do on the other hand believe that with a little bit of effort they could turn into a really nice establishment.

Kids loved this place. Great area for them to run around and be kids.

DO NOT EAT HERE.The food is over priced for how crappy it is. We got up to the front and had to wait 20 minutes just to order and then had to wait 30 minutes for our food - some of which was cold. You’d get better quality at McDonalds dollar menu. I’d understand the wait if they were busy but we were literally the only people there and saw multiple employees just there and not working. There is no excuse.I’ve worked in food service for my entire life and I’d never, ever let my customers walk away with such bad service.

Love this place! Very affordable and a lot to do with the whole family! The place is very clean and secure. They have a huge indoor wrap around jungle gym for different ages. Great for first time crawlers to enjoy in their own area away from the older kids! The only issue they have would be the arcade area. It does have some broken machines but if you do encounter a problem, the staff are more than welcome to reimburse you!

This place was so fun, lots of things to do! My 2.5yr old daughter LOVED IT! we went sitting the week so it wasnt very busy. We will be going bonkers again very soon.

Went there for my sons birthday party and it was our first time going there. We definitely are coming back again! They have awesome inside playground, snack bar, and game room! We literally spent all afternoon there.

Wish I could give it a higher rating my kids had a blast and loved the play area but unfortunately right after my daughter came out of the jungle gym play area I found a bed bug on her and bed bug bites on my sons stomach

Kids had a good time but most of the games were broke. The food is wau over priced and it os very poor quality. The customer service almost non existent. Took lo g amount of time to get hwlp with anytging from getting food assistance with a game that stole money to getting someone to exchange the prizes . was very disappointed with this place your better off going to chucky cheese

Plan on spending alot of money if you have kids older than 5. Lots of stuff for the young kids but the arcade games become expensive especially if your trying to get alot of tickets for prizes, although the prizes are decent and my kids enjoyed then alot.

We have been in here three times. During each visit we found video games to not be in working order. Each time we have had the machines not spit out tickets. Each time we have found the place to be in need a a deep cleaning. I do like that they stamp adults and children in together so they must leave together

Bonkers is a great place to bring kids to play. They have a great team of staff also, they are all very helpful and friendly.

This is your basic arcade place to take the kids. Fun for cold, rainy days. When the kids run out of their allotted money for the arcade games they have a really nice jungle gym area for the kids to run and play. Its always clean and has never felt dirty. Only 4 stars bc the food is way overpriced and not good. We never eat here. Last time we ordered nachos and it took over 30 minutes to even get it. Customer service was lacking that day

Really geared more to smaller/younger kids - no good separation of places to play for younger kids - my kids enjoy going, but are often bored and want the video game (read win tickets) area instead... I really wish we had a better option in Topeka considering its the capital of Kansas.

I LOVE Going Bonkers, Topeka. I have 2 toddlers and they always have a good time, any and every time we go. Going Bonkers is a must try for Every family! Great way to burn energy, be active, and all for a great price!I think Going Bonkers needs to expand and build a site in Junction City, KS! It would be a total hit with all the Military families around and not having to drive so far from home would be nice too!

It is much bigger inside than it looks like from the outside. They have fun equipment, food, and games. They care about security and wont let kids leave with someone they didnt come with.
